Stayed here in August for 1 week. We had booked a room in the new part. A nice room with a pool on the terrace. The hotel is in a quiet area. Beach is 5 min walk and the center of Faliraki is 15 min walk. The new part has only just been built, but is not finished yet. In the room there are few possibilities to store belongings, towels can not be hung, 3 coat hangers in the closet, shower head can not be hung. So on (the design of the hotel is then said). The hotel has become twice as big, but the restaurant has not yet been adapted. Far too little space which creates large rows for the food. The quality of the food we found not good, therefore only eaten outside the hotel, drinks are watery, wine comes from a suit, sometimes too high temperatures from the salad bar. The pool bar closes at 18.00, leaving 1 bar (with 1-2 bartenders) for almost 400 guests. There is a new room for the restaurant, but it is not finished yet and is therefore not used. After a meeting with the travel organization, the manager would come over with us, unfortunately this did not happen. At the reception several times have to ask for example to make the fridge, bring shampoo etc. Not worth repeating for us. Hopefully the hotel will be ready next year for the amount of guests they can receive. If possible, do not book an all inclusive but go eat in the restaurants in the neighborhood.
➜ We were in the process of repairing a freshly built corps. We got a brand new room, not entirely washed away from the forgings, not fully furnished and without TV and Internet, although it was all mentioned in the description. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice. Normal coffee from the camera-for a surcharge. A daily queue in the restaurant. You will not die of hunger. There are no tables in the restaurant. Drinks of incomprehensible origin. Beer is not good. Animations-Zero! The only plus-no kids. But the perspective is supposed to be nice.

An adult only hotel, which makes it a more relaxing all-inclusive stay. There is a newly built wing (a new hotel in the future), which has a very nice pool and nice rooms. Food is diverse and quite fresh, but the drinks are the lowest quality.
