Apartments Ziogas Apartment

Never again! This place is suitable for retired German war heroes, but not for people that want to relax and enjoy the beach and summer. The couple that rents the place has too many rules and they don't forget to remind them. Turn off the lights, no barbecue allowed, close the doors, etc. This is not the typical Greek do-what-you-like place. No wonder it's empty! It's build in the 70s and it stayed like this until now. Everything inside is old and untouched, the yard is simple and even the grass is yellow and dry. There is no oven in the kitchen, no air conditioning and a TV set from the last century. Beds are short and firm. The beach close by is half military, half private bar, so you need to pay for an umbrella and a chaise longue. Be safe and go to Chalkidiki instead :)

The apartments are so so very clean and on good position… in front of the beach… the owners are very very positive person and also the garden is so beatyfull… everything is just perfect… I strongly recomend this place 100 % positive.

The hotel has a main plus location. The beach is quiet, clean, calm. There are almost no people in September. The sea is wonderful. The beach and the bottom are sand, and the small pebbles are sand. First, there are no mosquito nets. This is a critical issue, since the room is always a mosquito and a biting (! ) bugs. Catching them is unrealistic. If you have an insect reaction, this hotel is not for you!
The second is the shower. It's just a mixer in the bathroom. No pallet, just a hole in the middle of the room. The toilet, the sink, the toilet paper and everything gets wet in the wash.

Nearby the sea, host was O. K, did not bother us at all. No A/C, no mosquito net. Apartments are cool, but you need the A/C. The W/C is not suitable for small kids.

PROS: Nearby the sea! Owners are nice and kind! Clean apartments, good Wi-Fi. CONS: No A/C (generally it is not that hot, but the apartment needs A/C). No mosquito net. In general, I would say 7/10 (Google only has 5 stars! )

Good alternative for camping. No aircondition, no mosquito nets in windows. Very close to the beach.

The apartment is good equipped and the beach is very close, but there is no barbecue place in the garden, and no ac in the apartments so sometimes it was really hot at night.
We wanted to feel good but the host tried to ruin it. He is the rudest and unfriendliest man i've ever met. He was rude from the first moment till the last. We wanted to chat and play board games at about 9pm in the garden and he threatened us and the children several times. We were not loud at all compared to the people at the big military apartments, playground and bar next to the apartment…
On the whole it would've been a nice place if the host had made for it. Maybe his son shuold be with guests, because he was friendly with us.
If you have children or you want to spend some time in the garden don't come here.
I only give 2 points because of the location.

When we arrived this apartman he received us negativly. After his attitude was the same the other days. He follow the guests and watching them. He not allowed us to play board game, because he wanted to call the police.
All in all, I do not recommend it to any age group because he messed up the holiday on purpose.

Good place. Apartmans with separate kitchens available, we really liked it as a 4 member family. Cars can be parked in the yard. All the balconies face towards the sea and the beach is only 15-20 meters away. The water is warm and crystal clear. The bathroom is basic but clean. All in all it's a really nice place, the only problem may be that there are some bars on the beach which play music even in the night and there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Great place to stay, peaceful and listening to the waves each night! Memories!
