The rooms at The Dimitris Villa are cosy. The cleanliness is discreet. I tried their kitchen and found it to be pleasant. Since breakfast is also paid, I would have appreciated there was more choice.

Clean hotel with large room and bathroom. Great breakfast at low prices. Staff available friendly and ready to meet every request.

Great villa which was very reasonably priced compared to the other villas of similar standards. The staff are so friendly and helpful, truly accommodating, exceptional hosts. The facilities are clean The pool was brilliant, clean and maintained. I haven't used a pool so often for years. The food is tasty, beer ice cold as are the glasses they serve in. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I slept in the older rooms awaiting upgrade but still more than adequate. Remembering the price I have no gripe. 8 minutes to the local shops and 15 to the restaurants on the beach front. The planes fly over occasionally but within a day I barely noticed them. If /when I return I will be returning to here. If you want a reception as warm as the island, intimate setting for couples families or friends (we travelled as all the above) and assurance your going to have a great time then book here.

Stayed here for two weeks for Paul and Lisa’s wedding. Fantastic family run hotel. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. We were looked after and accommodated with my husbands mobility issues and mine as the holiday progressed. A holiday and wedding we will not forget and we will be back. Myself and three of my friends arrived at Dimitris Villa on May 15 for a two night stay. After experiencing the hotel hospitality and beauty, we extended our stay until May 20. If you are staying in Santorini this is a spot you must check out. Although we are far from the main tourist strip, the villa is within 15 minute walk of the beach and the Aegean Plaza which contains many shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop walking distance from the villa which will take you anywhere on the Island (always from a central stop in Thira) for between 1.8-2.4 euros depending on how far you are. Note that bus tickets are one-way only and you pay when you get on the bus. The villa is across the island from the Perry port but about an hour walk to the airport. The villa itself is amazing. The family that runs it is so hospitable. They have been amazing help for booking tours, showing us around, and general information. They are kind and seem willing to go above and beyond to help. While here, we've met many repeat vacationers whom return year after year because of how much they love it. Our room has a kitchen stocked with dishes and a fridge. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and Ac. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. There is a pool, restaurant and bar on-site so you can easily treat the villa as a resort and not leave for your entire stay. (not recommended as there are so many things to do in Santorini). Can't say enough good things about this place!

Basic room with a basic little kitchenette. TV has Netflix button on remote which worked without buffering at all! Also 10 minute walk from the beach also. Great place to stay.

Can't recommend this place enough. Outstanding.

We booked for two days, it was awesome but unfortunatelly we lost our flight, after they know about it they treat us like a family, we had a perfect dinner with zorba of greece original song played by the owner to us only to make us feel better because of the lost flight. That was the most amazing thing we ever had about customer service. I would give them 50 stars!

Visited with friends absolutely loved it your made to feel very welcome didn't want to leave.

Great family run hotel, 5 min walk to beach and to kamari centre. Lovely rooms, free safe and aircon. Nice pool for relaxing. Excellent cleaning service.

The Greek night is the best we have been to well worth a visit even if your not staying here.
Rooms are nicely decorated and clean with a lovely sunny veranda.
The location is just a sort stroll to the beach front and Karmari night life and we are looking forward to this years trip.

Totally loved this place! Cant wait to go back, everything was just perfect! spent a week here 18th/25th june 2016… well what I can I say, from the beginning to the end it was was amazing! Family amazing people nothing to much trouble for them! rooms very clean, cleaned every day! food amazing! location is very near to the airport (10 mins), 10/15 minute walk to the centre of everything! But dont really need to go far everything is here for you! Would really recommend dimitris as its a hidden gem! Cant wait to go back! Amazing holiday its out this world! Thanks Andreas and family! 10/10 for us!
