We left Santa Ana at 5:00 a. M. And arrived in Copán around 10:30 a. M.
Crossing the border went smoothly for almost everyone, but one traveler had a problem with the immigration process. We ended up waiting on the roadside for about 40 minutes until everyone could continue the journey.
By the time we reached the hotel, we were tired from the long morning.
The host welcomed us with a warm smile, showed us to our room, and served us a delicious cup of coffee. That simple act of kindness made us feel comfortable right away.
The room was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Copán's main attractions.
Sometimes, what you remember most isn't the hotel itself it's the kindness you receive after a long journey.

Such a lovely little family run hostel. The place is clean and comfortable, and really well located for exploring Copán Ruinas. The owner is so lovely, really friendly and chatty. The breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hostel, homemade traditional Honduran dishes, and a great portion.

One of my all time favorite stays. Amada and her family are incredibly welcoming and it felt like I had a family the entire time I was there. Location is amazing, super close to Central Park. The terrace is perfect for hanging, writing, socializing, cooking, watching sunsets. And there are also dumbbells and some weights for working out (which I did every day). I had a private room with my own bathroom and everything was perfectly clean. They even have laundry! Perfect stay. 10/10.
