In the dining room the attention is not good to ask for several things and disgusting I answered I asked them additional another product and I responded to it as if it is q one of them is asking for more do not know that d q spends At the hotel generates for its payments

Excellent place, after a search of hours in Guatemala city, we found this hotel in the centre of the city. The traffic to get there was a bit complicated, but when you get to the place the trip was worth it. Excellent and comfortable beds in all the rooms and very competitive prices. Accepted payments in Quetzales and Dollars. Hot water, TV and internet in all the rooms made a very full experience. Recommended, and definitely an option to consider in new trips to the city of Guatemala.

The only thing that saves this hotel is the friendliness and the efforts of the hosts your are satisfied, the location is also plus point, as it is quiet, the bad thing is that it makes lack of hygiene, and the hot water could not be regular with cold water, the place makes me very closed,
To my point of view if you have low budget and is only for sleeping, it's okay. And nothing more.

This hotel has a good location in relation to the airport, but the noise from the airport makes it hard to sleep. The rooms are average and hot water did not always work for me. The service is great. All of the staff were very Friendly.

The beds needed more pillows and the water was cold. The rooms were oddly shaped with random space usage. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was nice.

Confortable and very helfull for travelers special during the night. They offer me a very secured taxi service during the night.

Nice hotel, not a 5 star hotel but foe a one or a few nights is an ok place to stay in the city, they have a taxi driver you can trust Werner, a very nice gentleman who can guide you in the city. Staff is 6 star customer service. The downsfall to me is the noise so early in the morning. Other that that I would recommend Hotel Ajau Colonial.

Very good place to stay. Central and secure 15 minutes drive from La Aurora International Airport.

$40~ for a full size bed and private bathroom. Pretty good spot. Cute old fashioned vibes. Really hot showers.

Terrible, there were cockroaches in the room, the internet is bad, the managers of the spent talking all night and early morning.

This is a Hostel not a hotel. Small rooms. 1* bed room, shared bathroom that may cause infection if you have a cut. Cannot walk around barefoot. Couches are damp, dirty and maybe 3rd hand giving to establishment. Cannot walk around at night. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place to even the back packer. (There even is a large bee I've outside my window).

The place is very clean, fresh towels and bedsheets. Value for money. They prepare food for 20Q as per request The best of this hostel is the staff who went out of their way to help us in our journey towards our next destination Very genuine.

I will never try to book at another hotel ever. Staff is wonderful, courteous and attentive to our needs, Hotel is neat and clean but most importantly secure 24/7. It would be nice if the menu in the restaurant improves. Also the owner is available at all times.

The hotel's change in ownership and completed the first phase of remodeling. You can see the changes. Clean room and new beds. There are still small adjustments but I think they're going. Still do not have service of restaurant/kitchen. Q275 for 2 people. Hot water, cable.

Found bugs and blanquets on beds all ripped and with holes. Took pictures to download them on website but unfortunately erase them from my phone by mistake.
