A great hotel, fantastic facilities.
We stayed here for one night en route to Volos Airport. It was perfect. Comfortable room, free parking, lovely swimming pool, wonderful spa, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

This is a good hotel with nice moden rooms but somewhere in Volos there was a techno event the night we stayed (the sunday of the whit monday long weeked) so to dampen the noise we closed the doors to the sea air and turned the a/c on which leaked so we had a choice of drip drip vs doof doof until 3am. Breakfast was good and staff friendly to english speakers.

Highly recommend this place. Central and classy. Sufficient parking. Great amenities. Do try the roof garden!

A very nice hotel with excellent staff. Friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. The pool is luxurious and the tiny strip of private beach is wonderful for swimming. The rooms are big and the view is spectacular. Suitable for a romantic getaway, business and family holidays.

Don't choose sea view on Summer, you would hear all the people from the cafe from your room. Good food, changes every season.

I had an amazing dinner to the a la Carte restaurant! The food was delightful and the service excellent (Sofia was the name of the lady)!

Convenient location, close to the city centre and the beach. Relatively small rooms. Ask for a room with sea view because the rest face the parking lot. There is also a Roof Bar that offers great view to the sea. As a guest you get free access to the outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa facilities. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Wi-Fi a bit slow/ unusable at times. Staff was polite and helpful.

Great place, especially its location — right by the sea and feels like a bit away from the city but actually is very close to the center. The only downside was Wi-Fi connection that most of the time was quite OK but sometimes a little slow or didn't work.

The spa was a great bonus. Gym, hot tub, and sauna use was all free. Resteraunt was pretty decent as well. They also offer massages but they need to be scheduled. Overall, a fun, semi — luxurious place to stay in the city!

I found Worms in my food. I was in a medical conference's formal lunch meal as a medical student along with others, and there were multiple dishes and salads. However, in the curry chicken, the sauce was full of small yellow dead, non-moving worms. Their small black head was obvious and clear af. The hotel service was just rude and indifferent and all they tried was to prove me wrong even though I was polite and calm and weren't in a mood of screaming it out. The hotel didn't ask for any apology, and didn't even replace my plate. Incredible and a real shame! They should be educated and respectful to their clients! And Clean!

The jacuzzi was not working in the spa center. The sauna was not working. The safe was not working in the room. The manager on the spa does not like small kids (babies)
But, the room was good. We had sea view for the price of of standard rate. But (for us) it is not right proportion value/ money.

Disappointing hotel. Run down and dirty rooms. Bad quality fittings and balkanized room design with tacky interiors. It needs to be redesigned and remade. The price does not correspond to the services or quality offered. You pay Sofitel prices for a 60's Xenia Hotel. Simply unacceptable. As far as the personnel is concerned, the attitude is below average for a 5 star hotel. At the bar they give preference to visitors and not to guests. All that in a rude manner. The management should pay much more attention. The list of problems is far too long to mention here. My advice is: Avoid it all together!

Prons: Very luxurious place with very good structures and friendly stuff. Grand breakfast that will meet everyone expectations. Cons: Expensive. The bathtab had a little mold on a corner.

An amazing Domotel experience at Domotel Xenia Volou hotel. The room had great sea views, the stuff were willing to help you, and the location is just great. In a walking distance from volos commercial center, free parking. A real fun of Domotel Hotels. :).

One of the best hotels in Volos, probably the best! A resort that simlpy had it all, beach, pool, great rooms, great spa and wonderful views! Great location for strolls by the sea and for excursions to Pelion. Just another star of Greece.

The best there is in this area. The only wise choice.
