Beautiful place good service the best view love it.

Beautiful. Captivating. Incomparable views from our suite facing the caldera as well as from the outdoor restaurant and patio open for all guests. The staff welcome you like you're entering a Greek family gathering. I couldn't tell you the amount of very generous welcome packages on our first night. From complimentary local wine, to a taste of Greek dips like authentic tzatziki, all the way to a local dessert wine that's a bit sweeter after dinner that's unlike any wine I've …ever had (I'm also not a wine connoisseur by any means! ). The servers and hotel staff have all been very lovely and sweet as well despite the occasional snobby guest. And the hotel manager, Kristos (I may have misspelled his name so if so my apologies! ) has helped coordinate everything we have needed with us. From helping point out local places to go to, what's worth it in terms of where to be for the sunsets, companies they have arrangements with the get discounted prices for car rentals or massages and literally playing phone tag with them while we worked out scheduling — it's been so lovely and we've only been here a few days and there's still so more to see. This place is phenomenal. Quiet, as Imerovigli is a little off the path from the main tourist hub Fira. It really depends on what you're looking for at the end of the day, but for our honeymoon it is perfection as we wanted to relax and not have the hustle and bustle of the city at this point of our stay in Greece.

I stayed here last week and its such an awesome place. Very good service from the friendly staff, good food, rooms are fantastic and location is perfect. Highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Super luxurious and professional Hotel

If you want to be quiet and comfortable but close to the tourist areas this is the place, the manager is very friendly. It has a nice view of the caldera, the comfortable room, the full breakfast.
It is easily accessible by public transport, as a recommendation, when you get on the bus, it notifies the driver and his assistant of the stop that has to be made at the hotel.

Spent a week there. Excellent staff. Front desk very accommodative. Good advice on touring the island. Priceless view from the swimming pool. Very clean, modern rooms with Air con. A variety breakfast spread every day. The restaurant and cocktail selection surprised us. Greeted with a massive fresh fruit salad and a bottle of wine on arrival. Great hospitality.

We are very satisfied to stay here the hotel with super great view, big room with jacuzzi, rich and different food for breakfasts everyday, nice dining, good service and location! Definitely Recommend!

We just loved our stay here. We stayed June 30-July 3, 2018. My teen daughters and I had a triple occupancy room. There was a single bed when you walked into the room and a couple steps up a king bed. Bathroom was nice and had a large tub. The pool wasn't heated and was quite chilly but that is a minor complaint. The chairs by the pool were comfortable. The Caldera view… Outstanding! The breakfast was delicious and included hot items, breads, cereal, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, lunch meats, rose wine, and Greek pastries. The food served by the pool is also delicious. The service at this hotel is wonderful. They contract with a transportation/travel company so you can use them at a good price instead of the non-metered taxis. Perfect location between Oia and Fira (closer to Fira).

We have loved it. Checking out today, with my 2 grown daughters. We stayed in a triple room with a large jetted tub, single bed in the front room, king bed in the master. Two televisions, each room has it's own patio with table and chairs. The hotel pool is an infinity pool and there's an outdoor bar and food service all day until 10:30 p. M. The pool is surrounded by padded lounge chairs and there are thickly padded upright chairs overlooking the Mediterranean and the volcanic mountains to the north. This hotel is about 15 minutes and a 10 Euro cab ride to Fira, the nearest shopping and restaurant area. About 1.80 Euros by bus. The staff is outstanding at The Filotera, especially Yanis at the front desk. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Note: a lot of the rooms do not have tubs, they have very nice large glassed in showers. If you particularly want a tub, as I did, make SURE to book it.

The hotel was a rage at best however the staff performed below par. I had asked for a wakeup call for my morning flight. No one woke me up. I opened the door to see staff laying on the outdoor sofa sleeping. Later he was very rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Epic views, great facilities, cocktails and meals really good. Is expensive, but worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for our Honeymoon and had an amazing time. The service from the second we walked into reception was fantastic. The receptionist took us through a map of the island and all the best places to visit. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The waiters and restaurant food was also fantastic! Would definitely come back.

Xenones Filotera is the best choice if you want privacy, the best views, rich breakfast, huge rooms, amazing staff and so on…
The hotel is located between Fira and Oia and you have a footpath if you want to walk to them. It is quiet, they have a gym and steam room. Also, the pool is amazing. On one side of the location you have views of the Agean Sea and on the the other side you have the views of the volcano so it’s a win win situation.
Breakfast is very nice and each day you have a different selection of food.
You can also have lunch and dinner freshly made with wonderful ingredients.
We will come here again next year, that’s for sure!

This quaint hotel is situated between Oia and Fira, the two main towns on Santorini. You can walk to either town, 45 minutes to Fira and about 2 hours to Oia. Buses are also available. The rooms are cozy, and the bed and sheets are moderately comfortable. The A/C is currently disabled (per my call to the front desk this is due to the weather being so nice) and the temperature in the room is low-mid 70's with moderate humidity during the day. If TV is a concern to anyone, the only channels available in English are News Stations, and the signal comes and goes. Breakfast is included, and is fairly varied with croissants, chocolate croissants, toast/jams, eggs, yogurts/puddings, fruits, meats & cheeses, etc… Quality of the food is decent, but nothing memorable. The views from the pool are spectacular, and watching the sunset with a drink in hand will leave a lasting memory. During our trip, (Late April) the hotel was mostly vacant, and we rarely encountered more than 4-6 other guests at the poolside. If you are looking for something away from the hustle/bustle of the more touristy destinations of Santorini, this may be exactly the hotel for you.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for one week. It was an absolutely amazing experience. It is conveniently located between Fira and Oia, they are both a short ride away. Imerovigli is only a 15 minute walk as well. We felt like we were in the middle of the island and the views were breathtaking. We rented ATVs for a week to travel and were wherever we wanted to be within minutes. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. They set up tours for us and did whatever they could to make us happy. The bar at the hotel was wonderful as well. I personally recommend the sangria, I’ve been craving it since we left. We truly could not ask for a better experience and can’t wait to return in the future!

Excellent hotel, great staff, wonderful view and great breakfast. You won't be disappointed. Sort of difficult to take the bus from, you'll want to use a taxi and rent a car.

This place is amazing, the views are amazing, the honeymoon suite was amazing and the staff is amazing. Food is great but a bit pricey. Would go again. -from Canada.

Absolutely Tremendous Couldn't ask for a better Hotel. Staff, room, food, pool, bar service everything at Xeonnes Filotera was fabulous. Santorini as a whole was fantastic. Greek people wonderful. Imerovigli. Fira, Kamari, Akrotiri and Oia lovely. Imerovigli — peace and relaxation. Fira — shops. History, church, restaurants and pubs. Akrotiri — Historic also guided tour. Kamari — beach shops, bars, restaurants nightlife Oia can get crowded in the evening so try to visit in the day. If you are unable to see sunset at Oia dont worry as long as Xeonnes Filotera is your hotel you will see sunset. Santorini Thank you.

Fantastic place for couples. Relaxing and the views are breathtaking from everywhere. The people and food are wonderful. Cannot rate it highly enough.

Very relaxing atmosphere at this hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms with nice bathroom amenities. The view from this hotel is incredible and you can see the sunset over Oia (if you want to avoid the crowds). There is a cool ridgeline trail for hiking/running/etc just behind the hotel. I wish someone had told us about that before we figured it out as we were leaving. :) The check-in was fun, they gave us a sample of the local Vinsanto wine the island is known for and suggestions on what to do while we were on the island. We were able to rent a car through the hotel, too. Oh, and you can arrange for the hotel to pick you up or drop you off at the airport/ferry port, which was super helpful since taxi's are limited.

Beautiful hotel, staff is there for your every need/request. Breakfast in the morning is amazing. And the view, can't say enough about the sunsets. The hotel is centrally located between Oia and Fira, so you have options for shopping, food, nightlife. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to step out of their normal routine and relax!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. It's quiet, and has wonderful views of west Santorini (famous for its sunsets). The staff was extremely nice, gave great suggestions on places to visit and how to get around, and they provide complimentary customized breakfasts delivered at your prescribed time to your suite. I cannot recommend this place enough.
