Staying at the hotel is just great! Small but very clean, well-groomed and cozy territory. There are two swimming pools and a third slide pool. One pool for small children with small slides, a playground. The hotel is designed for a cozy holiday with family and children. Everything is at the highest level. Special thanks to Tatiana from the reception for prompt assistance. I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to families with children.

It's a great hotel! All at the highest level. At the reception work competent, responsive and great professionals! The kitchen is amazing, the menu tastes different. A large selection of delicious sweets. The area is clean, well-groomed. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We booked a family holiday at this all inclusive Hotel in Faliraki. We have previously stayed at Gran Castillo in Lanzarote and wanted to try somewhere different. The Hotel exceeded our expectations. It's in a great location right on the beach. The food was excellent both in the buffet restaurant and the Italian, Asian, Mexican and Greek. The staff were outstanding with a fabulous attitude which add to the whole experience. The outstanding member of the staff was Captain George. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only criticism would be the size of the rooms. For 2 adults and a 7yrs old it was a bit tight, but we didn't spend much time in there. We will be back.

Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been. I am traveling a lot but here I come back every year since I am a little child. All staff members are very hospitable and warm — hearted people. A big praise to the kitchen and a big thank you to our lovely Hotel Manager! I will come back very soon!

It's a great place! Everything is fine — near the sea, sandy beach, diverse and tasty food, friendly staff. But especially liked the animation — 2 weeks we were always entertained and surprised. Animators professional, cheerful and pleasant people worked on conscience. A child of 5 years often cognitively and interestingly spent time with Russian and international teachers in the children's club.

I like it, my daughters too. The only little things I could claim are: The tables for lunch are very high. Difficult for children below 1.2m The toilet paper is also "far" away for my 1.05m daughter And I was not aware that the beach (and the beach lounger) are not included. Nevertheless it is great and only small things to complain. Everybody is friendly. Food and drinks are good and stuff wonderful to my daughters. One more thing: it is good for families, and people at the 50s range, but animation is not for young couples or singles. You have to go out (500m away, thereis party! )

Just arrived home after spending 11 nights here for our daughters wedding. What a great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool areas are kept very clean. Rooms are very clean, maid service every day. Great entertainment and also the restaurant s that you have to book into offer great service and food. Snacks available all day and till 2am. The food in the main restaurant is great and offers so much choice. Only thing I can fault this hotel with is drink service in the main restaurant is waiter service and you do have to wait a while. Great holiday, we will return.

Great location next to Faliraki beach and town. Rooms were quite good but take ear plugs with you if you want to sleep well! All inclusive were superb and ala carte restaurant were nice add. Pool area were clean and calm, it's good that kids pool is in different section. Entertainment team did great job troughout our holiday and really liked their activities. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Big green area, lovely sand beach, good animation! The Children are in the expanse! The Bar has a favorite drink, a cocktail card and most importantly-prosecco! :) The Staff is nice, friendly, that you start to feel like a member of this big "family". The room was Clean and the breakfast was good. 3 swimming pools, children's pool with slides! Thank you for my wonderful stay!

Good Hotel and Good entertainment. Just the biggest problem was the old “bartender” at the main bar. His jokes were disgusting, lude and not funny and his drinks were terrible, I hope for the hotels sake he gets fired. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel on this basis, as my girlfriend and I avoided the main bar our whole stay. Terrible!

Are here for the first time and are excited about the service. Minor problems with the room were fixed immediately, a room swap was not a problem. Thanks to Tatjana! All other services are also top, especially the staff should be highlighted. We look forward to the next 7 days!

Nice holiday even with child. Clean and well-maintained facilities with primarily visitors from Germany, Russia, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. AI alcoholic beverages take getting used to. Gin and tonic, Campari orange as well as house wine and beer are okay. Food is varied and good. Beach is public but maintained, there are several pools also for kids with slides. One 0, 4 m and the second 1, 4 m.

Excellent food at the main restaurant from breakfast to lunch and dinner! Very good animation activities for kids and adults. Wonderful staff, always with a smile. Very good pool bars.

Great hotel. Lovely kitchen, huge variety of dishes, breakfasts are magnificent: there is porridge, potatoes, various soups, meat and fish dishes, sweets, fruits, yogurts. In restaurants a la carte not so much choice, but there are traditional dishes of each kitchen, everything is very tasty. And the dishes are very hearty. The restaurant must be booked one day before the visit, up to 20.00. Staff very pleasant, polite, responsive people. Always help, a few people at the reception know the Russian language. Common Russian words know almost all the staff. No restrictions on drinks. All the bars on the territory are completely free. The mini bar is free in the room. Also in the room there is tea, coffee, on the day of arrival the staff brought local sweets, it was very pleasant. Shampoo, shower gel, body cream and hair conditioner are all there. There is no ice-cream for shaving and dental adedletions. Also no bathrobes and slippers, just keep in mind. Air conditioning is available. Wi-Fi is free, there is a high speed (for 5 days €25). The room also has a safe, paid. Also €25 for 5 days. Beach Towels The hotel provides on deposit €20, if to return a towel-money will give to you. The location of the hotel is also good: from the hotel to the sea literally 10 meters. It is also located in the center of the village of Faliraki, where a lot of shops and souvenirs, night clubs.

Great vacation, we can recommend Mitsis Faliraki Beach to anyone. Friendly people, plentiful and delicious food, well tended grounds in general and right on the beach! Thanks to all of you for this unforgettable holiday!

Great food, excellent service, entertainment every day, clean rooms and facilities.

Everything perfect, especially the staff is a real gem, always smiling and helpful. Our room with private pool access was very comfy, spotless clean and refilled with all necessary amenities. Delicious food everywhere and anytime, we got refreshments and fruits served at the sunbed. The best service we ever experienced, we will definitely come back to this beautiful resort and can recommend it 100%!

Great family Hotel right on the beach. The staff is really worth the price, always attentive and helpful. We have fulfilled every wish! The food was amazing for every palate. Especially the Themenestaurants are highly recommended. Beautiful garden for sunbathing and very well maintained pool area. At the poolside bar you can always enjoy heavenly delicious crepes, ice cream, hotdogs and other snacks. We can definitely recommend this hotel and can hardly wait to come back!

Hi everyone I was with my wife in June at the Mitzis we had a very nice room which almost had hotel's beach inviting us daily to go into the shallow water. The staff no matter where always had a friendly Kalimera, Kalimera on the lips. The room was cleaned daily and was also always clean. The buffet Although you only came with a little hunger, always invited to feast. I had a penalty of 5 kg after two weeks. More on the scale. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. As Greece is so big and beautiful, we will definitely visit this wonderful hotel again. I would like to thank all the staff and especially the hotel manager Michalis Simyakos Greeting Thasso.

Rude staff. Broken bathroom and bedroom furnishings. The walls had holes and didn't look painted. The room was dirty — hair and dust everywhere. Smelt of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The mattress sunk to the floor and was dirty. Hairy bedsheets. Sticky floors. Plastic cups from the bar. Cheap and nasty cocktails. Children running riot — I don't know how no one hasn't been seriously injured in the pool area. We checked out and went to another hotel — didn't even stay the night!

Moin, are just a day back. We were in this hotel for the first time. A really great facility, the staff everywhere very very friendly and helpful. Even though we were only there for a week, we were more than satisfied. Very clean and well maintained. TOLL:-)

Very nice place with very demanding shops, but also some souvenir shops that often have the same assortment.

Very nice Hotel. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the price. Very nice staff, good food and location is perfect for Faliraki nightlife. Bus and taxi only 100m outside of the hotel. Car rental possible directly from hotel lobby. Thumbs up for this great hotel!

All staff are wonderful, good animation, good evening animation, children's Mini club, playgrounds, swimming pools (as well as water slide for children), tasty food, everything is very clean! In general, go to this hotel and will not regret it!

Beautiful place and very well located. Also, the staff is great. Just be aware "all inclusive" doesn't mean what you might think. They charge for things like Wi-Fi, towels, snorkel. Little things we're not used to paying for at an all-inclusive. I found that a little annoying but, you know, how annoyed can one be in the Greek islands? Had a great time.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The kitchen is quality, but quite monotonous. Infrastructure is developed. Pools, children with a slide. The beach is very good. There are two steps to the sea. The hotel is located within the village of Faleraki, a huge number of shops, bars, cafes. Even McDonald's is present. In general, a perfect place to stay for any age. The four of the hotel put, not because bad, but because I have seen better.

Of the Cons: small rooms, our room had no bathrobes (which we then asked to provide, heard us only with 2nd times), 1 set of shampoo + shower gel (We were 2 adults and 1 child) — and this attitude only to our room Spread. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good and the bathroom was very comfortable. From this we have concluded that the attitude to different guests is unequal. Unpleasant.

Schönes hotel, zentral gelegen. Einkauf möglichkeiten und Ausgeh möglichkeiten besuem zu fuß erreichbar. Essen ist gut. Direkte Strandlage.

High quality hotel with a very personal service. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent location for the historic sights of the island as well as fun bars and shops close by. A well managed hotel with happy and welcoming staff. We will be returning. Im glad my travel agent at Thomas Cook told me about this lovely place to go on holiday.

One of the best hotels in Fakiraki, food and service is top notch. Would definitely recommend anyone that's going Rhodes to stay here, in a brilliant location not far at all from the old town or many of the main tourist attraction sites. P. S. Gorgeous hotel with excellent rooms. Staff are delightful cuisine in the restaurant. Location next to the nice beach of Faliraki. Pulls the firm 5. It happens few hotels where you want return. This such.

This was our second time at this hotel, and it was just as great as last time. The staff are always kind and friendly. God food and great pools, and the weather was wonderful as usual.
