Very nice resort, good food and very friendly and helpful staff. Needs a little updating in certain areas but all in all a lovely holiday.

Not quite as expected for four star hotel. Food nothing special. Air condition and fridge didn't work, room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. After that, room was cleaned every time very well, super nice cleaning ladies. We also got a new fridge. Nice staff. We stayed at Hermes building. Nice, more peaceful area with super nice pool and pool bar.

The property is very well placed with a view of the Turkish coast and the sunset.
The room was very clean.
By cons restaurant on the floor noisy and little vary Wi-Fi aleatoire. Prices and rental proposals are correct.
I would recommend this hotel for its location and these upscale amenities.

Stay in the week of May 21st, not the season for the excusions, the air conditioning. If you like airplanes you will be served, a plane every quarter of hours above your head and this until 11 pm. Noisy hotel. The beach is made up of pebbles, pity that there is no access freed from the pebbles. Positives, you can go out in the evening in the city, varied meals. Near Rhodes 7 km.

Hotel is lovely and the food is great. Whole stay was absolutely ruined by the very inappropriate hotel photographer who took a photo of me without my permission whilst I was topless on the beach. He made rude remarks too. We reported it to the staff but absolutely nothing was done about it and the next day he was back. Complete violation of my privacy and made me feel extremely disgusted by the whole situation. Never coming back here.

Hotel in a lovely location right on the beachfront, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive food and drinks have great variety. Would definately recommend it.

Amazing hotel. Great food and friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to come and visit this amazing hotel. They keep improving the site and facilities all the time, water PH checked all the time. And they had new nice and comfy mattresses delivered today.

The food is not really great but the island is really fantastic.

Rubbish room for 4 people. Food was lala the drinks alcohol and non were useless. I know there were better rooms. The complex was nice.

I was actually very happy with the hotel. Certainly some things should be renewed, especially the outdoor areas, but also the bathroom. The drinks are also a bit sweet, in my opinion.
Where the hotel scores, of course, is in the mix of entertainment: There's really something here every day, except for a rest day, for all ages.

Center very nice vacation! Staff pleasant and polite, and the food served in the all inclusive is fair say, but with variety! The pools are spacious and well maintained cross-country trails! The rooms are air-conditioned and cleaned every day. They offer reasonable comfort despite the stiffness of the mattress… (difficult when one is accustomed to the shape-memory)

Great hotel for family with small kids. Travelled with a toddler and a baby. Many different pools for children to play in, playground. Nice friendly helpful staff. Food is varied enough, always found something to give our 10 month old. Beach is windy and with big waves, not suitable for children or bad swimmers. One could complain about cleanliness of the bathroom. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a great location, on the first line. A lot of greenery, well-groomed territory. Good food, although the choice is not big. Service staff None. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. And that's when the tipping was left. Apparently, the housekeeping comes down to cleaning chaevyvyh, carefully left by us for the maid. It is almost impossible to get any information at the reception.
The hotel does not fit 4 *. So, somewhere closer to 3 *.
In short, there is a lot of Pontius, a little bit. The tourism industry is almost at zero. Would take an example from Turkey. And learn to cherish the customers, and their ambitions would leave elsewhere.

Good location, 3min from the beach in the function of the building in which you are. Room spacious enough, once again depending on the a or you stay. Cleaning… done every day, but leaves much to be desired I would not even dare to use their towels! Having an allergy to dust, mites and other you will take in the flesh believe me. Food correct vary (except for the desserts it is always the same). Atmosphere more than average, animators
unnecessary, the majority of the atmosphere comes from the hotel next door.! English required if you want to make you understand!

We visited rhodes greece and due to overlooking our original resort was canceled last minute and we were sent to sunshine resort without any other option. The service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. The staff doesn't speak English well, which is fine we are in greece. But they are absolutely rude, unfrienfly, and unhelpful. The food. The food is awful. First off, all inclusive means that everything should be included and available whenever the guest wants it. The food is very limited and disgusting. It is only buffet food. Runs out quickly and is exactly the same every day every meal. It was beyond disappointing and we ended up leaving the resort for most meals because the food was too disgusting to tolerate. Lastly. The rooms are not the cleanest. The bathroom had nasty green rust mold on every facet. It was dark and dank. The sheets and towels had mystery stains. I would never suggest someone to stay at this resort. 4 star is absolutely false. This hotel ranks 2 star at best.

We spend great time at Sunshine Rhodes Hotel. Even if the room was a little bit dated, the bad was comfortable, the views on the beach was incredible. The food, the pool and several activities was great! The price totally fit to the service. Moreover, the downtown area is really nice. I do recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff was very helpful and advise to go to see. In a bar for 4 balls out of 5. "You just have to tell them always to make a strong drink. ") menu at a very high level, everything is different. Everyone will be very happy.

For a 4 star all inclusive hotel the food & drinks are not good enough to be honest. Spirits are cheap brands. Away for food only a minimum selection. Hotel itself is good.

Its a huge resorte white 4 seperate pools and bars its a creat place for famelies there were an abundance of activities for the kids and parents. And evrey night the was a showe some dayes it was dance and other nights songs.

I arrived 1 July 2015 with my wife and the hotel people including bar staff and the girls clearing up tables in restaurant were the most polite people I have ever known in my life and that were always smiling. It was a pleasure to stay there except for the ignorant Germany tourists. All in all it was a wonderful time there.

First the Positive:Very good location, you can swim in the plant is also very good, and the newest house, the apartment is perfect. What but the food is concerned, bad. Cold food and very disgusting dished up. The waiters are rude and arrogant. Four stars are too much!

Unfortunately fits here, almost nothing: The noise is unbearable, the food is a disaster, the bathroom disgusting & old. However, what is good, is the entertainment. My suggestion: if you have a good & relaxing holiday want to experience, should this Hotel avoid!

In this hotel, on Saturday 18 July 2015, I was robbed in my own room. I left my wallet on the table and went to sleep at 2am, the next morning when I woke up and check it was empty. The amount was significant, my short vacation was ruined. 15cm from the wallet in the table were also my GoPro and my watch, they didn´t stole them. The reason is very clear as Greek police explain to me hours later: the person who committed this crime was a hotel employee, they don´t take a risk of robbing things that can be identified. The hotel management made their presence in the room and did not assume any responsibility, the treatment was lousy and completely disrespectful. They said “You probably had a few drinks last night and don’t remember what have happened”. Unbelievable. Seeing the human nature and lack of professionalism of the management of the Sunshine Rhodes Hotel, I´m pretty sure I was not the first nor will be the last to pass through this horrible situation. If you don´t want to ruin your holidays think twice before booking a room there.
