Warm hostess who is on hand with advice and deeds, nice and large rooms with kitchenette, very clean (daily change of towels and daily cleaning), towels for the outdoor pool are provided free of charge, ample parking available. Location great (2 min. By car, otherwise 10 min. Walk to the beach of Perivolos/Perissa)! Highly recommended!

Nice and cozy studio room with kitchen attached. The balconies really make me excited. Back balcony for sunset view, and the front balcony for sunrise view. It's so wonderful. The owner and staff really nice and helpful. Love the pool and overall view too. Wish to come back and stay longer in next summer.

An overall great experience staying here while in Santorini. Margarita was the best host ever and was very helpful for a couple traveling there for the first time. She was very welcoming and even gave us a ride to the beach and restaurant area in Perissa. The room was amazingly clean and very roomy. We loved the 3 balconies! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Santorini. It is a short walk to the beach and away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia, yet easy to get to when you want to visit.

Great place. Margerita made our stay SO much better. I booked this property for our honeymoon because of the reviews and it was well worth it. It's located in Perissa. We were greeted by Margerita (more about her later) and shown our room. The property was in excellent condition and located just a short 10 minute walk from the black sand beach. Our room was well decorated and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The pool area was very nice with plenty of open space and a bar area and a great view of the monastery. The Hotel is just off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. There is nothing bad I can say about this property. Now. The best part of staying there was Margerita, the manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. She is very friendly and had great insight on what to do, where to go, things to do, where to eat, etc. If I expressed any interest or had a question about anything she took the ball and ran with it. Everything from local bus schedules to when is the best time to visit Oia and Fira to miss the tourist bus crowds to getting us a rental car delivered. I asked if there was a laundry service I could use and she insisted that I bring her my clothes and she would do them for me at no charge. She made our honeymoon stay that much more special. The pros about staying in Perissa — Not as crowded as Fira or Oia. The most popular black sand beach is located there. Great shops, restaurants and views. Getting around was very easy.

Cozy, well maintained, with friendly staff. A ten-minute walk to the black-sand beach. The owner went out of her way to help us navigate the island. There's a bus stop out front which takes you into the city. There is a supermarket, bakery, and souvlaki place up the road, about 8 minutes walking.

Wonderful place which is filled with the warm and loving energy of the proprietor, Margarita — she was incredibly helpful and friendly, a real pleasure, someone who values the human element above all else. Spacious studios, cleaned daily, a short distance from the gorgeous black sand beaches of Santorini. Can't go wrong here.

Margarenia is great. Very friendly, helped us in everything (from finding a good supermarket where to buy, to rent a car and excursions).
Although my level of English is very low, she did everything possible to understood us.
It is very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was great for two people with a perfect balcony, kitchenette and a large bathroom.
Although it is a little removed from the beach, it is worth staying here because it is very well located to move around the Perissa/Perivolos area and to get off the road to the north of the island.

Nice, spacious and clean rooms, close proximity to the beaches and special thank you to Margarita, very pleasant, sweet, funny and goes out of her way to help us with everything we needed, definitely made our stay extra special! she is amazing!

Good located hotel not far from black sand beach, clean and spacious rooms, daily cleaning and very friendly owner and staff. We really enjoyed this hotel, we will surely come back again!

A thoroughly deserved 5 stars from us. Large clean and comfortable apartment with easy access to some shops, beach and restaurants. Also easy access by road to the rest of the island. But the star is really Margarita who could not have been more helpful form the moment she collected us from the airport to when she arranged transport for us from the port back to the airport after a further week on Milos. She even organised to return some possessions that I left in the room and a place for us to leave our bags at the airport. We would not hesitate to return. Adam & Karen.

Margarenia is as helpful a hotel proprietor as you will find and she gave me great advice on what to see on Santorini. I like where this hotel is located; it is far from the glitzy part of Santorini and is close to the main road that will take you anywhere. A nice experience and well run hotel.

This world is filled with wonderful people, but Margarita, the proprietor of the Margarenia Studios, is a class above the rest. Iberia airlines lost my bag (because, apparently, that is what they do). Margarita was on the phone with the airport, with the airline, with anyone she could, to try and help get the situation resolved. She helped us book our cruise and excursions for a fraction of what they cost online (DO NOT BOOK ONLINE! ). She helped us secure a rental car and had it delivered to us for a very good price. She is warm, funny, and extremely charming. Despite the aforementioned hiccup involving my lost bag, Margarita allowed my honeymoon to begin very pleasantly. If I could rate a person, she would get 5-stars. The grounds of Margarenia Studios are clean and beautiful. The pool is spectacular and a great place to congregate before or after the beach. The rooms are HUGE and all have their own mini kitchen with a fridge. There is free Wi-Fi. The only small issue that we had was that the beach is actually closer to a 15 minute walk than a 10 minute walk. 5-stars all the way across the board.
