➜ It's a great place. A cozy room on the ground floor. (yard total for 2rooms) Perfect cleanliness in the room, comfortable beds. Rest was a success!
Great prices for the rooms and location. The owner bends over backwards for the guests. The only thing I would like to see is different decoration for the rooms. Otherwise they are like a large studio in size and layout, without a kitchen.

The property has free parking. The room has a small terrace where we were able to eat and we did not even have a view of the Meteora and we liked the view of the small garden in front of the room. The Wi-Fi is strong enough and I did not have any problems with hot water. The property is not close to the center of Kalabaka, actually close to the Trikala exit. It is on the main road that is quite noisy. To get the keys, you have to call the bell and tell the intercom who you are and what you want. The problem is you have no information to do this or at least I have not found it. The room is small and crowded, we had to leave the trolleys in our path. There is no place to eat in. The room was pretty clean, but we think it could have been better. The kitchenette is outside and common to all rooms and therefore has hygiene problems. We planned to use it but I did not do it for that very reason.
