Beautiful location and friendly staff! It was everything we had hoped for.

Always stay here … calm and clean … no frills but comfy and very handy for everything in town … easy to get taxis to other parts of the island. Family run and have been back for last 20 yrs or so … always get a warm welcome and they always welcome us with smiles.

Location? Perfect! Right in the center with walking distance to all the shops, bars, clubs and restaurants! Hotel? Great! With the traditional designs of Mykonos, really clean and excellent service! Experience? From making the reservations to staying at the hotel, they have all been a great help! I could write a long review just for Evi who is really professional, a great character and a true testiment to Greek hospitality! Thank you for everything and see you again soon!

If you are looking for a quiet retreat away from the scores of people, look no further! This simple, yet very clean hotel is just a few walking minutes away from the center of town, but offers a quiet and inviting hydroponic (cool) area with an alcove to quiet down and relax. Further, the staff were extremely helpful. We found out that our college friends just happen to be in Mykonos at the same time. Our host graciously helped us select an appropriate beach, arranged for a van to take all 9 of us and even provided beach towels. All-in-all a great place to stay in Mykonos!

We had a wonderful stay at the Carbonaki hotel as part of our honeymoon. Walking distance to the wharf and Little Venice. The staff at the Carbonaki treated us like family and were very helpful with directions and recommendations on activities. Would definitely stay again.

Family owned hotel with good location in the city centre, close to most of the shopping places, restaurant. The rooms were small, clean. However can improve quality of the bed. Since it was the family owned hotel, the staff was extremely friendly helpful to advice on places to see around the area.

Beautiful and a very clean hotel in the heart of Mykonos. Very kind and welcoming owners. They spent time showing us attractions on the map. Explained the local transportation. I would definitely stay in the same place if I am to make another plan to visit Mykonos.

Posizione centralissima, struttura molto curata e personale molto gentile, peccato per la colazione, in Italia siamo abituati ad averla, ma compensano le varie aree comuni dove si può consumare una propria colazione. Molto carina la terrazza. Nel complesso da consigliare.

Good accomodation in a very central location in chora but also quiet rooms. Clean rooms and quite nicely done. Staff was very friendly. Would definately like to return.

Great hotel. Clean, modern, and reasonably priced (at least, in the off season it was). The rooms aren't huge, but there are lots of common areas (indoor and out) with benches and tables that you can hang out in.

I still dream about this wonderful getaway. Heaven on earth. The owners are extremely accommodating, kind, human. If there were more than 5 stars I'd add them. I wish I could return again someday and stay longer. Carbonaki is your private getaway in Mykonos…

Very nice and just in the heart of everything. Very clean too.

We stayed at Carbonaki for just a week and the stay was very nice with the exception of the shower and humidity in the room. The location of the hotel is great; it is located in a a bit more quiet alley but the waterfront and main parts of the town can be reached within 5 minutes walk. It is also close to one of the only roads in the town and a car rental place. The receptionists were very friendly and gave us some advice about Mykonos when we arrived. The room we got was ok; nothing too fancy or too big but it "did the job" quite well and came with a balcony with chairs and a table. The shower, however, was very disappointing; when turning up the warm water, the water merely came dripping out and took around five minutes to get warm. We complained on the first night about there not being any warm water and were told to just wait a bit. We didn't complain again after that, but neither did the staff ask whether it was working. We also noticed, after the third day that it was very damp in the rooms to the extend that our clothes felt a bit wet when putting them on, despite having the windows open for most of the time. Overall, it is a nice hotel in a quiet location.
