Hit and miss. New rooms and nice pool right in front of the beach. Good price for this level of quality. Nice front desk employees and helpful staff. One of the prettiest hotels in Honduras. Incredible beach/water/mountains/jungle views. They advertise Wi-Fi in all areas, but it didn't work inside nor outside the room. Didn't have running water twice in one day. The pool chemicals were out of balance and irritated our skin. While the food was good, I ordered Churrasco but they served carne asada instead, and charged me close to $20 for it. I felt a little ripped off. All in all, definitely worth a visit, but it's a bit overpriced.

A great resort in pto. Cortes Omoa. You need to come a visit is a paradise come check out. Is magical place.

Very nice place. The food is acceptable. There is still some warmth at the reception. But it's something I'm sure it'll get better. On the other hand would be excellent a good sign at the entrance. For the rest, a beautiful paradise by the seashore.

The place is very nice and rooms are ok just because they're a bit pricey. My issue mostly was the service and the food wasn't very good, and again the price was a bit high. Other than that you've got a small relaxing place with an awesome view.

Really a paradise, I love the new cabins, a bit of heaven on earth. Try the food, the service is great!

Beautiful hotel, very cozzy love the infinity pool, I wish they would have the pool lights on later at night though, rooms are ok they're a bit small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good, and they didn't take long to serve it; there's also a good variety of drinks at their bar. Loved the view the hotel had towards the Ocean, would definetly return.

It's a nice place, very friendly staff, ideal family environment, the pool has a beautiful view towards the beach, the price is reasonable, recommend it.

Nice location with a private beach, 2 pools and decent restaurant. The new bungalows are very spacious and modern.

Calm and relaxing. Staff treated us very nice. Bring bug spray the sand flies are a nuisance.

Food is great and the ambiance is fantastic! Wanted to stay there, but they were booked until Mid-May!

It's a good place to go for a weekend, away from the city.
You do not pay to enter, only the consumption in the restaurant/bar. The attention is excellent but they have few waiters and on the weekends the place gets crowded.
It can be a little awkward as oceanfront does not have an area for visitors to be able to be or chairs to sunbathe. (Very few have)

Personnel was very kind and prompt to help. We enjoy our visit because the mood of the place, allow us to have a group conversation And we were able to rest, thanks to the tranquility. The site is expanding its facilities to have more rooms, pools and family houses.

The customer service is amazing! They take care of us like family. They are also very kid friendly. Our two boys feel at home with the staff here. The people working the front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. The servers at the restaurant always willing to take care of us. And having some special dietary needs, this was a big plus. The foods are great, plenty of options and big portions. The rooms are clean upon entry and maintained every day. Fresh towels for the pool or the beach. Fresh water bottles in the room. There is plenty of seating for relaxing across the property. From the pool/basketball court to the beach/pier. Since we were introduced to this place we have become reoccurring guests. It's definitely worth a visit if not a lengthy stay!

Very beautiful place. When we arrived I was in remodel. The food was delicious and at a good price. In what they can improve is to provide service on the beach they have opposite. Since you had to go up to the hotel to ask for anything you needed. The pool was somewhat dirty but overall it was a good experience.

I have been in a occasion, it is nice. Although there are marine animals on the coast, otherwise excellent.

The hotel is very nice! it hurts that don't be worried about improving the service and the kitchen should be a change of cooks, personally, do not return to eat here, I asked a few shakes and it took hours to make and it only had 3 customers.
