Absolutely amazing. Rooms facilities location and view are outstanding. All staff cannot do enough for you, they are great, friendly, professional and speak great English. EVERY area is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great hotel for spending days out, the room has everything you need, exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel situated in a perfect place if you want amenities and a walk to the old town.

Great hotel. Best staff I have had in all the hotels I have stay. Great service so clean all day. Clean towels every night ready for morning. Bar staff wonderful and remember your drinks. Great entertainment. Thanks for making my stay with my friends for my birthday fabulous. Food in restaurant fabulous so much to choose from. Near the old town so you can walk round anytime. Well done to the manger for getting the right staff can not do enough for you. It Ben a fabulous holiday.

I spent one fabulous week in the hotel. The front desk staff is very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with huge variery. Rooms were clean and with amazing view at the sea side. Totally recommended.

Nice hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Very small pool (6*6 meters). You get towel only for the shower. Not to the pool/beach. No plug to the bathtub hole — means that this is a shower in a form of bathtub.

Okay, but the restaurant's in trouble. Constant queues.

The room is clean, the room didn't have air conditioning, couldn't move.

We stayed one night, half board. The room was spotless, likewise the bathroom. Evening meal was served at a sister hotel a short walk away. Breakfast was on site. Value for money was exceptional. We had a warm welcome and the surrounding streets are lovely to walk round. Only ten minutes walk from the old town. A great experience.

The Hotel is close to the centre and the old town of Rhodes close to the harbor and the beaches. In very good personal condition very kind. Very well.

The hotel is in a great location. We happened the story on the first day. We booked the room in advance and really wanted to have a balcony, so had to pay extra on top. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was a small komnatushkoj, where hardly fit 2 suitcases and 2 persons, and the balcony was not only small, but also went out on a roadway and on a concrete wall. I was offended because I paid decent money and got… So we went to negotiate for another room (even without a balcony). The next day we were provided (for the same price, did not pay on top of a cent) spacious room with huge windows (even a little was seen the sea). In general, the rest was a success and there were many advantages: friendly and conscientious staff; The room was always clean and tidy; The beach was just beneath the hotel; Nice atmosphere. There were several drawbacks: small pool (although when near the sea, the pool is not needed, but still) ; Dinner was in another hotel, as La vite no place for a large number of guests.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very refreshing staff, very good location, very good price/performance ratio. Recommendation: Breakfast is richer, but taste still needs to be improved.

Staff very friendly. Overall good hotel. Only dinners poorly organized. For 2 hotels, the restaurant was too small and queues arose outside the door. You had to go out to eat in your sister hotel. Eat good and varied. Because of the food, this hotel is no longer our first choice.

Location The hotel is very centrally located in the old town. Very pleased with the rest. Clean, friendly staff. Only as almost everywhere in Greece a few monotonous menu, it is not only my opinion but everyone with whom I have talked on excursions and on beaches.

The lower class hotel in the Mitsis family, good location (10-12 ' walk from Mandraki bus station, 7-8 from Port and Old Town, shops and restaurants one step away). Our room had the bathroom door broken, with fatigue have changed but with a smaller and very uncomfortable bed. Decent cleaning all in all. Mostly salty breakfast, dinner is in the other hotel (mitsis Petit Palais) — Average quality food, staff a bit rude at times. Absolutely not a 4 star. Go there if you do not have big demands and want to save without making too many sacrifices.

Nice hotel… Central a few steps from the old town of Rhodes City, beach not very pleasant for the strong continuous wind… The staff of the hotel very friendly and nice… the rooms very well cared for and comfortable… to improve the quality of the breakfast…

Nice hotel. Nothing special, decent rooms and service. Breakfast was good as well as dinner that we had in Grand hotel. View from room was superb. A bit far from old town, so maybe it'll bother someone. For me everything was just fine.

Great location and very nice staff, always welcoming and helpful. Rooms with a sea view was a million. Very tidy. Breakfast choice was more than satisfying. Didn't have a free Wi-Fi in the room, just the lobby on first floor, and that is the only minus I can think of. All the main Rhodes town points of interest were just a minutes away on foot. Highly recommended.

Staff is so friendly. It is good location. Everything is clean.

Some of the rooms are Seaview and comfortable and I was giving a Seaview so is a cool place nice views but the staffs are not friendly.

The room is decent. The downside is that there is no balcony. For a 4 * hotel It is not allowed to have only one lift for 3 persons. As a result, he was busy all the time and had to use the steps. Every time on the 5th floor rise. Breakfast every day is the same thing. Annoying. I don't recommend it.

Me and my wife have just had a week at the mitsis la vita and will be going again in 2016 fantastic hotel very close to all the ammenaties the staff I cannot praise enough it was clean and nothing was to much trouble see you next year.

The hotel Elizabeth is become partially renovated, but still make these rooms a good impression — which are deprecated closely, not clean and a bit. Some rooms have a balcony, but they are very small and not yet. The air conditioning works bad and sometimes you can smell the sewer. There is little clean. Plus points: + Location + Mitsis Grand dinner is good and breakfast in LaVita is OK + you can use all facilities of Mitsis Grand + it costs not much of the beach is very close but not yet — better to the other side of the island. The wind is a bit on the nerves. Conclusion: this is certainly not 8 and there are better hotels in this area, but price/performance Verhaltniss is OK.
