Hostal Las Marias Hotel

My fortuitous step was the best thing that happened to me, perhaps named hostel for pure modesty, because in reality it is an oasis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the best in the sector, exceeded all my expectations, haute cuisine, magnificent facilities, excellent attention, care in every detail, sip I noticed each one and enjoyed them.

I have a couple of years of staying as a traveler at this hotel, it has always been an excellent service and good service. From a few months to here has declined SO MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT'S LOUSY!
The care at reception is no longer the same, very bad.

Excellent service from arriving until we left! Quick communication via WA for information, the whole area super clean especially pool and bathrooms. The delicious breakfast! I recommend the nachos with roast beef and Nutella crepe. Excellent customer service. It's a place to definitely come back.

Lousy restaurant service.

Cleaning your pool. The water was very dirty and cloudy. Under the level of quality in cleaning.

This is a very quiet place, clean, with friendly staff. The rooms are small, ideal for 1 or 2 people. The only entertainment are the swimming pool and the bar. The rooms have TV and cable. I recommend it if you are planning to go to monterrico, or to someplace nearby and use the hotel to go to sleep. The food is good, but there are not many options.

I love Hostal las Marias, the atmosphere is perfect I love its new pool, the food 100 points customer service is good! And I love that it is pet friendly, the pet Bambino Jose is gorgeous super recommended!

Hello Hostal Las Marias, We use this way too say thanks for the great and open hospitality in your beautiful accommodation Hostal Las Marias in Taxisco. Our EME Radio DX-pedition in Guatemala as TD9CHR and TD9FYC is made to a great success, one of the things for this success is your location (your Hostal). We are very happy to use the roof to setup the antennas, this gave us the maximum flexibility to operate from moon rise to moon set with our radio system. Such Radio DX-pedition was never before operate from Guatemala. We made radio contacts all over the world from Taxisco all EME radio amateurs are appreciate this special DX-pedition. After a long period of communication to the SIT of Guatemala we received the permitting to operate amateur radio and get our call signs. And you Maria, are a great help by sending us pictures that gives us the necessary information to set up all the equipment in your Hostal.
We came save home after a trip of 30 ours and yes we are tired a few days but now we still fit and remember the nice moments. Many thanks to the friendly team that we could ask anything any moment. A especially thanks to Briselda and Bart they could help us to translate our English to Spanish. We wish an good healthy too everybody and hope to see us some day again. Chris and Jos.
