The worst hotel I've ever been. Rooms were so terrible and dangerous! First room was so nasty. There was ants and cockroaches. Mattresses were dirty and full of excreta. In our second room there was so much mold! The smell was horrible and got me and my friend sick. The service was so bad and rude. Its not even close to what is advertised on the internet.
If you dont want to ruin your holiday: DONT GO TO PANORAMA HOTEL RODOS!

Although the room we got was basic it done the trick for the four of us sharing it. Only time we were in our apartment was getting washed and dressed and sleeping. Stavros and the other staff couldn't do enough for us. If we needed anything u just had to ask. Swimming pool was clean and the food was very good. All the other guests were easy to talk to. Unfortunately with me being disabled the supermarket was far for me to walk to but I managed it once with the help from my sister and aunt. Hope to get back sometime so thankyou to everyone.

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s low cost but has pretty much all you’ll need. Basic but sufficient. The place is hugely augmented by the staff who are cheerful, helpful and industrious. There is a friendly atmosphere and everyone seems happy. It’s right close to the Old Town and to the motorway south. The pool is always clean and tidy and the food is really good and inexpensive. Stavros the barman is a gentle friendly giant while Pablo and his team are always on hand, attentive and helpful. Well worth the price. Lots of parking. I would recommend this hotel. Yes, it’s not brand new, it’s not plush, it’s not five star… but it is an honest, clean, friendly, comfortable and welcoming establishment. Thumbs up from me!

The hotel is out of the way… well you get what you pay for. It's clean though dated and a typical Greek self catering apartment. The food is delicious, good quality and reasonably priced. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. It's family run and mixed ages and nationalities. It's only 7 euros in a taxi to the main town. I don't get the comments it's dirty clean towels everyday and laundry facilities. I can recommend this one.

The hotel is small but cosy and nice, and most important is clean, as well the room with the view to the sea are really good, the staff is always there for every question. Dimitris was great with us, he brought gluten free bread and biscuits for my breakfast and he was always nice for all the other type of request. Thank you :)

Stayed in the hotel Apartments. The kitchen is not fully equipped — don't expect to cook. Overall the apartment seems well used and not in the best shape. The hotel facilities are nice with pool, bar and restaurant.

Family run in a residential area. Good value for money sums it up. Despite a ring in the room you couldn't really cook. Utensils were in short supply. Friendly and very helpful staff. The restaurant on the complex was very nice and overlooks the pool. VAP beer is the local brew.

Not good, the studio we had was full of ants. There was a tiny bathroom with a lot of leakage. The bed blankets where old and dirty. The kitchen had only one pot to cook in. The hotel was of a good price and has a good fridge. The restaurant was not great. In the erea are better places.

Staff very welcoming, family, very good breakfast ratio/price quality of the hotel very decent. 20 min walk to the old town this is not a palace but it feels good a bit old but nothing to complain about cleanliness to advise without worries.

Nice if you enjoy hearing everything in every room around you. Showers that leak and leave the bathroom incredibly wet, and facilities that are out of order.

Good accommodation for the price. Enjoyed meals in restaurant too. Bit dated, but we had a wonderful holiday here.

Nice hotel, very cheap and good service, I really enjoyed my time, a lots of rooms they have how to cook and warm water, and the water in the shower are allways hot, I recommend and came back next time.

Simple, clean, quiet and not very expensive! If you are looking for a budget place to stay this a good choice.

The hotel is typical of it's kind in Greece. Family run well maintained each day. Our group were given an upgrade to a 5th floor room with sea and pool view which was airy and comfortable. Staff keep the place spotless and are very friendly nd helpful. Food is tasty and good portion sizes. Prices are very good too.
The walk into town takes at least 30 minutes. We found slightly longer route to harbour but paving was better.
All in all very good value for money.

In general ok for the price, as on the pictures but the interior needs renovation or a bit better housekeeping (e. G. Lift is jumping, few buttons are missed in the cabin, windows are not clean, some minor bathroom equipment broken, bathroom doors lock is broken etc. ). The pool and room are clean and nice in general. Hotel location requires a car or a pair of very strong legs.

Only just come back after staying a week self catering expensive to eat at hotel, meals are nice but it's in a residential area so nothing much really near so suppose that's why expensive, it's around a two mile walk to rhodes town 45/1hr walk in hot weather or taxi €7 and €5 back. I found the rooms fine. Only sleep in them anyhow, no cooking things was some rings but no pans and lead was to short to plug it in anywhere. Would I stay at hotel again NO. Was with Jet2 was £655 for 2.

Ok rooms but with really hard beds. Ok breakfast, nice pool. Pretty close to Akropolis. About 20 minutes walk from old town.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and it has been by far the best place we have ever been. Not only is this hotel inexpensive, it is welcoming and of the highest quality. We were made to feel comfortable, and were treated like family by the resident barmen Stavros and Steve. All food served at the hotel restaurant was incredible and always beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend! Gemma + Taylor.

Had a really enjoyable time staying there! The staff was more than wicked! Nice food and at a good price! Can't rate this place better than I think! I'm going back! Lovely people to meet!

Very friendly staff. Dated rooms but quite spacious. Nice restaurant and breakfast area. Quite noisy at night from guests in bar area. Location is just a bit too far out from old town unless your young and fit to walk. Cost 5 euro (approx) in a taxi. Cheap and pleasant in summary.
