Excellent value of money, nice cozy room, very good Wi-Fi and air conditioner, every two days new sheets and towels. Available inside a fridge and hot water heater for coffee/ tea. Outside a generous place to sit and relax. The owner was very kind and friendly!
In Paleochora absolutely great destination (across the street to the beach, 3-5 minute walk to the full center full of amazing restaurants, but it's a totally quiet location). Our room for two was just spacious and always clean, had a fine balcony and shower. If you want, you can use the shared kitchen (filter coffee, regular dishes, …). The efficient and reliable air conditioning is also a plus. Parking in the neighborhood without problems (we always parked less than a minute walk from the apartment).
The staff is also a great benefit — Olivia was there to help us with anything we asked. Plus, she wrote back almost immediately. Thank you very much!

We arrived on a ferry without reservations and asked for a recommendation at a restaurant. We were directed to Nikos Rooms across the street and were immediately offered a room at a very agreeable price. The room was well-appointed, clean and secure. The bathroom was modern and spotless. There was a clothesline on the balcony and all the regular amenities. This will be my first choice for a visit next year.
