Excellent service for one or more nights.

Lousy the air in the event rooms, the service in this high season of lack to walk behind them, food without taste, the really bad experience.

Excellent service and facilities are 1st.

Let them turn your music off one moment to the next and in seconds later you'll get to be charged the bill. Turn on the lights. And out is that you're going. Unpleasant that you ask for a few slices of lemon and never take it to the table. A bad experience is worth more than 1000 times to share it everywhere. They leave a lot to be desired in customer service. Waiters danced with the same clients. I suggest some gregarious instincts. It's constructive criticism. I hope they improve the opportunism points. In the good performance of its functions.

The location is good, safe, the bed is comfy — but the quality of everything is very inconsistent. We are supposed to get 2 waters each day in our room, some days we get 0, some days we get 1… some days we get fresh hand towels, some days we get none. They empty the garbage cans (except when they don’t) and clean the shower, but don’t clean the hair off the bathroom floor? For days? With 3 women in this room?! Ew. The room service was ordered 5 times during my 10 day stay, because the buffet at dinner was the same food every single day. Or you can sit in the extemely loud bar, which you can hear the music in your room at 12am in a weekday, from the 4th floor. Room service: 4/5 times were awful — I still tipped them well though, because I didn’t realize how bad it was until they left. Finally the last time I called and complained. The food is free after 45mins, it came at 44m 59s literally! I paid — no extra tip — and explain that once again they forgot a side sauce I asked for (and was very clear since they forgot it before) — I sit down to eat after almost an hour of ordering — and my food is ice cold. Apparently they can’t refund my money — and I leave first thing in the morning — so I go to bed hungry and out $22. Big fail IMO. The big conference room has terrible a/c, the sauna is supposed to be on the 3rd floor! The other conference room was basically a walk in fridge, with mildewy smelling carpets and a terrible sound system.

One of the best hotels in the city of Tegucigalpa International category. With excellent restaurants and event venues as well as an excellent spa center.

Currently room costs are at a cost of less than $100 it is time to take advantage of a family getaway to an excellent hotel in the city of Tegucigalpa.

Very expensive around there if not ay or security one is not sure dangerous you ruin the car to one or robr.

Rooms are Great… attention was excellent… but the sent a note that they where going to fix something in the water system between 12am and 4am, and that there will be no service at those hours… witch was fine… but at 7:30am there still was no water, and that's no good for me.

I had to change my rating for two reasons: 1) The hotel is overpriced. 2) Worst New Year's Party My family and I payed for this New Year's Party that was in our perspective too overpriced for what we received in exchange. Maybe as a group our opinions could be different, but in my personal case, I would not pay to go to this hotel for several reasons other than the New Year's Party. One of them having awful food, that makes you feel unappreciated or unwelcomed. Most of the staff is really nice and very polite, but that's just about it. Decoration is meh… no variety, nothing interesting, so for the price you pay for a room in this hotel, you easily go somewhere else where things are a little better and less expensive.

Great service, the waiters were very polite, the food was Excelsior. Everything was fine, but the parking lot is too expensive.

Very comfortable Room, the pool is very small, it does not give to swim but if to splash. Good food though for its location it is better to go out to eat as there are many restaurants in the sector.

Very comfortable and well located, a short distance from the shopping centre. The bar is a good choice and has events with DJs and live music most of the week.

Very good hotel, good food, exquisite treatment, excellent rooms, yes, pay to Check in because but then do not want to know the price you gave and in the end you make the mess, by experience.

Very good overall for Tegucigalpa, but some mildew on the bathroom floor and weird servicing of the rooms. For example, hand towels and washcloths were not replaced and water was not given after the night of arrival (even if requested). This is not great service, especially for visitors to the country who cannot drink the tap water. I would rate it lower, but it was good enough and the restaurants we're actually pretty good for the area.

Everything was OK! The place was clean, the people very kind and not expensive.

Could be better. The room when we checked in wasn’t completely ready and at the moment of arrival it was lacking more than it should’ve been.

A very good hotel. Amazing staff. Excellent rooms bathrooms have bathtubs. Great gym that offers membership to locals but it doesn't get crowded. It has Dry sauna and steam room plus showers. These areas could get a retouch someone detail oriented needs to take a hard look if this are SPA areas for a higher end Marriott tegucigalpa. All other areas are high end, why not keep spa like a Vegas resort? It looks worn. But other hotels are more bare bones. A ice touch that steam and sauna are free to guests. Two good restaurant the regular one and the sports bar like on premises with a small cafe serving light fare. Sporta bar hosts a live band on some nights. A huge plus is an American airlines office on premises. Very nice pool too. Close to mall plaza and free shuttle to mall is offered. Breakfast buffet very complete and lunch theme buffet offered on weekends. Meeting rooms available. Rental care counter on premises too but I never saw the agent. Sometimes the rate gets on the higher side and not sure it competes well with newer hotels that are around corner so very much in same neighborhood. But I think a good value when rate is decent. Of course that depends on supply and demand.

Excellent attention, very fine, the customer service are well special the waiters very well all the staff excellent, only something is not good they are failing a bit in the food and the bakery before there was a variety of desserts not now and the food needed better seasoning but there all excellent.

This hotel is as good as the best suites in the world. They have worked hard on the details. I was surprised especially the swimming pool and the gym.
