The location is connecting the upper street with the sea shore, through a small park. It is unique from this point of view.
Easy access to bus no 7 station which is almost in front of the location and stops at major interesting points such as Corfu old town, Gouvia and several amazing beaches around.
Taxi from the port or airport is euro 30-35.
The pool is great for bathing all day. The water is clean and warm. There are enough umbrellas and sun beds, plus a terrace with tables and chairs.
The outside bathroom, dedicated to the pool area is very clean.
In the roooms they provide daily changes towels and removes the garbage. And the AC worked well.
A nice experience. I recommend this location especially for the fair quality-price and for the hospitality of the owners.
The location is great from the main road but to get to the reception or your room will require you to walk about 30 or so steps.
Back when this was built it would have been one of the best but right now everything is outdated or barely functional.
We arrive to nothing like the booking site shown as what the property looked like. At first we had to wait 20 mins for the person to check us in since he was nowhere to be found. Then a room wasn't ready. We walked in and the floors were dirty and there were no pillowcases or more than 1 bath towel.
After 20 mins for the room to be prepared, (not being offered any drinks and we were waiting outside in the heat) it was disappointing. One room's AC wasn't working. The floors were still dirty. The bathroom tub was rusting. The mirror in the bathroom had rust spots. One small light source in the bathroom. Small kitchenette with 1 type of different glasses and only 1 bowl. The mattresses were on their last night worth of sleep where you can feel every spring in the mattress.
Pool was dirty and you can only swim from 10am — 8pm. No one really at their bar if you really call it that. Unmanicured lawns. Spiders everywhere all over the balconies.
So overall, if you book be prepared for a disappointing experience no matter what you pay to stay here…

Bad, very bad, nothing is real, the pictures are very old, no piscine working with black water dirty, molds in rooms, no hot water for bath, no room service, … I can't right much just go away.
