A lovely resort, very attentive staff that couldn't fo enough. The food was great and would literally be delivered to the pool beds or as room service to your room. One of the best places I have stayed.

Our room was lovely. Very spacious and clean. The staff were all great especially the restaurant staff. The view from our balcony was amazing. Loved our time there.

My mother and I came to stay here last week with a group of women. We enjoyed our time. It was great being so close to the shops we were able to walk to. Also the staff are very friendly and help you with whatever you need.

Stayed here 2 years ago and just LOVED it! Nothing negative to say… very comfy beds, beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. We had to force ourselves to leave to check out the rest of Santorini! The POOLS! I counted 6… and I probably missed some! If you like relaxing, having drinks by the pool then this is the place to do it! 10 minute walk into Fira. Everything close by! Ignore the couple of negative comments obviously those people were having a bad day! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Stayed for a week at the hotel while attending a friend's wedding. There are a number of unheated pools which is great to cool off in. A heated pool is in the spa area and can be used at a cost. There are two dining areas which is also used as for the breakfast buffet. Sadly, this is where the hotel is let down as the food is of a low quality. This consists of bacon, local sausage, eggs, soup, rice, cheese slices and a selection of biscuits and local yogurts. A small selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices is also available. Drinks can be bought at the pool side bar but are incredibly expensive. Luckily, there is a local supermarket just up the road and I would recommend using this instead. Locally there is not a great deal to do, especially with children. If you are traveling with kids, I would recommend going closer to the beach. Lastly, I tried to speak to a couple of the kitchen staff due to an allergy query but sadly they only spoke Greek.

Beautiful hotel, very large, various pools including five discoveries located at various points of the hotel, very nice staff for both check in, check-in, nice rooms, great cleanliness, fairly varied breakfast, very nice and quiet atmosphere especially in the evening. Located a short walk from the center of Fira.
We stayed in a triple standard.
Recommend.

I very much enjoyed staying at El Greco Resort, I think it is one of the best Hotels l have stayed at during my holiday. It is not too far from the shops and a beautiful view when out the front of the Hotel. Nice Hotel and very helpful staff. From Australia.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Big island hotel with a small feel. Very clean. We had a junior suite. No drinkable water in the rooms. Must purchase water bottles. Buffet breakfast is yummy. Recommend.

Hotel beautiful. Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. No water fountains supplied so very expensive for water coffee bear wine and soft drinks etc. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We only used the dining room two evenings. Their was a good selection of food but with no water to drink in the dining room was forced to buy a drink. We paid 22 euros for wine and 6 euros for water.

Its a beautiful property in pastel shades located at just right place. We could catch glimpse beautiful sunset view at the hotel entrance just across the road. The staff is helpful and courteous. Extending all the help! Breakfasts are best served with lot of options to choose from.
Not to forget has lot of swimming pools. Loved our stay here on our first and unforgettable visit to Santorini.

Stayed at El Greco for my honeymoon, and I left utterly disappointed. The place itself is ok, but the staff wasn’t very accommodating or helpful.
Towels for the pool are only available if you pay a 5 euro “deposit” fee, and you can’t take them out of the hotel (we had an excursion to the thermal waters in Nea Kameni, and we had to borrow a towel from a fellow tourist because of this).
They gave us only 1 key for the room, that had the key for the safe box and it was also needed to turn on the lights, so if we needed anything from the safe we were left in the dark.
All meals are served buffet-style (unless you go to the bar by the pool), and dinner is only available until 10 pm.
The water on the island is not drinkable, but the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water in the room (you have to walk approximately 5 blocks to the town for the nearest store to buy anything).
On our second day we overslept, and someone from housekeeping walked in on our room, despite the fact that we had locked the door. When we asked the receptionist about “do not disturb” signs, we were told they don’t have any, and given the option to call reception next time to make sure they didn’t try to clean our room at 9 am. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, and will definitely not recommend this place to any of our friends.

Close to town. Soft comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Aesthetically pleasing bathroom and shower set up. Strong A/C.

Good rooms good location nice pools. Would have been a 5 except for buffet breakfast didn’t have potatoes or traditional breakfast sausage. Not the best food for the building and location.

So, I have a love/hate feeling towards this hotel. I love the views at this hotel, the walk in shower, the closeness to town and their spa. I hated that our first room had ants and the staff stated we must have left food out (we didn't leave food out and we ate out in resturants everyday, but ok. ) I hated the long strands of hair left by I presume the housekeeper. My roommate and I found hairs everywhere after the room was cleaned and found that nasty. Other than what was previously mentioned the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in great walking distance to bars, shopping and GREAT food places! I am picky with cleanliness so the hairs really lowered the score I gave. I would suggest hair nets for housekeepers.

Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, full buffet.
The staff has a very cordial and warm treatment, ready to answer any questions.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is pretty and staff were efficient and helpful but not overly friendly. The rooms were pretty with great amenities however the walls were extremely thin so we heard every little noise from above and beside us, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. The walk to the pier is pretty but there is so much garbage everywhere it really detracts from it.

Stunningly beautiful place. First class accommodations. A bit of a hike to downtown, but not difficult at all.

We loved our stay. Traveling as a family of 5, we got a free upgrade to their villa with a rooftop lounge, private pool, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The resort was beautiful with 5 pools and their daily breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and views from all over the property were spectacular. Everything is in walking distance — bus, ATM, supermarket, town of Fira. Can stay and watch the sunset views right from your hotel. Beautiful resort!

An up and coming hotel yet the pools we're not heated. Not even the Jacuzzis! Try avoid it these guys are stingy. Spa is listed but expensive to visit.

Wonderful resort. Very close walkable distance to main Fira. Along with supermarket just like 5 mins walk away. Lovely pools. Do make it a point to have relaxing day just in pools. There in house restaurant has som delicious options as well. Great hospitality and service! Breakfast options were great for vegetarians and rest! We had the room just at the entrance from where you had the entire caldera view! Amazing stay! Loved it completely!

I would've definitely have it 5* if the room cleaning service would make more effort. Other than that, great location, really cosy rooms, also cosy classy decoration and nice staff. I would most definitely recommend.

The view and the Magnificent hotel.

Nice, not the best hotel if you travel with kids. But then again Santorini is maybe not the best place to bring kids. The kids pool is 70 cm deep, an fairly small. The pools are not heated.

We couldn't choose better facility: Cleanliness, value for money, swimming pools, top breakfast.

A hotel on top! The rooms are very decent and especially spacious, the staff adorable, the breakfast very varied and good, the 3 pools allow that one is not one on the other, you have to walk a little to reach the city center but in 10min it is done! We recommend and we will return!

Abominable Night (16 to 17/09) because the room is separated from its neighbour by a simple door and the adjoining room was occupied by anglophones that it was impossible to silence: conversation, music, shower and that despite the intervention of the desk. This is an aberrant architectural design for a hotel of this class!

Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful rooms. Really good service and the pools are lovely. We went in October and the weather was a little patchy, on the other side of the coin … it was much less busy and this very comfortable stay.

The premises is beautiful and the staff is among the best at any hotel/resort I've ever stayed at. The food is very good (except the free breakfast). The Wi-Fi is terrible if you're not in the lobby or restaurant. I would've given them a 5 star rating if the internet wasn't so bad. Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and I'd highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful arquitectonicamente complex with exquisite details in the rooms. Could improve the service to load the minibar and q the water in Santorini is not potable. Very good pools and bar.

Not the greatest experience, the food was very low quality, I mean out of cans and frozen bags and you can tell. The staff was nice, but the layout is so huge and spread out its a bit inconvenient. The best part was the view across the street and the location being in the center of the island is ideal.

Gorgeous place. Everything is white and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and very polite. Had the best room in the hotel with a phenomenal view best view in the hotel. The staff told us this! Very very happy with my stay.

Staff are so friendly. They are very accommodating. The room are modern and contemporary. Good selection of food and drinks. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy.

Very nice and cared for minutes walk to Fira, friendly staff, clean rooms, heated pool, spa, massage center, gym etc etc.
Only drawback (for us Italians) breakfast, no espresso and no hot milk unless you go to the hotel bar where they make the espresso at €3

Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly and excellent service. Warm staff. Made us feel like VIPs the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fira Santorini, you will not regret it. Not to mention great breakfast and 4 pools.

Looks to be like this is an amazing resort to stay at. I only came to meet some guests for lunch. Resort is clean and beautiful. It is close to town. I'll keep this place in mind for my next stay in Santorini.

Perfect place to stay! Our first time in Santorini, the resort is beautiful, clean, many pools, staff are friendly & accommodating in every way.
The food & cocktails are great with very comfortable rooms.
The location is just out of the main town, a quick 5 min walk & your there… so tranquil & peaceful, the town can get noisy of the evenings.
I'll definitely be staying here on our next trip… Santorini is a magical place. Like I said perfect!

An absolutely beautiful property! Perfectly located, with breathtaking views of the sea on two sides, and a 5 minutes walk to the heart of Fira town, (one will find the supermarket, bus station, pharmacy and car/ATV rentals among other things on the way). The staff and concierge — very friendly and helpful! Con — The rooms are set up around pools, so it may get really noisy… (But when we requested for a room change, we were promptly shifted to a lovely room on the terrace, which again is a BIG plus to the staff! ) Breakfast is good but not excellent. (Mostly cold, no fresh juice). In short, a charming resort which completed my Santorini experience in a most pleasant way!

Wow, what a place! We had a room at the east end of the property which was clean, quiet and awesome. Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. It's close to everything, just a 7 minute walk from Thira. We would love to have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Walk about ten minutes to get to downtown, but the room is big enough, a swimming pool and many.
