I have breakfast here. Its right on the water and the front tables are on the edge of the shore. The breakfast is good and the service is excellent.

Coeliac Safe Meal Option in Paros
Lividia is a safe bet for Coeliacs looking to eat locally in Parikia. Serving traditional fare, the restaurant has Gluten Free options — mainly from the grill with salads or vegetables also available. The staff are friendly and read my Coeliac information card closely. After a few clarifying questions I was offered options for the meal. For starter, I selected the grilled octopus — which was well cooked and tasty. For mains, I selected the Steak from the Grill — which came without any topping for safety. A safe local gluten free option for Coeliacs in Parikia.

We travel extensively and look for value for money, Livadia is a lovely clean hotel with a very comfortable bed, a superb location and at a good price, stayed in October last year here now May 19 and booking again for October, I think that says how we feel.

Central, simple and cozy hotel. Very well located near the port, town and beaches. Great breakfast almost in the water. Very acceptable meals and dinners in a very nice environment and with very good treatment of the staff. An excellent option on the beautiful and quiet island of Paros.

10 lovely days at Livadia hotel this Summer… but, of course, it was too short… Best place! Ευχαριστώ πολύ, θα επιστρέψουμε Γιαννη!

Good food, excellent ambience and a very romantic setting.

The Livadia Hotel is very well located. Some rooms face the sea and have a balcony. A real pleasure to see the beautiful sunsets while sipping an ouzo. The welcome is very nice warm and smiling. I made my 2nd stay there this year.

Ideally located with stunning views of the bay.

This hotel attracts by its price and its location: 12 minutes from the port of Paros and the beach is 20m away. With such a price it is not possible to expect miracles. This is the case: the furniture is old. The uncomfortable bedding limit. The old but functional and clean sanitary.

Feet in the sand by the sea, a staff with little care and a patron who cares for his kitchen, succulent fries, quality products, family wines and prices that do not cut you appetite or thirst. Hat!

It’s a really nice place to stay!

The most beautiful place to enjoy breakfast watching the ferries coming on and sitting with your feet in the sand. Wich we were there again.

Superb value, location and ambience!

Great hotel right on the beach and fabulous restaurant.

One of the best, if not the best ever, "lamb in the oven", followed by the excellent local red wine from Moraitis. Now awaites Metaxa brandy and a good cuban sigar. Moraitis.

Located in a nice location with very basic rooms but with what it takes, restaurant on the beach very quaint and with prices in the norm, impeccable service.
