The hot water takes a long time to get warm and the staff at the reception are not the most helpful. Apart from that the breakfast was nice and its a perfect location.

Beautiful boutique hotel a right in the middle of Quetzaltenango’s historic centre. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Make sure to try their bread, their coffee, and their cocktails.

This hotel is Amazing, the Rooms super clean, Im impressed with all staff, all of them make my stay pleasant, I Super recommended this place.

Latam Hotel has a magical enviroment for foreigners while they enjoy great food. It has elegant enviroment and offers delicious food and variety as well.

I have stayed in this hotel about 3 years ago and it continues to offer the best in accommodation for a couple.

It's a shame that it's not closer to the center but it's worth passing through the Xela traffic to rest in a clean, beautiful and well-cared for place.

This hotel is centrally located and overlooks the Parque a Centro América which is at the heart of Zela. You can easily walk to the nearby sites and restaurants.

Family run hotel who absolutely went above and beyond.

The location is great, and the building is nice. The room was very spacious. The breakfasts were excellent. Can check out until 12. It was very clean. It wasn't too expensive.

Nice place with very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location, close to the main touristic attractions. Would recommend.

Nice accomodation in a good location!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Seibel. We booked it late in the evening not knowing anything about it and it was a great decision, one of the best places we’ve stayed on our travels.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kasa Kiwi. The location is great, right near the park, and the owners are incredibly helpful. I also feel very safe that the front door is fully locked.

Cool place to stay with really comfy beds in dorm. Could do with a few more places to sit and eat dinner the kitchen got quite busy.

Location Location Is Excellent Location In The Walking Distance For Everything and Block Away from The Centro America Park.

It is a nice, quiet place, it's clean. It has everything that I needed. The prices are reasonable. It have a gate and security. Parking is big. The apartments are very pretty, well equipped.

Having traveled in Guatemala several times over the years, I was DELIGHTED to find this quaint countryside hotel.

Clean rooms and safe.
It is a problem for handicapped people since the hotel doesn't count with elevator and the front desk is in the second floor.

Well kept older hotel. Room we got was a little small. Good shower with hot water. Good included breakfast. Opposite Pradera Mall.

Staff was friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We are a family of five that shared a triple room. The three beds were all matrimonial, and the room was spacious enough, yet cozy.

Comfy, warm rooms. Bathroom is large, shower water luke warm, well equipped kitchen. The cleaner also did my laundry for 50Q.

It's been one of the cheapest accomodations I could find and I've been pleasantly surprised.
The contact to the owner was easy and pleasant and she waited for me at the agreed time to show me around.

Comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet, and right in the city centre. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in Xela 1 block from the Parque Central. The room is very spacious, the bathroom shower has hot water and the bed is comfortable. Wifi works well too.

Very well maintained with alot of charm. Nice clean kitchen and bright central spaces FULL of green plants. Very friendly staff. Just a few steps away from the old colonial center of the city.

We only went to the restaurant, but it was exquisite. The food is delicious and the staff is helpful and attentive.

What an epic visit. The sauna is incredible but watch out for it is the hottest of them all!
The area is absolutely beautiful and the property is surrounded by the most beautiful of landscapes!
