Would never recommend the Agla unless you like animal cruelty thrown in for free!

My friends and I stayed at Agla Hotel for a week and we had a great time. The hotel is located in a very convenient location and has a nice swimming pool. The staff is always helpful to assist guests. We especially want to thank Thomas and Irina: two lovely people!

I love agla hotel! The staff was really kind, they make us feel like home, the food and drinks were perfect! We’ve eaten things we’ve never eaten before, even the cleaning ladies where so really kind so maybe we’ll see all of you next year, Thank you for all ♥️ P. S. I want a big shout out for the two behind the bar in the evening and the securityman! They’re are such adorable people ♥️

My second time at this hotel. Great staff, friendly and take very good care of their guests.
Good location for everything. Close to beach, shopping and especially Old Town, just a short walk.

Everything… we have stayed at this hotel for many years… the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant hotel just on the seafront and a short walk from all the sights and shopping. If you want a quiet stay then stay at the Agla… fabulous!

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to the beach and the bus stop for the airport and the western coast. The staff is kind and nice, except for the leader waitress of the restaurant: stroppy and unlikable. We asked several times for room temperature water and she always brought us cold water saying it wasn't "so cold" so we shouldn't complain.

Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble. Shame the rest of the guests were unfriendly.

The staff, location and the hotel itself are excellent, but. Weird!
At least translucent, glass, not locking the toilet doors. It bothered us adults, but how to live there with children?
The lack of bides and open shelves of furniture is nothing.
The outlet was only one and worked if you turn on the lights in the toilet and if the people inside.
The Internet in the room is paid, and in the foyer free, but with an inconvenient entrance to the network.
Dinner was not for dieters: soup is always wildly oversalted, the other strongly overcooked, water had to be asked, but for breakfast gave champagne) ) ) I first lost weight at the buffet.
At the farewell, the hotel storage chamber devoured irretrievably 2 euros, wanting to take them only one coin and there was no return! I just had to leave the suitcases nearby, laziness was running, changing papers.

It`s close to everything, the staff are just brilliant a really lovely hotel.

Amazing location, next to the beach, near the city centre with bright clean rooms with air-condition. The breakfast was amazing (omelettes, freshly homemade cakes and pastries, sausages, fruits, vegetables and so many more). I was happily surprised! The staff was really friendly and always trying to be helpful. Definitely I'll will come back again!

Great hotel with nice pool, very close to the beach and great restaurants. Windy area, so never overly hot. Great and very varied breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dora has been fantastic at every afternoon visit we have made as our sister in law is staying at your hotel. We have kept going back for drinks as she has taken such good care of us.

My stay at agla was wonderful, I been going for 39years and it just gets better, the staff are happy to help and cheerful all the time the hotel is very clean and modern and the food I can't find fault with, l would definitely recommend the agla.

It's a pretty small hotel, it has 110 rooms. Staff very friendly, very clean place, breakfast very plentiful and good, dinner costs €16 but if you buy 3 you pay only 30.
It is 15 minutes from the center of the new town, and 20 from the old one, the local bus costs €1, 30, to the port. The bus to airport costs €2, 60 and makes the whole coast.

We were in may 2018 9 days in Rhodes, the Hotel Agla. The Hotel, the rooms, the dining room and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The room has air conditioning and a small Safe free of charge. The W-Lan reception was flawless. The staff is very friendly. The Breakfast was very varied. Bread, rolls, Toast and cakes. Feta cheese, olives, fruit, yogurt, honey, sandwich spreads and hearty toppings. Hot food Greek. As well as English cuisine. Fresh juices, champagne, tea, coffee etc. There were Daily alternating fresh from the chef and their Team thin pan cakes, fried eggs, Greek. Omelets, waffles, etc. The Team at the Bar, Manoulis and Jenny are unique and have sweetened our evenings with delicious Cocktails :-) In just a few minutes ' walk you can reach the port. Surrounding Restaurants and Mini-markets. Here, everyone comes on its costs. The old Grand master's Palace and the new town are within walking distance. Along the Harbor, many of the offers for sea and find rides, etc. We Should do this again on Rhodes holidays then you definitely in the Hotel Agla! We are pleased that our first vacation has left in Rhodes, Hotel, weather, country and its people as a positive impression.

Staff friendly and helpful, rooms good and clean with daily maid service, location of the edge of town is just fine. Only drawback was the food. I know they are on a budget and we didn't pay much but I could not help feeling it could have been presented better.

It is not a place to bring children. They are not very friendly to families. I guess it is ok for pensioners. Staff in the bar are friendly, rest of them awfully rude. Came here years ago, then it was completely different. This is the last time I visit. Gets two stars for rather clean rooms and pool. Breakfast rather bad.

The room was lovely and spacious, Aircon, mini fridge, robes, slippers and fruit basket on arrival. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Pool nice size but too cold, especially for children.

Beach close, central and still quietly located.
Rooms are good and clean. Only the bathroom could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, my friend says. But ok. — Unfortunately, only Zdf in the television program.
Top coctails down at the bar. And the courtyard with the pool and the loungers also very nice food was not so top but still ok. There was a bit of love and variety missing from cooking. Breakfast was better.

Nice hostel with very friendly staff. Tasos and Jenny were very helpful and ensured a good atmosphere even in off-season time. We booked with my friend the room 320 which has a nice view on the pool and on the sea. The bathroom was clean and the towels were changed even twice a day. The location is convenient and easy to find. I just would recommend the place for everyone looking for a good price/quality ratio.

Room with decent furniture but tiny bathroom, not really clean and too old. Bedding too hard (no mattress just a little thick mattress). Very old and ugly floor tiles. The worst is the non-existent soundproofing which makes the hotel very noisy at the limit of the bearable when the neighbors are unhindered (as was the case for us, sleepless night assured). Breakfast varied, not always quality but hearty. Wi fi correct. Excellent reception But it does not make a good hotel. Far from it!

Requested a room high up and I got it. Unfortunately I ended up in a corner room with a view to a wall. Did not bother me as much as paperwalls. I could hear clerarly what people next to me talked about. Great and friendly staff, both at the reception and in breakfast, which in food wise was okay. Good location with minimarkets and bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent for few days stay in town. Room was very tidy and bed comfortble. Overall pleasant stay. Hotel open all year around!

Extremely impressed. I don't think I have ever seen better staff anywhere I have stayed. Everyone from the kitchen staff to reception is extremely friendly and very nice. We had the dinner inclusive stay. If you want to have dinner go by 8 as it is quite crowded and the best items go quickly. Breakfast is very good as well. Goods Awesome breakfast and dinner good sea view friendly stuff Bads Wi-Fi router not working for first few days — but got fixed. Staff kept us up to date on situation. soap and tissue sometimes not refilled pool Towel is paid for — extra charge lack of charging points in rooms electricity fluctuates sometimes No tea coffee kettle in room.

This hotel is very good in terms of its cost per room. Furthermore, everything is clean, food is good and is varied, staff are friendly and speak good English, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Additionally, there's fast Wi-Fi available.

It's a good hotel, mostly because of the perfect location. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the barstreet is only 10 minutes away. Rhodos city is only 15 minutes away and Rhodos Old town about 20 minutes. The breakfast in the hotel is good but Everyday almost the same things. We've only had dinner in the hotel once, this was okay. Not great, but certainly nog bad either. The room was not bad, I've slept great there. But the bathroom was pretty small and when you are standing in the bathroom you van here word for word talking from the room next to you. All in all not a bad hotel for the price/quality you get.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Agla. The service was excellent and I look forward to returning next year.

I was stayed in the course of my work, so I haven't visited the round. The price is acceptable and the historic city centre can be reached on foot.

Close to everything to beach; to shopping; to the centre of the city; bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Excellent value "price-quality", the hotel is definitely worth the money. Everything is new and clean, the staff very friendly. Location — 10 min walk to the city centre. If the next trip is likely this hotel would be stopped.
