Unacceptable.
We paid for a 4-night stay and told the owners we would arrive in Naxos past 6pm. We asked for advice on how to get there on public transport and were sent a link. The link had no bus times and no information on prices. We got to the ticket office and learnt that only one bus goes to the property, at 1pm! Being from the area, they would have known about the bus times and could have told us beforehand. Taxi would cost over £130! We informed the owner and basically were told tough luck. We had to spend nearly the price for our 4-night stay on one emergency night stay in Naxos town, meaning we could not go to the property. Asked for a partial refund and have been ignored. Not even booking. Com could get in touch with them. They readvertised the room, got another booking for the days we had booked and took even more money. Very poor behaviour.
