We were so looking forward to staying here. Due to corona virus, Aegean Air canceled our flight. Being older and living in the US, rebooking is not likely. Amaya refused to refund the 1-night cancellation fee, offering a credit instead, which we cannot use. Now I discover they are actually closed during our dates, and we could not have stayed here if we wanted to! Under the circumstances, it’s unconscionable and unethical for Amaya to not refund our deposit. I highly recommend not doing business with these people. Such a shame!
Our stay was exquisite from the minute we arrived. The serenity Villa was perfection in every way. Erivis a property associate was extremely cordial and professional with all of our requests. Olga another amazing associate of the property would come everyday and make us this opulent breakfast/brunch. She made sure we had everything for the day. Olga has great energy and a contagious smile. She’s an amazing person. Linen and bedding above and beyond. The spa in the villa was enjoyable with a stylish steam room and dry sauna. We never left Pool and jacuzzi with large tanning deck and outdoor dining table that seats ten. Also a small breakfast nook adjacent to the pool area. It’s a great place to have a cocktail party. The view is tranquil and serene. The market is just steps away from the villa. The property owner was also very professional and congenial. They have everything you need to relax and unwind. From imported meat, fresh baked bread, champagne and cheeses. We will definitely come back.
