It is way beyond my expectations. The staff is courteous, the tropical atmosphere is breathtakingly soothing and beautiful.

It's a clean space and the staff is very hospitable and it's located less than 2 km away from the international airport.

Third stay at Palm Inn Hotel… Palm Inn Hotel is full of great surprises… The people working there makes the place, the exception and the best of all hotels in the Haiti… I strongly encourage all coming to Haiti to make Palm Inn Hotel your home… You'll be glad you did…

The hotel really nice I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff was super hospitable. Room were clean, food was quite good. The only negative I can mention is that the hot water was not at all hot. Not even warm. Other than that, it's a great choice that's right near the airport.

Everything we were looking for — clean, quiet, and very close to the airport (10 minutes during peak traffic). Also, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant food good and fairly priced. All around a good, safe and relaxing place to stay!

The hotel is actually cute. They problem lies within the management. The restaurant was as expensive a a five star hotel but the food and service were equivalent to a school lunch. A definite lack of direction from the manager of the hotel. He turned a blind eye to the poor quality and bad service at every turn. He is a nice person but lacks leadership to ensure quality for the guests. This may never change as he stated he is the brother of the owner. Too bad … this hotel has potential. The airport service is that they claim to have is nonexistent. They call a corrupt taxi service and you end up paying for it. $50 for a 5 minute ride to the airport, literally.

Very nice place 4stars for the place and 0 star for the Secretary.

The best place to stay in Port au Prince! Food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and cool, and the pool was beautiful and refreshing.

I've been lliving in rural Haiti for 20 years. This is my favorite place to stay in PAP. Great food, great staff, and beautiful trees.

The Palm Inn Hotel was quite nice. The rooms were small but clean and well organized. They have a gorgeous pool for swimming and a small but surprisingly nice work out area. The food served there is delicious and quite reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Port au Prince.

The Palm Inn hotel is located near the Airport, very private, very nice, clean, good service and a lot of fun.

A comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is very good, even if it takes 4 tries to get your omelet correct! Our beds were comfortable and the room very clean. A plus is having a refrigerator in our room. The free clean drinking water gives you Cold and Hot water for you tea drinkers.

Best place in my dearest country (HAITI) to have a stay!

My first time in Haiti and I didn't expect much. But I will say the food was great here and the people at the hotel were very nice.

The staff goes out of their way to take care of the guests — I feel like family when I stay there! The rooms are large, clean and have lots of extras. There are comfortable places to sit outside and enjoy the breeze, and the pool is a welcome treat after a day at work. The food is always excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The menu has enough variety and "American" choices for everyone — the only limitation is in the vegetarian options. I have stayed at other hotels in the past but there is no comparison. I would encourage anyone to stay at The Palms Inn Hotel.

That makes two stays in this hotel, we are delighted, very friendly, very clean, staff friendly, and beautiful garden setting.
We will return with joy.

It's really attractive in my opinion.

Very comfortable with 24hr security. Clean pool with a nice temperature. Very clean rooms with refrigerator, and thermos for ice water in the room. Hot water showers with good plumbing. Food was very good. I had BBQ Chicken, $12. $3 Prestige and $5 Rhum Punch. Owner must like cats, about 4 domesticated cats walk around, but never bother you. Sounds odd, but they actually gave a very unique character to the resort. I am allergic to most cats and I had no problems. William, the owner, is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. Only odd thing was the road outside the facility was very rough. The electricity went out for about 3 minutes, once at night and once in the morning. Probably the government, not the resort. Everything inside the Palm Inn was great.

Very pleasant place. Good value for the money. Mr. Wilherm, the manager is very accommodating. Clean, air-conditioned rooms and very well landscaped. Feels like a tropical resort hotel sans the beach. Buffet dinners are very nice, although the a la carte menu is sometimes not as good. I will likely stay here again.
