Staff friendly and helpful. Nice hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in Chritonis Paradise and Leros.

We stayed for two separate nights in different rooms. The outside is pleasant with a good pool area and views of ocean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the place looks old and run down, the breakfast buffet is mediocre. For some reason they put carpets in rooms, with a creaky plastic underneath so every steps makes a slick noise. The TV is tiny, they better would have left it out. The hotel is a bit outside town so you need a taxi or your own transport to get around.

Hotel in a nice surrounding. Very relaxing atmosphere and nice pool with pool bar. Car rental available from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. However, rooms are slightly outdated. Restaurant is not really advisable.

It's perfect located on a side of the island that's a bit quiter. I love the efforts from the hotel crew and staff that makes our stay so magical. Everyone on sight makes it their mission to make you feel at home with a very large family.

Best hotel in Leros. Good starting point and close to beaches and small villages, nice, clean and good food. Very nice and personal staff Suitable for both children and adults. Top of the top!

To go to the nearest good tavern about 3 km. Vehicle is recommended.

This is a lovely hotel on the island of Leros. Vey close to a small beach, with a swimming pool and sun lounge area. And bar.

You can tell that this hotel was once a very nice luxury resort. While they have done a decent job maintaining the common areas and the pool, the rest of the hotel felt really dated and old. The rooms were small, the towels were torn, and there were various other problems. The pool however was a different story. They had great service, food, drinks, and views.

We were there towards the end of the season so some parts were not operational, our bedroom was large and the bed was firm. The food was not that great but the dining room was clean and we had table cloths and waiters to bring wine and clear the tables, big pool with a bar adjacent, lots of loungers but when we were there it was rather windy and it was difficult to get a balance between wind, sun and shade.

Clean Friendly Service No safe in the room and the room door can open a 6-year-old without exercise.

4 star hotel with smears The hotel complex is very nice outside, in the hotel description is pointed out 2 pools in fact there is only one.
Furthermore, 2 restaurants are listed, however, could only discover one thing.
The Hotel Minimarkt was closed and empty, of the 3 bars or coffees there was only the pool bar the coffee house was closed and empty, the third location is not available.
The room doors can be opened quickly with any plastic card (credit card or similar) in seconds.
The buffet (breakfast evening) is more like a 3 star hotel.
After already 21 holidays in Greece in the various hotels I think I can rate this hotel correctly and would classify it as a good 3 star hotel rather than an upscale four star hotel.

Friendly staff, food is okay (not amazing). Internet access is enough for messaging, but not much more (could not use VPN). I asked if there was better access somewhere (there is a conference room), the answer was to try the pool bar which is where I was. Location is a little out of town which means walking along roads without a pavement. 10 minutes in one direction, 20 in the other. I asked for a map of the Island and received something drawn by a three year old (not fair to the three year old). Beds are old boxsprings, extremely hard with bits that poke into you, not my cup of tea (but this is subjective) Minibar was empty. Other than this, nice hotel, but not what I would expect for 5 stars. Final word, staff are really friendly which adds 1 star to my rating.

The service is nice, the food moderately good. Only in my room there were cockroaches, which by the way has nothing to do with hygiene, but with the humidity. The cockroach problem has already settled. There is a German TV channel, RTL, which is not a problem, because you should focus more on the beautiful views and the beaches. I can only recommend the hotel nummer-tally of Hotel 351 because you have a great view of the sea. That was the most beautiful hotel I had … Until now.

Although it was clean and the room was spacious it was very loud. The hotel personnel would talk loudly from around 8:30 in the morning and since the rooms are not soundproof at all we couldn't sleep well. Overall they try, they are polite, the place is clean but it's not quiet at all…

Amazing resort, high quality services. The best on the island!

Great hotel, staff are great, loads of facilities, rooms are big with good balcony. Only fall is beds are not comfortable.
