We spent a wonderful vacation at this beautifully modern hotel by the sea. The rooms were impeccably clean and regularly maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay.
The all-inclusive package exceeded expectations—with a wide variety of delicious dishes and an impressive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delightful surprise was the opportunity to dine at the à la carte restaurants once during our stay, all included in the package.
One of the standout features was the hotel’s mobile app, which provided easy access to all essential information and made navigating our stay seamless. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
The pools were crystal clear, and the surrounding areas were carefully maintained, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, the beach, while clean and perfect for families thanks to its gentle sea entry, is located about 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. A shuttle service is available, but it runs only four times a day and tends to be quite full in the afternoons.
The beach itself offers basic amenities—sunbeds, umbrellas, and water service—but we felt the overall beach experience could benefit from additional services to match the high standards of the hotel.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, especially for those who value comfort, variety, and excellent service.

We visited the Serenity Spa today as a family of four—two adults and two teens—and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We all enjoyed the aromatherapy oil massage, and I had a body polish as well—thank you, Natalia!
We had exclusive use of the facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, with a stunning view of the mountain to top it off.
It was my teens' first spa experience, and thanks to the amazing staff, it was a fantastic time for all of us. We're truly grateful!

We flew here from Canada for a family trip of a lifetime. We are currently here and have booked 2 rooms with pool view adult section. From start to finish, everything has exceeded my expectations. The quality is top-notch, the customer service is friendly and attentive, and the overall value is excellent. I especially appreciated the management and front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Tigaki. Five stars all the way!

We stayed at Utopia Blu and overall had a decent experience. The room and bathroom were quite small, but clean and functional. Unfortunately, we did find blood stains on our freshly made bed two days in a row, which was disappointing, though otherwise the room was well maintained.
We were lucky with the location of our room, it was on the side of the resort, so we didn’t face other balconies. That gave us more privacy and peace. The location of the hotel itself was also convenient: about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and around 15 minutes by car to Kos Town. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is great if the bus runs on time.
The architecture of the resort is beautiful, and the pools were clean and well maintained. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the summer heat.
The spa area looked stunning and luxurious. Unfortunately, during the massage, the air conditioning in the treatment room was broken, causing a constant loud noise. The relaxing music had to be turned up to cover it, which took away from the calm atmosphere. The massage itself was good, but the setting didn’t justify the €85 price.
At breakfast, we did miss an adult-only section. There were often children running around and shouting, which made it harder to enjoy a quiet morning.
Lunch was definitely our favorite meal, but very simple. Dinner was okay, but didn’t really impress.

Really luxurious. Spotlessly clean and staff very attentive. Our room had a swim up pool which was really lovely. Food was great. The whole resort was well looked after.
The location is quite remote and very quiet, which was perfect for us but might not be what everyone is looking for.
Slight downsides-
. The room was quite small. Smaller than normal for hotels in this price bracket.
. Not brilliant for children. Though children are welcome, it really has the feel of a quiet, adults only resort (obviously this isn't a downside if you aren't travelling with kids). We have definitely experienced better kids clubs and entertainment.
. All drinks are bar service only, which means we often had to queue just to get water. They also won't let you order more than two drinks. We were a family of 4, so 2 of us had to go to the bar every time just so we could have one drink each. A few self serve machines for water/ soft drinks would have been handy, especially around the main pool.
Overall a great hotel. We would definitely stay again.

This is the first budget all inclusive with a fantastic lunch. The staff are lovely. The beer on tap is cold and refreshing.
Our balcony, even though exposed, is a good size with a great view.

I am usually NOT an animation team kind of guy but what Jery has done here with the animation team is nothing short of art. The sincerity and kindness they instill in everything they do is awe inspiring. The rest of the hotel is great as well. If you are having doubts about going here put them aside and take the chance.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Rooms are very clean and there is a fridge to keep wine and water cool. TV news channels but they do have YouTube which I used often to watch the highlights of the football. Main restaurant food is buffet style very good quality considering the number of people they cater for. Mediterranean and Italian restaurants are worth visiting very good food at the Mediterranean restaurant and local wines to sample. Service is very good wherever you are. The kids area is the place to go if you want a toastiest 😂 well hidden. We were at the adults with the pool bar 10.00-18.00 opening times. Shuttle service to the beach is great. Supermarket across the road if you have forgotten anything. Bus stop to Kos town 2.30 euros single just across the road as well.

The rooms were faultless, with mini fridge, a safe, slippers and bathrobes, with fresh towels every day. Ours had a great shower, and soap, etc, were supplied.
All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were very knowledgeable with regard to the many cocktails on offer.
So a big thank you to all the staff on site for making my holiday great.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a short holiday to the Utopia Blu in Tigaki on Kos and were not disappointed. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in a Double Standard room in the Adults only area for the first night and for the rest of our stay in a Junior Suite with a private pool — both were great! The standard room was fine for two people and the junior suite would've been perfectly fine for two people with a baby or toddler. Both were equipped with a modern AC and had everything else you need in a room. However, it was already easy to see which of the rooms was the newer one with the junior suite being a tad older and also having normal signs of 'wear and tear'. The layout of both bathrooms was a bit questionable with them sometimes being a bith tight or the shower flooding the floor. But these are minor things and don't take away from the fact that the rooms are modern, have comfy beds, a relatively new TV etc. Etc. One thing you should however definitely look out for is the location of the rooms, as that depends on the noise level during the day and evening (the closer to the main pool and bar the louder it is).
The service as a whole was also great. We arrived and were greeted with a drink straight away and even driven to the room (s) on a golf cart. The staff is accomodating and always happy to help — especially at the reception. It was clear that they wanted us to feel at home and did their best to make it a luxury and great experience — which it was.

Overall I loved this hotel, the architecture is pretty, mordern and spacious. There is several pools to use meaning there is never an over crowded pool, never racing for a lounger and never having to hear screams of little kids. The quiet pools have amazing loungers that are comfy and there own bars so you're never waiting around for a drink.
Entertainment is offered in the day but you never feels pressured to do it, they also hand out champagne and fruit in the morning.
The rooms could use more space if you're getting a standard room but if it's just 2 people it is okay. The only thing I would complain about the room is the shower water sometimes flooding the entire floor and the hair dryer is awful.
Also it's not ALL INCLUSIVE! The food is, the drinks are, everything is included expect. Premium coffee, premium cocktails. Silly silly stuff that should be included in the price. But. If u don't like hidden prices not go. But you'll regret. I have mixed emotions.
The hotel is located in an amazing location, supermarket right across the street and loads of restaurants and other shops nearby. Lovely walk to the beach at the end of the road and the beach is decent.
Overall I would 100% come here again but I think paying extra for a pool view room or anything more then a standard is worth it.

We stayed at this venue for 2 weeks and overall very impressed. Staff amazing, food amazing. But allowing guests to put their towels out in the evening which means no sunbeds for the other guests who abide by the rules is a large disappointment. When complaining nothing was done. The beach needs a huge upgrade as the sunbeds were the worst by far on the strip.

We had a swim up room and it was great. Nice and very clean rooms with good beds (only a bit too short for someone of 2.00 meters tall).
Private sunbeds in front of your room on your private terrace. Every day you could change your towels for the pool / beach for free.
Enough bars to order drinks. Personnel is very friendly.
All inclusive food is oké, but not special. I would suggest to go dining in one of the a la carte restaurants of the hotel. We ate twice at the Italian restaurant and it was fabulous.
When you rent a car or scooter you can park it for free on the hotel grounds.

The smallest rooms have some odd design flaws (you can’t fully open the wardrobe, the shower soaks the whole bathroom floor, and there isn’t enough floor space in the bathroom for two people to actually make use of the generous double sink) but the more expensive rooms are stunning. The food is generally good (though confusing and unreliable for specific dietary requirements). The staff are wonderful — consistently kind, accommodating and generous. And the entertainment is without a doubt the highest quality I’ve experienced at any hotel — an incredible, top-notch team. The pool is a perfect temperature and the landscape views are jaw-dropping. That said, if you pick up on any negatives in the hotel survey, they phone you up to tell you you’re wrong!

Me and my husband have just got home from an incredible 2 weeks with this hotel.
The reception staff were extremely happy and helpful from the off set. They even leant us some crutches for my husband as he'd hurt his ankle before arriving. All staff were very accommodating of him.
Everywhere you look, there is someone cleaning something inside and/outside which is great as nothing is ever dirty or untidy.
Our room was bigger than expected and was spotless every day we were there, and all tea/coffee facilities were refilled.
We also very much appreciated the free upgrade to a jacuzzi room for our last 2 nights.
All the restaurant staff were incredible whether that was breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was a wide range of food choices at all 3 main meals of a day. We were always topped up with our drinks and never left forgotten. It was very clear to see how hard the restaurant staff worked to keep their guests happy.
The entertainment crew were incredibly talented. We didn't do the day time pool activities but we did go to 2 or 3 of the evening shows and they were better than we thought they would be.
The shuttle bus to the beach was fantastic, such a great perk to getting there and back easily.
If we had to suggest any improvements it would be to have the beach area swept a couple of times a day, to fix the tables around the parasols and to have a beach bar.

My partner and I have just spent an incredible week at Utopia Blu, and one of the best parts of our stay was, without a doubt, the entertainment. The entertainment team did their best to offer activities that were not only fun, but also perfect to enjoy as a couple.
During the day, we participated in various activities such as dance classes and water sports. It was so much fun learning salsa together and then putting our moves into practice on theme nights. Pool activities like water polo and aqua-zumba were also a great way to relax and have fun.
In the evening the entertainment was simply spectacular. Every night there was a different show: from live concerts to game nights and karaoke. What impressed us most was the dedication and talent of the animation team. You could tell they put their heart into every performance and that made our nights memorable.
The animation team went out of their way to make sure all guests felt included and enjoyed their time. Their enthusiasm and positive energy really made a difference in our experience.
We recommend Utopia Blu to any couple or family looking for a vacation full of fun, entertainment and special moments. We will definitely return!
