Great hotel and excellent location Facilities are great and plenty of space by the pools for sunbathing. Food excellent and cleanliness very high. All staff are very friendly and attentive. Woukd stay here again.

Great family friendly holiday, friendly staff. Food was excellent and drinks were not just cheap local products. Pool was very cold but maybe it warms up during the year we went in April. Escape rooms were good fun if you like a puzzle. All in all great place to stay.

This was a fabulous holiday, it is definitely the best all inclusive plus we have been to. It has everything you need, the rooms were fantastic and very modern. I would definitely return to this resort! 😊😊

Very nice hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the choice and availability of food is fantastic. You do need to wake up early to reserve a sunbed as people are putting out towels whilst it is still dark. But apart from that I have no grumbles.

Spent 4 nights with my girlfriend at this wonderful hotel. The staff were great and very accommodating. The whole atmosphere and facilities were top notch and the whole experience felt very comfortable! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the not so distant future.

The staff were second to none they were so friendly and polite even when they had worked long hours and had to be really tired, it wasn't normal times with covid and the way some people were behaving and speaking to them was horrible, yes the hotel was busy for afew days but this was rectified somehow and went quiet again (not sure what happened)

The hotel is amazing. You will not go hungry. All the staff are wonderful and the entertainment team are lovely. Everyone works extremely hard so that you can forget the worldwide current situation. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, loved everything about it. Fantastic variety of food, and drinks. Staff very friendly especially with my kids. Good location for the airport and beach and about a half hour walk into Rhodes town. Taxi only €8 one way. Rooms spotless, cleaned daily. Nothing to not like.

This hotel is fantastic, rooms are spacious and spotless. The sea view rooms and sunset were amazing. The staff, service, food and pool is exceptional. Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

Amazing holiday. October 2019. Staff were polite and the food was lovely. Rooms were clean and tidy and even had a free mini bar. Beach is in walking distance and you can even get a taxi down to the old part of Rhodes for only 8 euros (one way, set fee). Great day time entertainment and this time of year weather was 26/27 degrees.

Great hotel the staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is out of this world and cooked to perfection the rooms are huge and very clean and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel, great location and lovely rooms. The biggest selling point is the staff, all are so hardworking and very very pleasant. This is our second year in a row visiting and cannot recommend this highly enough. We would definitely return.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Sunbeds not comfortable as previously mentioned there's a bar that presses into your back. There's a few other sunbeds that are better but are few and far between. Another issue, as also mentioned previously, was the horrible frosted glass toilet doors! Often there are no locks which can be embarrassing! There is a lack of a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries on.
This has not stopped us coming back or recommending this hotel! As it is in its first year I'm hopeful that things will get even better!

Had a lovely stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The pools are always clean and well looked after. The hotel has improved since opening, missing signs have now been added. The lifts aren't as annoying as some people have said. To improve the hotel further more art work on the walls would give it more character.

Beautiful place highly recommended. Variety of food and drinks, friendly and professional stuff. Fun activities, Cinema, video games. Clean and Tidy. Must visit. I read below some comments about language difficulties and I would like to say that ppl don't forget you are visiting Greece where they are using English as international language, and if they speak little bit of your own language instead of complaining about it just appreciate it, they don't have to as u don't have to be able to speak Greek. Cheers.

This is a lovely hotel … it's brand new! The staff are lovely and helpful. The entertainment is for young families and not teenagers, I would suggest a chill out area where they can take phones/iPads as most Teenagers were sat with parents. The only other criticism is I have a garlic intolerance told reception when we booked the Italian who gave me a letter to take to the restaurant. When we were seated I was then told they couldn't cater for me as everything was a set taster menu, the only thing they could offer was salad leaves & a pork chop! It became awkward as people were looking as to why I wasn't eating so we walked out. It needs to be addressed upon arrival you are asked about allergies/intolerance… why? If this isn't going to be relayed to staff in the restaurants, more communication needed rather than passing the blame. Other than this minor blip we enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The only downside are the lifts and in few cases the personel. Some of them have yet to learn that they work in a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, this place is nearly perfect. Worth every cent.

Such a lovely place with lovely staff!
The wooden sun loungers by the pool are so uncomfortable — big wooden bars digging into your lower back or tummy if you try to lay flat.
Also what’s with frosted glass toilet doors? No locks either — even in the public areas! I want to do what I need to do in private; not worrying about holding the door shut with my foot or people seeing me sat there! Would definitely give a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for those complaints!

The hotel is chic, ultra all inclusive, the staff are mostly Anglo-German-French speakers. There are not many Russians. The food is fresh, unlike Turkish hotels the juices are not diluted. Everyone will find what they want. Advise. Rest at the end of July 2018. Tickets were taken to Coral Travel.

Just went back after one week at this hotel this morning. Excellent food and bars of high quality. Food is served 24/7. Sunbeds are not good and all days windy and waves by the see, but I can recommend a trip with taxi to Lindos. One way = 60 Euro. Soo fantastic place and beautiful beach.
Rhodos city is so lovely with friendly people, good shops and restaurants.
The hotel offers days to visit theme restaurants, sea food, italian and asian and is so good.
The staff are so kind and helpfull. A good supermarket as well at the hotel. The spa looks really good but is very expensive.
The beds are very comfortable but the rooms are a bit small for my taste.
I can kindly recommend this hotel and the beautiful island of Rhodes.

We had a great time staying at the Akti Imperial.
We were a bit worried after reading negative comments like showers flooding and the sun loungers being uncomfortable.
But our room was fine and very modern, and we never had any flooding problems.
The loungers weren't the comfiest, but they were still ok, and not as bad as people were making out.
The food in the Hotel was very good.
Breakfast, lunch and evening.
Plenty of choice in the main restaurant.
The snack bars were also decent.
The al la carte Restaurants were also good, but it would have been good to have a menu choice, rather than just serving loads of courses.
Like having a steak or other options.
It was still very nice though.
The staff all seemed very nice and helpful. We had a great time, and would probably come back again possibly in a few years.

We arrived at the 7th of June. First we were afraid of the choice of our hotel because we read a lot of negative reviews. After a week we don't want to go home because we really like the hotel. The staff is verry friendly and there is a good animation team.
Every night you have a show and you can drink good cocktails. The food is verry good and there is a lot of variation in it.
The only minors are the elivators (while they are stopping on each Floor) and the sunbeds (verry hard but we buy an airmatress and problem solved).
I will certainly visit the hotel again and I would recommend it to family, friends, …
It is a good hotel and they deserve good reviews while they do their best to make your holiday unforgetable.

For the price we paid (my friend and I got a Groupon deal from Israel including flights, transfers and four nights at the hotel for $389), this was an exceptionally good deal. We had a lot of fun and were pleasantly surprised with what the hotel provided, a generous amount of food and lovely dining experience, everything included with snacks and drinks unlimited, round the clock entertainment, access to the beach, and convenience (close in proximity to Rhodes + a mini market, car rental co. And spa on premise). Upon arrival, we were graciously welcomed with cold juice and champagne. That being said, it was still apparent that the hotel had just opened and there was some room for improvement. Namely, the cleaning of the room (they left an unfinished tea out for two days in a row and left a bed unmade), after requesting for a crib it was only delivered one day later and the elevators not working up to speed 100% (although definitely functioning).

We arrived on the second day after opening and were pleasantly surprised as never before in a brand new hotel had not been rested. There were of course some flaws, but this was more than compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to help at any moment.
The hotel is huge, the beach is a 3 minute walk away. The food is great for all tastes and colors. Alcohol is both elite and local — in perfect order, in any volume.
