Nice hotel owners, but very bad breakfasts, hardly any choice.
The hotel is located very far away from the beach.
You couldn't shower since after 3min. The bathroom was flooded. We didn't get our paid "luxury room" put, but had to go to a normal room.

My partner and I stayed at the Evita studios 4/9/17 — 11/9/17, we were greeted by Monika on our arrival, our apartment was very spacious and clean. With a good size balcony that had the sunshine all afternoon. Breakfast was continental style. Very Greek, but there is lots of variety and no reason to leave feeling hungry. HOUSE KEEPING came in 3 times during our weeks stay. The staff are all very friendly and courteous and very trust worthy! The pool and sun beds are set in a very spacious setting for spending time around the pool. My ownly critic is The Wi-Fi is not very powerful and you can only get a connection in and around the reception and pool area, but it is free. Maybe it could be upgraded so it can be reached in The apartments (perhaps for a small fee for those that want it) and our Room didn't have a Tv or Radio. It didn't stop Us from having a fabulous week tho. We would recommend you hire a car if you have any mobility problems as Its quite a walk to falaraki Town and Beach. We would definatly stay at these apartments if we visit Rhodes again and would Recomend them to anyone. Thank you Monika for looking after us … Lynn and Warren Room 310. Our Rating is 4/5

The hotel is on the outskirts, really quiet place. For those who are not tied to one place and the sea. The sea is 1 km away, but it did not prevent to spend a luxurious holiday. The staff is very friendly, real family, friendly. The staff is always happy to help anyone. Food is delicious at home, especially dinner.

Such a nice and cosy hotel. So frendly owners and personal. Good food and clean rooms with a frech bath room. We would really recomend this place and we want to come back next summer! :D vi rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe till både barn vuxna och pensionärer!

The rooms in the new part are very nice, we stayed only one night in the old one, but also that was not bad, big, clean, etc. The staff are very friendly and housekeeping are giving away the food is not the best, however it is not even that bad.

Very nice, quiet, small family hotel. Beautiful rooms (new building), regular cleaning including fresh towels, breakfast buffet. Very nice pool and evening good drinks at the pool bar. Unfortunately, air conditioning has to be booked extra. To the beach it is walk too far — with moped no problem!

Room service enough Although the bath towels were in bad condition and the hair dryer was not present, also lacked the single doses for washing. The Wi-Fi did not work in the old part of the hotel and very often not even in the new one.
The food was often recycled and rekneaded from the night before, and was monotonous. In addition, local foods have never been served (such as fish and Greek dishes) ; The fruit was composed only of anuria and the drinks were to pay.
Also the air conditioning was contentment €40 (1 week).

Room facilities in the old analog youth hostel in Germany (however, furniture is also very old type from the early 80s). Refrigerator from the outside with rust stains, and very loud. The bathroom is very new, it smells, however gross out of the drain, the door to the hotel room stinks, every trip to the bathroom was not to break a sample due to the smell. Towels were not changed in 7 days, the towel was removed is placed in front of the shower after 2 days and not renewed. Air-conditioning available, for 40 Euro/ week — we strongly recommend in July! Breakfast with the Schnitzel from the night before, once even French fries from the night before. Cakes etc is melted, cheese and cold cuts was not cooled. Dinner is given on the Homepage with a fresh and Mediterranean — here is bread (from the day before? ) Salad and fries or pasta with chips, Etc. We went to 3 Try in Faliraki, food… staff friendly but absolutely swamped. Can recommend the Hotel only if you really want to sleep there — no Breakfast, no dinner, and NO claims. If it is necessary. The new building is better — we could write but there's nothing here.

Quiet location, 10 minutes to the Centre/Beach/bus. The innkeepers Mika & Mike are very welcome and pathetic take care of their guests. I really enjoyed our time here and can only recommend this hotel for anyone who loves peace and serenity and good food.

Wonderful hotel, service excellent very clean and well-kept facility, new modern rooms similar to a, 5 star hotel, very pleasant and familiar atmosphere.

Good hotel for a budget holiday in a quiet location. Very friendly staff, hearty Breakfast:cheese, sausage, sausages, omelettes, several types of jam, yoghurt, croissants. To the sea 15 minutes leisurely pace. The rooms are spacious, balconies in every room. The atmosphere is friendly, almost homely.

Vacationing from June 20 to July 3! We loved it! Nice people, tasty food. The rooms are very comfortable, though the beds are large double) To the beach about 15 minutes, the beach is sandy. Lots of clubs, shops. Should not be boring)

Nice hotel kind and helpful administration advise all 500 metres from the sea is opposite the biggest hotel on the island.
