I loved everything! The place is clean, new, the staff are nice, it’s close to the beach, safe, and near restaurants. I highly recommend it. It’s excellent.

Stayed here for a week in Feb 2025. Loved everything about this place. Location, the Villa, the paradise hotel staff, everything was even better than I could have imagined.

I hosted a yoga retreat here and absolutely loved it. The Shala and the dock offer 2 great views with different perspectives.

Our experience was amazing!
The property is beautiful and very well maintained and location superb.
The restaurant is the best by far in the island (we tried a dozen different ones)!

Can't rate the rooms as we were day guests on the all day wrist band plan. Food, drink, service, and everything was spectacular. We visit Roatán often and will definitely be back to the Bay.

We have stayed at Turquoise Bay three times for week long, all inclusive dive vacations.

We spent a week at The Mariposa Lodge in West End with all 4 of our kids and some of our grandkids.

Mariposas location is great, close to everything in west end. The room had I basic amenities. The management although not on sight full time, were remotely available and helpful when needed.

We splurged on a "staycation" on the island for our anniversary. The resort was quaint, quiet and SO accommodating!

Excellent quiet location away from those cruise ships. Hotel was very good and we would definitely stay there again. Food was excellent… thanks Chef.

We really liked this place. Colorful rooms and easy access to go for dinner and an easy walk to the airport. The owners are freaking the best. Sheri's cooking is off the charts.

The food here is absolutely delicious and it's a great family run hotel. It's a great location, near the airport and the ferry.

Nice hotel with AC and Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave. The outside of the building was yellow and not the same as the picture shows with the blue house.

Nice place to stay if you want to be in coxen hole. Beautiful view of cruise ships in harbor. Older, dated but has a complete kitchen and A/C in both bedrooms.

Great beach. Great view. You pay 23$ for a bare bed and a shadow under the palms. The food and drinks are expensive enough to let you prefer to drink coconut water on the beach.

Let me start by saying we didn’t book a room here only a day pass however we had a lot of fun here the grounds were well kept as well as the pool area.

Just stopped in for 2 dives off a cruise ship. Staff was professional and felt like was in a safe environment in beautiful setting. Would definitely want to go back and stay there some day.

I recommend it. It is one of the beautiful places here on the island. Very cozy and with excellent service, with super friendly staff. I congratulate you all.

Better than the sum of it's parts.
Barbara, an Italian woman who has been on the island for decades, is an excellent host and is very knowledgeable about the island.

I stayed with Barbara in 2021 and had a great experience, so I decided to return in mid-July for a four day stay.

Great place, kind service, excellent views, the morning is a very unique sunrise.

Wonderful, relaxing beach, great bar with really good, reasonable food and great boat drinks. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and well served.

What a great location for a wedding, all the staff were vet helpful and friendly.

I was given excellent service and great accommodations by the Administrative the facility (Amanda). Angie connected with some of the services at the gym and it was absolutely outstanding.

The 'true' all-inclusive concept here is fantastic—no hidden fees, great drinks, and plenty of dining options. We spent our days between the amazing private beach and the refreshing pools.

What I loved: They have three beautiful private and pristine beaches, very quite and a lot of space for you to walk, run or just sit relax and enjoy. Excellent place to take tons of photos.

Our favorite spot to go, we have been a few times to Infinity Bay and we haven't found anywhere in there world we would rather be. Great staff, amazing pool, friendly vibe. This is paradise.

Great to have a pool and great price for the dorms to include a buffet breakfast in the morning. Would be better to start breakfast earlier so not to rush people going for a morning dive!

From cruise to diving these guys bent over sideways for us highly recommend we will be back here diving is pristine well done guys loved it.

We stayed here for a few nights in early Oct, which is their low season, so the restaurant downstairs was closed.

This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure their guests were taken care of and I will be forever grateful to them.

Just one block from the nice West Bay beach. Good price. Nice enviroment. Really good breakfast. All the employees are super nice people with good vibes.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars mainly for the service I received. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful, especially the guy with blond hair at the front desk.
