John the owner is amazing! I’m actually not sure what I was more impressed with, him or the price for the room or the incredible pool and mountain view! We just booked last minute due to a cancelled ferry to Ios and are super glad we did. The room (budget double) is lovely, very comfortable double bed and pillows and a small balcony for us to enjoy breakfast and drinks on. The room has two chairs and a small table and a small stool. It also has a cupboard for clothing and two shelves that held our suitcases comfortably! The aircon is great and the fridge adequate. There’s also a fridge with drinks for purchase out near the pool. The shops are literally 7 minutes walk away or even less by quad or motorbike. We went to the 24 hour bakery for breakfast and Perissa beach is also under ten minutes away. Will definitely recommend this place and come back if I return to Santorini! Thanks for everything John!

The best place in the Perissa area. Large and perhaps unique beach of the island. Gianni friendly person. Nice and clean rooms.

Ok my last morning. One of the most charming lovely places I have stayed on Santorini. John the owner is a great hospitable person who goes out of his way for you. Other staff very nice and friendly too. A nice quiet place to stay that has a definitive charm. Will be staying here on future trips. I am so very impressed.

The hotel is not on the sea but very close (10min) and is in a nice and quiet little village. Nearby is the bus station, and especially a 24-hour bakery that has represented for us the certainty of hot snacks at midnight and good morning breakfasts. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Good, quiety location, clean otel.

Really friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute for a totally reasonable price, when a mistake with our accommodation in another hotel left us without a place to stay. They even managed to give us a double-bed room, which were in short supply. Initially we may have had to move rooms halfway through our stay in order to have a double-bed room, but then they even managed to shuffle things around to allow us to remain in the same room for all 5 nights. The cleaner seemed to notice that we were propping up one of our pillows to make it higher and left us a third pillow, without us even having to ask. Great service, lovely people and a good location, within 12 mins walking distance from Perissa's seafront bars and the "black beach" (it has black volcanic sand/stones), and it's only about 5 mins walk from a good supermarket.

Lovely place to stay. Will definitely try to book back here on return to the island. Pool area was lovely with shaded areas as well as in the sun. John the owner is great as well very accommodating.
