➜ BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE!
We booked well in advance around January, via booking, explicitly asking for a Studio apartment, with kitchen and balcony.
The property almost never responded to the emails, even when I asked how we could get to the accommodation and if there was the possibility of renting scooters on site, being the first time in Naxos,
We arrive and find a phone, call the property to ask where the accommodation is, we go to our apartment that was occupied.
We call back the prophecy that finally shows up after 20 min and takes us to a room and leaves us there.
The room didn't include the kitchen, which we had explicitly asked for, it only had a refrigerator and a camping stove, very small room, you could barely move, it looks like an 80s guesthouse. With the structure of the wrought-iron bed.
We call back the prop and tell us it comes within 10 minutes, 50 minutes pass and nothing.
We call her back and she is at the Bakery to eat so she can't come, we ask to have the apartment we had explicitly chosen with kitchen and terrace, she replies that she had not read the reservation and has no accommodation to give us.
