Pleasant environment. Need little improvement on the service.

We booked for 15 days. For two adults a child. Surprise on arrival a tiny and dilapidated lodging. One room! For my son, a mattress on the floor. Great for a hotel to be said 3 stars. The shower do not talk any pressure you will wash with a trickle of water! To set the temperature good luck!
Nice scam. Go everywhere but not here! Big Black Point of the stay!
Just ashamed! We were robbed of a pair of new shoes in the room while we were away! The maid has to have fun shopping for free at the customers in their absence;)

The rooms are not isolated between them, hope not to have noisy neighbors. Breakfast is not served on time (I was not on vacation ^^ '). A little refreshment wouldn't hurt. The hotel is well placed.

Real tourist trap, a nagging impression of disturbing the staff, no reception, Wi-Fi is a joke impossible to consult Web pages for my work, my son had to sleep in a dilapidated mattress on the ground, we touch your business during the day, the separation with the adjoining dwelling is a simple door (you can hear the flies next to it), no equipment, regular electricity, works… Can't understand why this establishment is recommended! Today I have to find another place to live and sacrifice a day of vacation and my budget. To flee!
* I suspect the establishment of posting positive reviews, the photos of the so-called customers on the net are miserable caches of the hotel entrance!

The room is of good quality pity that the catering service is so mediocre… no choice. C is brandade of cod and turkey in sauce for everyone… Monday night menu… and what about breakfast.
No fruit… in Guadeloupe. A heap… the trays are empty the fruit juices to the gout account. You have to ask all the time who. Fresh bread. Who's a mug. Who's butter. Or a simple plain yogurt to a poor little employee as adorable as overwhelmed because visibly alone… we angoissons for tonight's meal.
Be careful not to be satisfied with the nearest possible. This is exactly how we lose customers.

Breakfast served no later than 9am, not ideal for late risers so.

Dreadful night.
For a night in love, we had taken care to select this hotel based on the photos and the price (120 euros). We had seen the few unfavorable opinions but we were going outside, didn't intend to enjoy the pool, we just wanted to have a good night.
We did not close our eyes until 4 am as our room communicated with a neighbouring room (photo) in which the occupants listened to the TV very loud.
The bedding was appalling, far too soft.
We received an anonymous phone call from the room at 7 am for some unknown reason.
The occult curtain did not obscure anything at all (photo).
Being resident in Guadeloupe and adepts of the clim, we often visually control the filters of Clim, which in the case of this hotel were in a catastrophic state (certainly not cleaned for a year or two (photo).
The room was relatively clean even though we could see a line of ants in the toilet.
The management informed me that I could (with extra charge) ask for a room without adjoining door, with a special fragile lumbar bedding and that the sun was good for the positive mind (sic).
We could not test the breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am and seen last night it was difficult for us to get there.
I don't recommend this hotel even if you're looking for a bed to sleep in.

Clean, quiet, nice clean pool, continental breakfast. Very satisfied for family trip.

We were robbed of our business on the last day of vacation in our own locked room, located at the end of an alley (which was not a positive point because the thieves were able to enter easily inside). Papers, camera, camera with all our memories have disappeared and this has sufficed to bring down the hotel's note which is very unfortunate because the rest was top notch. Moreover the room has a safe that has no lock, which is obviously the case of all the rooms after exchange with neighbors … very helpful.
In short we are very angry about this.

Hotel that deserves a renovation, the rooms are pretty dirty with a lot of cracks on the walls. Parking overloaded so forced to park in the street.
Breakfast at €13 for stale bread, industrial fruit juice, frozen pastries.
To avoid if possible.

Rather spartan rooms, with no coffe makers and just the bare essentials. The pool is good and right next to the restaurant, which is ok, I guess. The reception area needs upgrading. It's rather unwelcoming. The place looks passé, like 1960's passé, but they seem to be upgrading the cabanas (read rooms). BTW, front desk hours are limited and they close from 10PM to 8AM. If u don't speak French, you could find yourself in a bind. They don't provide much relevant info when you arrive.

Apart the pool croissants ham and air conditioning nothing I was not.
