Noom Hotel Conakry

I have stayed at the Noom Hotel Conakry regularly over the past five years for business stays, and it has consistently proven to be one of the most reliable and professionally run hotels in the city.
What stands out most is consistency. In a market where service levels can fluctuate, Noom has maintained strong standards year after year. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, and clean, with reliable air conditioning, good workspaces, and strong Wi-Fi — all essentials for business travellers.
The staff deserve particular recognition. From reception to housekeeping and security, the team is professional, courteous, and responsive. Many staff members have been there for years, which creates a sense of continuity and familiarity that regular guests genuinely appreciate. Requests are handled efficiently, and there is a clear culture of service rather than formality.
The restaurant and breakfast offering have also been consistently solid, with a good balance between international and local options. It’s a convenient and dependable place for meetings, informal business discussions, or simply unwinding at the end of a long day.
Location is another major advantage — central, secure, and practical for meetings across Conakry, while still offering a calm environment once inside the hotel.

Overall its a nice hotel but not a 5 star level, more like a 3 stars for international standards.
The pool with the sea view is really beautiful and they have a free shuttle van to the airport. Also its quite clean, which I really appreciate. Location was good also.
However, the Wi-Fi is very unstable, not ideal when you are travelling for business. The restaurant doesnt have many options. If you go for lunch you can only have a buffet, if you want a la carte you have to go to the bar, where they have even lesser options. Both restaurant and bar close too early. The restaurant staff is very nice and fast, the bar staff are quite slow.
Housekeeping service is very slow. Each time I needed something I had to call 3/4 times until they came.

Every stuff was very friendly, especially Ms Assy was so helpful and very kind during my stay. If I had to pick one drawback, it would be lack of variety of breakfast. It would be much better if some daily change applied. But overall perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The lobby extends into an indoor bar area with several tables and sofa settings The fitness room has several machines and barbells Our Group of 18 partook of the breakfast buffet with made to order eggs and omelets, well prepared and flavorful with perfect sunny side up eggs sprinkled with a finely grated spice.
Several juices, including hibiscus, coffees and teas from machine provided liquid refreshment. Various breads, jams, several yogurts and cereals complemented the buffet.
Service is very good.
My room was compact with in room safe, fluffy pillows, large screen TVs, in room coffee, tea, and water and a refrigerator. The small walk in shower had wall mounted amenities and soap. Dental kit, and more.
Excellent safe place in Conakry.

This Conakry luxury hotel has a secure entry that opens to a full bar either tables and sofa settings. Just out side is the lush pool with uncovered seating, lounge chairs and covered outdoor seating around a full bar includes a full bar, uncovered seating, covered seating and lounge chairs. Several exercise machines and barbells provide an adequate fitness room. The breakfast buffet was a great start to our road trip with a group of 18 adults, with eggs and omelets made to each persons order. I devoured perfectly prepared sunny side up eggs topped with a finely grated spice.
Several juices, including hibiscus, coffees and teas from machine provided liquid refreshment. Various breads, pastries, jams, several yogurts, red beans, and cereals rounded out the buffet.
Service is very good.
My compact room had a sitting chair great counters for suitcase, safe great large bed, fluffy pillows, large screen TVs, refrigerator and in room coffee, tea, and water kettle. The bathroom was up to date withwalk in shower and wall mounted amenities and soap. Dental kit, vanity kit, and other amenities are offered.
Excellent housekeeping, and reception service.

If you enjoy kid's birthday parties with 30 kids terorizing the pool area, arrogant staff and faulty A/C in the rooms, this overpriced hotel is your best bet. The rooms are really comfortable (except for the A/C that resets at every power cut. Or not. It's a lottery. ) but that's where the luxury part of this hotel ends.
Tables in the restaurant are not cleaned between guests, even if they are gross. Service is slow (even for Guinea), food is very overpriced for what you get.
The pool is cleaned by just throwing a bucket of bleach powder in every night.
I was promised via Booking to get a late checkout at 6pm, after that I would need to pay for the next night. They "forgot" to mention that they would charge me 90 euros for it, the receptionist never even admitted that it was a mistake and blamed it on how I had understood the message (it was extremely clear and unambiguous).
At the checkout the receptionist asked me if my stay had been pleasant. When I told her it hadn't been all that great, she just said okay and proceeded to present me the bill. They seem to have no interest in doing things better, because they are already making enough money anyway…
I will never ever stay here again and would discourage anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday to book this hotel.

I only passed the night there but I liked the place. It rained the whole night when I visited so I could not explore the surroundings properly. But looking through the window, it is a nice place, it's located close to the sea. Their breakfast was great with a lot of varieties.

Came here during a business visit. The hotel has a nice location and great breakfast options.
The service was a little bit slow and my room AC had to be maintained while I was in the room which was not convenient at all.
The gym is pretty mediocre as well.
Would come back again and recommend for people to stay.

I booked a night with Noom hotel in Conakry and their service was poor and the hotel was in declining shape in terms of repairs and attention to detail. First, the hotel left me stranded at the airport despite me calling for a shuttle when I arrived. I finally had to risk my safety to take a local taxicab to the hotel. When I informed the night manager he told me that I should have reserved the shuttle in advance. I informed him that I had booked and paid for the room (via Hotels. Com) in advance and there was no message on their page stating that guests must reserve an airport shuttle in advance. The manager apologized and upgraded my room.
Sadly, the lack of attention to detail did not stop there. In the morning upon opening my room door to come down for breakfast, the corridor looked like a hurricane had blown through. Apparently the staff were told to do "spring cleaning of about 10 of the rooms on my floor and as a result, the beds, tables and furniture were all brought out to the hallway. It was unsightly and no screen was placed to shield the view of them from guests. I tip toed around the obstacles to get to the elevator. In the elevator, the screen was malfunctioning so I had to assume that the floor I pressed would be the floor that the elevator took me to.
The food at breakfast and lunch was good and tasty. Between breakfast and lunch I decided to exercise by using the stairs to walk up and down the floors.

It was excellent. The hotel is beautiful too.
