RESTAURANT REVIEW Pegasus starts of so well, quintessential Santorini building, beautiful winding staircases and white washed walls and of course a killer view at sunset. Those are the outstanding parts. Unfortunately the service was painfully slow with bumbling errors throughout. We arrived and waited 10 minutes to get menus or water. We were brought over one bottle of water and bread and 4 glasses between 5 of us. We ordered 2 gin and tonics and an additional bottle of water. Then we waited. 15 minutes later the waiter appeared and offered our drinks the wrong table, he eventually made it to us with them to only realise that he misheard Gin and Tonic for Johnnie Walker and Tonic…

Amazing place! the staff are so nice. Every day we came back to our room to find another surprise from the hotel. The view is so great.

We stayed at Pegasus for our honeymoon. This hotel is beyond amazing. On arrival our room was upgraded. The staff and amazing friendly. The food is great and the hotel is in a great location. By far the view was the best experience for us. One of the best hotels in santorini hands down. Definitely recommend this hotel for vacation/honeymoon!

Incredible view, amazing service and people! Location is perfect! Walking distance to thira, and easy to go to every where.

Great location
It is located in Imerovigli area of hotels and restaurants arranged with great discretion and elegance along a wonderful scenic road that leads up to the tip staff nice nice rooms.
Some organizational lack we say a bit ' typical of Greece even if you find 5-star hotels.

Beautiful view, spacious room, fantastic Jacuzzi.

Nice place but with many steps to take depending where your room is. Be prepared during the summer time.

Paradise on Island, amazing view from the room, Jacuzzi tub hot all the day, staff very affectionate and ready to help anytime, room cleaned three times a day, pool bar with good and tasty food with drinks… words cant describe the hotel, how much I write here, will be back again soon.

Stunning setting. Beautiful and luxurious rooms and amenities. Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend this fabulous resort.

Traveler beware! We planned our 30th Anniversary visit to Greece more than 10 months out with the culmination or should I say the high point of our visit being a romantic stay in the Honeymoon Suite overlooking the Caldera at the Pegasus Suites & Spa Hotel. Six days before we were to leave on our trip we received an email saying we might get cancelled. In this case "might" was not correctly used as they cancelled our reservations the same day. The reason given our credit card was declined. Now the facts: (1) They already told us that our reservation was confirmed, (2) Our credit is fine, (3) We booked through Expedia so it is Expedia they should have been contacting, (4) Even though we knew our credit card was fine… we sent them the information for another credit card… to which the only response we received was "you have been cancelled and are welcome to re-book" (of course now at a higher rate and without the availability of the Honeymoon suite — now booked). (5) We contacted American Express (the supposed problem card) and were told that they never even attempted to run the credit card and American Express would be happy to put that in writing. (6) They would not even answer our calls, in fact, they would not even answer Expedia's calls — an organization they work with. To quote the Expedia representative, "they must recognize our number and won't pick up" (nice business partner).

My wife and I are currently here on our honeymoon, and I can not say enough about this location. The staff is fantastic, the views from this point on the island are unparalleled, even better than anything you will find in Oia. You are a short distance from Fira. The people who run it are incredibly nice, they are accommodating, and attentive. Pegasus Suites made our honeymoon and absolute dream come true. We could not be any happier with our choice to spend our vacation here. Coming from New York, we haven't left and already can't wait to come back, but we will definitely be returning. Thank you Pegasus Suites for making this such an unforgettable experience. ♥️

We would highly recommend Pegasus to anyone staying in Santorini and wanting a trip to remember. The week there could not have been better and from looking around at other accomodation, it was definitely one of the best choices. We stayed in suite 141 and it was beautiful, we had an amazing room with breathtaking views. The staff were always there to help us when we needed them and they always tried their best to make it the best holiday ever. Breakfast and dinner were great with a large selection of food and drinks. I would highly recommend the pork knuckle for dinner. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday with room service on our balcony, which made the night something special! On a side note, we would like to thank John for his hospitality all week, his hard work was much appreciated! I don't understand why some people have written ordinary reviews but I guess if you have been spoilt your whole life and can't appreciate the little things in life, countries like Greece in general may not be for you. Unrelated to our accomodation at Pegasus but when booking transfer or taxi's, make sure you allow an extra half an hour. Never once they were on time and generally 15-30mins late, which can make trips to the airport particularly nervous times.

We loved our stay here. The staff, breakfast and views were amazing! We stayed here in July 2017 on our honeymoon and will definitely be back next year, we're already planning now! Be sure to get a room with the private Jacuzzi!

Exceptional Hotel, great location away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing view of volcano and sunset. The staff were amazing and the cocktails by the pool were delicious (thanks nick! ). Amazing restaurant in hotel and locally for all price ranges. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with an awesome views of the ocean. The staff is amazing and trys to make sure you have everything you need or want. We got a complementary bottle of wine when we arrived that's was good. They have a restaurant with great food as well. You do have to walk up a hill to get to reception and there are stairs to get to and from your room.

Great… breathtaking view.

We stayed here 7 nights for our honeymoon. All staff is friendly and the restaurant is delicious. You don't even have to leave the hotel to get some of the best views in Santorini. It's a quick walk into Fira, so the location is perfect.
