The front desk lied to my wife about restaurant hours and we had to eat what little snacks we had for dinner that night… Over-priced motel in reality. Lack of amenities in rooms and after certain hours. Poor breakfast service and blank food that had flies on it. Cloudy pool… 40% tax on nightly rates. Do yourself a favor and shop around, there are better places all over SPS.

Copantl Hotel is the BEST place to stay when staying in SPS. I have tried other Hotels in SPS, but they always missing something.

The classic rooms are comfortable and clean, remodeled adding a modern touch. Breakfast buffet included and social pool to refresh the sun of San Pedro Sula.

This is a very nice hotel in San Pedro Sula. They have a lot of commodities and very convenient places are around. Shopping mall in front and many more. Recommend for a good stay.

Rooms are average but decent and clean. Wifi spotty. The restaurant is good and also the other restaurant on the top floor. Service is average for a Latin country.

The attention is good and the location is excellent but a hotel with no pool, and no bar (with the heat here), it removes too many merits.

Pros Personnel is really really nice and glad to help Dinner on main restaurant delicious and varied General cleanliness as good as expected Churrasqueria (Top floor restaurant) had a nice view of the city and beef was really nice and flavorful Cons Air conditioned in room really loud interrupts good rest, also my room faced the new convention center which had a large illuminated sign that made me close my courtain at night to sleep. Cable TV with limited channels variety mostly local channels with basic int networks in Spanish Internet is way too slow. While stayed I measured it a 330 Mbps! Couldn't stay connected in order to work decently and had to use phone data to keep a steady online call Toilet goods scarce, if your forget something as shaving goods, tooth brush etc at home expect to pay in local currency at the room door for the goods. No credit cards or charge to the room available Pillows way to slim almost as non existent.

It has a friendly atmosphere with good services to the public and excellent also for business meetings.
