If I could give this place 100 stars I would! it was just what I needed and expected. Roger and his family are incredible, seriously some of the kindest people i’ve ever met.

Let's go with the good first. I stayed in a nice room with Ocean view the bathroom, the bed, and the small refrigerator were good. They are located nearby a large supermarket.

Hospitality and food were excellent! And the staff super friendly and never too busy to tend to our needs. I love coming to this place every year!

Although I stayed across the Island at Media Luna, I did a few dives with the DM "get off my boat" Nelson at Turquoise Bay (He's an awesome Dive Master!

Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort.

Beautiful and calm place. The staff was helpful and nice. Would recommend to find peace!

A great hidden spot here on the island, bar and Grill, swimming pool beachfront is all private water right there many options from Casitas to the penthouse.

Went on a day trip. Our tour guide Dennis and driver Tony was amazing! The resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and kind. The pool was so refreshing and very relaxing.

What a great location for a wedding, all the staff were vet helpful and friendly.

We splurged on a "staycation" on the island for our anniversary. The resort was quaint, quiet and SO accommodating!

This hotel is under new management and the new owners don’t have access to older reservations. However, they were very accommodating and got us a nice room with a beautiful ocean view.

My family and I visited Ocean View for lunch last week and we were pleasantly surprised.
The food was delicious.

Perfect spot, close to shopping and right on the beach.
The party walks right down to the beach where you will find a nice little bar called Ginger's.

Perfect vacation rental. They really think of everything to make your stay as ideal as possible. The home was impeccably kept and clean upon arrival.

Great beach. Great view. You pay 23$ for a bare bed and a shadow under the palms. The food and drinks are expensive enough to let you prefer to drink coconut water on the beach.

Let me start by saying we didn’t book a room here only a day pass however we had a lot of fun here the grounds were well kept as well as the pool area.

This is my third stay at Xbalanque. The surroundings and decor are so serene. The first stay was with my extended family. My second stay was with couples. My recent stay was with girlfriends.

Had a major disruption in our travel plans, and Patsy was accommodating for us well above and beyond what we would have ever reasonably expected. Cannot recommend this resort enough.

We did this tour through Royal Caribbean excursions. Evelyn our tour guide was friendly and personable.

If your used to a high end all inclusive then this isn't your place. If you want a budget stay in a beautiful location then give it a try.

Better than the sum of it's parts.
Barbara, an Italian woman who has been on the island for decades, is an excellent host and is very knowledgeable about the island.

I stayed with Barbara in 2021 and had a great experience, so I decided to return in mid-July for a four day stay.

Just stopped in for 2 dives off a cruise ship. Staff was professional and felt like was in a safe environment in beautiful setting. Would definitely want to go back and stay there some day.

I recommend it. It is one of the beautiful places here on the island. Very cozy and with excellent service, with super friendly staff. I congratulate you all.

I got greeted by the welcome wagon, a very sweet and calm dog named Mia, as soon as I approached the office. Karen checked me in and showed me to my room.

We really liked this place. Colorful rooms and easy access to go for dinner and an easy walk to the airport. The owners are freaking the best. Sheri's cooking is off the charts.

We stayed here for a few nights in early Oct, which is their low season, so the restaurant downstairs was closed.

This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure their guests were taken care of and I will be forever grateful to them.

Our favorite spot to go, we have been a few times to Infinity Bay and we haven't found anywhere in there world we would rather be. Great staff, amazing pool, friendly vibe. This is paradise.

Nice hotel with AC and Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave. The outside of the building was yellow and not the same as the picture shows with the blue house.

Nice place to stay if you want to be in coxen hole. Beautiful view of cruise ships in harbor. Older, dated but has a complete kitchen and A/C in both bedrooms.

Great to have a pool and great price for the dorms to include a buffet breakfast in the morning. Would be better to start breakfast earlier so not to rush people going for a morning dive!

From cruise to diving these guys bent over sideways for us highly recommend we will be back here diving is pristine well done guys loved it.

Just one block from the nice West Bay beach. Good price. Nice enviroment. Really good breakfast. All the employees are super nice people with good vibes.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars mainly for the service I received. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful, especially the guy with blond hair at the front desk.

I'm in love with this hotel. My room has a very elegant concept. I enjoy my weekend too much.

This place is fantastic and the best value for the money on the island I find. It baffles me how people rate an entire resort less because of a bad encounter with 1 employee.
