Nestled in the picturesque village of Kastraki, near the breathtaking Meteora formations, Senses by Tsikeli Hotel offers a serene setting for a delightful breakfast experience.

Good choice in Kastraki as close to the monasteries but not crazy busy. The hotel is small and friendly. We had a reasonably large room with a small balcony and decent bathroom.

From the moment we arrived at The Storyteller Boutique House in Kalabaka, we felt as though we had discovered a hidden gem. The welcome was warm, genuine and personal, far beyond the ordinary.

I can't recommend the Storyteller enough! It was one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed.

The place was really cosy and clean. The location was really convenient cause it was close to the meteora and trikala city also. The owner is really good and helpful.

Very kind people, the pool and the view are really good and we liked that it’s out of the centre but at the same time only 5 minutes away from the centre. Highly recommended!

Mirabilis went above and beyond our expectations in accomodations and service! This hotel sits just outside of Kalambaka. It was the perfect location to visit Kalambaka, Kastraki and Meteora.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Alex who was welcoming and very helpful.

We all loved staying here! Doupiani is in a quiet neighborhood and has a parking area. The views from our rooms were stunning. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful front desk staff.

The hosts, Spiros and Mary, are exceptional. You will not meet more accommodating or friendlier people. Got to know them pretty well over the 3 days we stayed there.

Family-run and the service was exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfast was all homemade and their pastries were delicious.

It's a very good 4star hotel. Rooms are fanstastic, and the 5th floor room had a good view of a monastery. Maybe they can be clean better, but nothing serious.

The hotel is situated in center. Our balcony had a nice view to Meteora. The street under the balcony is one of the main streets in the town and the traffic noise was a bit disturbing loud.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of April 2024. The hotel is located on the main street, with parking nearby. The room we had was super clean and nice. Breakfast is ok — nothing special.

This was a perfectly adequate choice for my one-night stay. A major plus was the spacious and convenient parking area, which was great to have.

Oikia Guesthouse is an absolute dream — the perfect place to stay while visiting Meteora! The hosts are some of the loveliest people we’ve ever met — warm, genuine, and so attentive.

We stayed two nights here while we explored Meteora. Anna Maria and her husband were ideal hosts, full of helpful advice on restaurants, tours and tour local information.

This guesthouse was ideal. The location was within minutes from the monasteries and its location was in the shadows of the cliffs. The house was clean and nicely decorated.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel — just came for the pool and slides due to the lack of waterparks in this area.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Just a 4 minute drive away from the main road and downtown Kalabaka, but with stunning views of the valley and the rock formations.

An older hotel but clean and spacious. Made me think of a convention style hotel — with a large footprint and only a couple of stories. Nice pool and bar area.

We had a great stay here, even though we only spent one night. The accommodation is perfectly located right at the foot of Meteora, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the area.

Great location with a view of the Meteora Monasteries. Peacefully situated just outside the town center, about 15-minute walk. Parking in front of the guesthouse.

We stayed here overnight during our visit to Meteora (which by the way means suspended in the air or lofty in Greek).
In any case, this is a lovely, charming hotel.

We stayed at this neat, beautiful small hotel for two nights. It is right at the feet of Giant rock formations. The surroundings are beautiful.

The hostess was amazing! Her name was Vasso (Βάσω) and she was very respectful to everyone. She drove us to a restaurant because we did not have a car and it was raining.

I was really unsure where to stay in Kalambaka, but I made the right decision choosing the Holy Rock. Comfortable rooms with very nice staff crew.
