Great hotel, staff very friendly and will do almost anything to help you.

This is our 3rd time coming back here new manageMent shows some improvements love the place staff so polite and helpful took my 4 grandchildren this time they loved the place to staff we know always welcome love it 😍 ❤️

Just home after 11 nights at the sun palace, what an amzing hotel and amazing team. We were a large family of 6 we have had a amazing time, all the staff from the reception, animation, bar staff, cleaners (worked so hard, everywhere was always clean), water park staff all are awesome 👌. Reception team helped us organise our day trips, really took the stress away. wanted to mention specifically the restaurant manager, we didnt catch his name we called him the boss, what an amazing gentleman. Myself and my daughter have allergies (gluten, wheat and dairy) after speaking to him, everyday he made our meals fresh and what we requested. Anyone who has intolerance's or allergies knows how important this when eating away from home. All restaurant staff work so hard, and please know is was noticed and greatly appreciated. Food was always delicious, fresh and scrumptious 😋 i would highly recommend this hotel, and sun palace we will be back. Tui on other hand, you should learn from the sun palace staff.

A nice family hotel with several low buildings and good yard. Smaller pool near aquapark is comfortable with the bar. The aquapark is good enough, plenty of different slides. Quiet neighborhood, but some of the rooms are near the main road (our's was near the slides). Food was good, and you can get it everywhere and almost everytime. I would come again with my family!

If you are thinking about booking here … do it … what amazing staff. So many swimming pools (water park) was great fun. The hotel was spotlessly clean … and the food was spot on enough choice so nobody can say they hungry. Entertainment team involved all ages thro out the day/night… Thank you all at SUN PALACE … I will be back again.

A absolutely great hotel. Rooms are great very family friendly. The food is varied. Very very clean. The staff a friendly. Entertainment is fantastic and sun all round great place to go. My family and I have been three times and can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay and have fun with all the facilities available the only gripe I would have would be that the food was never hot always just warm but hey so much to choose from with the staff always friendly and helpful…the rooms were very clean and tidy too.

Great aqua park🤩, very tasty food😋, the best pizza🍕 many attractions, everyone will find something for him selv. Ideal place for families with young and older children 😎🤘

Great hotel needs a bit of a face lift X spotlessly clean friendly staff X food nice enough X pool areas are fab x.

Not a bad hotel first time in Rhodes so thought hotel was pretty nice.
The noise levels of people in corridors is insane, we have 2 small children and was woke up every nite with people noise but other than that a great hotel.

Me and my friends loved our stay here on the 8/08/2020! The only thing that was a pain was the ques for all inclusive due to covid could of been managed better, people where also pleasing themselves due covid in the hotel. Apart from that it was one amazing holiday.

As a family we have been going here for over 10 years and would highly recommend for people of all ages x.

The whole holiday was awesome we was there 10 days I thought the kids might get bored of the water park they didn’t we had two free meals at the restaurants near our hotel the burger one was amazing and portion sizes massive! Night entertainment was good and we had 9 kids to keep entertained and they certainly was! Ages from 11-1 we are back this year and can not wait!

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good and plenty of variety. The pools and water park were great and the animation team were excellent too. Only downside for us was no kettle in room, very hard beds, and no pool towels available. Highly recommend local Karafaki restaurant in Afandou about 13€ amazing authentic local food.

Great hotel, lovely pools & water park staff very friendly, annimation team are brilliant they certainly make your holiday, 5 mins walk to the beach shops & bars all in walking distance plenty of food to eat too.

Wonderful friendly staff, clean, nice food.

We have just been away for a week at sun palace hotel beautiful place. Entertainment staff and cleaners were brilliant, our 3. Children loves the swimming pool and splash park. Very family friendly. Unfortunately the only thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant manager who was horrible, abrupt and treated his staff terrible not only that he knocked hot tea over my ten year old and then laughed, he should be got rid off in my opinion he ruins a lovely friendly hotel.

The best holiday I’ve been on in a while coming back next year. What can I say Lamar and team were the best worth coming back for. The food was fab and staff and cleaners were great see you next year.

Fantastic family hotel. Loads to keep the family entertained all day we only ventured out to watch the soccer match. Spent all our time in the hotel enjoying the entertainment… extra bonus with a water park on site also. Entertainment staff are amazing at there job best I've seen. Buffet food available all day and have a very good selection you wouldnt go hungry here also two restaurants burger house is yum have not tried the other one yet. Staff are very friendly here. And very clean hotel. We will be back. Fitzgerald family.

Great place to stay, the entertainment staff are the best!

Been here several times and I just love it there’s plenty to do at the resort with daytime activities and the waterpark is just fab and you’ve got the beach just over the road. The hotel is lovely and spacious and the staff are really friendly and approachable and will help out the best they can. The animation team Greece are the icing on the cake and they go above and beyond to cater to everyone no matter your age they definitely entertain you all.
I would 100% recommend here and I will definitely be back.

Very good. Anamation team were amazing. Pool were brilliant. Bed wasn't great and food wasn't awful but wasn't the best either. Would go back.

Didn't get room we payed for, beds are very old and not comfortable, air con is very old didnt work well full of dust never had a service. Very clean elsewhere great appearance cleaners everyday. Food was standard all inclusive, struggled to find a drink to stick to ended up buying mixers from shop as soft drinks seem very watered down. Animation team were fantastic. Still very much enjoyed the holiday it is what u make it.

My second year here. Very friendly atmosphere, the food is excellent. Lots to do with the kids.

A friendly, clean family orientated hotel. Always something going on. The staff are friendly and always on hand. Lovely clean rooms. The pool was great and also Splashworld. Plenty of sunbeds. Things for the kids to do. The entertainment were hilarious. Very safe. Food is great and varied. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for holiday with kids. Has its own waterpark with 15 water slides, a river, wave pool and children's play pool. Lots of lifeguards and staff makes it safe for the kids to have a good time while the parents can relax in the bars, sun beds or restaurants. Free Wi-Fi. All inclusive. Central location. Close walk to sandy Beach. Friendly staff, entertainment in the evenings and activities during daytime.

Good clean modern hotel. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Just minutes wal from the town and beach. Water park is brilliant.

Very good for families with children. Too noisy for the rest. Good food. Missing a few shops in the hotel.

Good location, short walk to bars. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice and quality of all inclusive food and drink options. Clean and good rooms. Waterpark is good, clean and lots of sun beds available, only downside is lack of rubber rings, for slides and lazy river. Overall a good experience but would recommend waterpark visitors bringing their own rubber rings for use in the lazy river and wave pool.

Great hotel great food really is something for everyone. Perfect location beach and shops like 5/10 mins away. Animation team are brilliant especially Lamar he is brilliant and makes it! I just wished the entertainment went on layer as stops at 11pm! and kids disco not the best I have seen but good enough! would definitely recommend to family's with children.

Here the Warhweit food is on mass but I and my wife were very excited anyway. Always fresh salad or not.
Main courses you always find something for English every day pizza (very good have had worse in Germany) and fries.
Staff very friendly and also slightly German speaking.
The amusement park belongs to this one does not have to pay extra. And you can eat there from the morning 10.00 to the evening 17th 50.
The What food is technically disappointing is the ice cream I still wonder how many people could eat yes plastic cups unfortunately always bath went so by looking closely what was seen. It's just that you can't put paper in the toilet and throw it in a bucket next to the loo.

Beautiful clean hotel, food great, waterpark great fun. Staff friendly and industrious workers. Would highly recommend.

Had a good week here with the family. Food was good and plentiful. Drinks where fine and you could have as many as you likes although the bar stopped at midnight. Water park was excellent as well with plenty of snacks and bars around. Don't go to the same place twice as a rule but this is worth a try especially if you have little ones. I did find it a bit noisy on a night but it was mainly me causing all tje noise.

Loved every second of holiday. Entertainment crew were the best! Rooms were fine always serviced! Food was good. Destined to return Oct 18

The food wasnt the best the pool was freezing but the entertainment was great.

Had another brilliant holiday at the sun palace hotel. The animation team are amazing entertaining the whole family all day, the hotel was very clean as pool areas great safe waterpark all staff are pleasant and happy and work none stop we stayed 2 weeks in June 2014 and 2015, my self 3 daughters and my mum and we all loved it.

Went to the sun palace in may 2013 with the wife and 3 kids. Exelent holiday but pitty about the food.

Located intovery good location, very clean facilities and rooms, also the swimming pools are the food very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, very varied and something for everyone here, the organisers offer everything you can imagine for old and young. Also the evening shows are unsurpassable and are visited daily by hundreds of guests. In the Einkaufsstasse of Faliraki with countless shops, bars, discos and restaurants are only a few minutes on foot. The sea is very clean and the beach is huge. To the endless beach of Faliraki there are approx. 10-15 minutes walk. All in all a fantastic holiday.
