We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nefeli. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, and we were very happy with the service provided.
The only downside was that some of the other guests were quite loud at times, especially during the night. However, this was not the hotel’s fault and is not something the staff could fully control. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Hotel Nefeli to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay with kind and professional staff.
Overall a nice place to stay. Kinda old fashioned but clean with a nice breakfast. On the most central road of Volos next to pretty much everything.

Our stay at Hotel Nefeli in Volos was generally good, and we had no major issues with the accommodation itself. However, I believe the food service could be improved.
Breakfast was almost exactly the same every morning, with very little variety, and some of the food that should have been served warm was often only lukewarm. For a stay of several days, it would have been much better to have more variety from one day to another.
Dinner was also quite limited and did not feel like a full and generous buffet, especially considering that both breakfast and dinner were included in our travel package. There were also some issues with the quality of the food. On one evening, the pasta had a sour taste, and on another evening, the salad served did not seem to be in proper condition.
Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the food was definitely the weakest part of our stay. With more variety at breakfast, better temperature and freshness of the food, and a more complete dinner buffet, the overall experience would have been much better.
