Had a lovely stay food was lovely pools were good rooms we nice and big all the staff was really nice.

Hotel very well located for a departure to many excursions near Kos and Zia
decent food restaurant very clean the exteriors are very well maintained the deckchairs of the pool accessible especially to the adult pool very well quiet pool towels every day without deposit very pleasant stay.

Animators were really friendly have played nicely with children the time was just nice to recommend.

The hotel is great. Food very extensive and tasty, room standard but clean and tidy. The lying situation at the pools is a disaster and the roomrinding rather irregular. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. For children the cracker.

We have just cam back from a lovely week at the Labranda Marine Aquapark, an it was a very nice hotel very clean staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food wasn't amazing but was still good some nights the food was very nice (Friday was Greek night) that was my favourite. I would give this hotel a good 4*s.

Had a fab week. Party of 12 including two babies. Staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. Food was as you would expect for an all inclusive. Wasn't 5 star but I doubt anyone would go hungry and would find something they liked. All in all a great time was had.

Here now. Staff work hard and a clean resort but other than the slides there is nothing to do. 3/4 star it is not and a la cart is nothing to dress for! No luxury at all and in the middle of no where! Very basic and like a Holiday camp not a hotel. We are a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 children and were all disappointed
Not our usual thing but it was good to spend time together in these difficult times. Spent a fortune on Yaxis so reverted to hire cars.

Amazing place especially for kids. Clean rooms. Lovely food. I’d definitely return xx.

Absolutely amazing place
So much for kids and the big kids to do Food was fantastic and so much of a variety!
Night entertainment was different every night and the kiddo disco was brilliant, kids loved it. Very clean and staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious too. Wish we didn’t have to leave BUT already looking for next year.

Lovely park, family friendly, really good food and activities. A bar right next to the pool, what more could you ask for?

Everything was good from us landing to leaving only down side was the kids entertainment nothing really for age 8 upwards the mini disco was just for little ones aside all this its a great place food and service was excellent it was a fun packed week had by us all was sad to leave we are now loking into booking for next year thanks to all at the resort fir your hospitality and making our stay wortwhile.

If you have a minimum respect for human rights, DON’T go there! They treat employees like slaves, they don’t give them days off, they don’t pay them right and they offer them mizerable conditions to live! Modern slavery does exist, and it happens at this hotel!

Staff friendly and helpful but rooms are bit old fashioned and beds are uncomfortable. Food okI would stay again and choose better room. Have 3 sections of swimming pool, one if you with kids other two if you want quiet time all local drinks are free but if you want to go extra mile you need pay €6 per glass happy staying to everyone.

Absolutely loved it, great with young kids who are confident in water. Flumes and slides were great, wave machine great, buffet food great, cleanliness great. The only limiting points were there were some things that were broken (not major but a bit annoying) and strange building decisions like you can't open some toilet doors all the way because the toilet is actually in the way (not in the rooms, in the public area) and the lack of good tea/coffee.

People are very friendly and the hotel is fitted very good. There is sandy beach ca. 200m from hotel and the private hotel's beach is also good. You have a large selection of food, which is very good. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely resort! Best for families with children! Kids enjoyed & had fun. Foods are cooked perfectly, I noticed less oily foods though less selection but still luscious menu every day… By te poolside there's BBQ stall & Calypso Bar, serving you with different kinds of cocktails & lagger. I love to drink Blue Lagoon, 2-3 glass of it, solved my day in the pool.

Good food, long waiting times at the restaurant, especially in the morning. Staff in the restaurant should get backup, they hardly cope with the amount of guests: cutlery is missing, drinks run out. There is no beach to speak of, rather a stony cliff, the next beach is full of algae. The waterslides are great and so are the pools. The rooms are old and worn out, but rather spacious. Personnel could be friendlier, but given their few numbers it is understandable that they are stressed.

Pretty good resort to spend holidays with childrens. Three kids-friendly pools, easy access to the sea, food/drinks all the day. Clean rooms with dedicated A/C units. Everything else has been said. Above expected and fully recommended!

Every thing is really good pool areas are excellent food 3 stars the rooms are a little dated beds/mattresses & pillows could do with up dating this would be the only thing that would stop me from returning staff are amazing and kids clubs are great xxx.

Rooms for families unsuitable. Division and storage possibilities far too little. Rooms in poor condition. Abused. Facility and pool landscape for children a dream. Staff friendly. Eat well. The evening program is far too lukewarm. Our little one almost can't sleep.

Not great except for couples with children or low-demanding people does not match a 4 * but very clean a little run down the beach is very very ugly and the pools are focused on children and not terrible either. The food is basic and very simple but correct.

Loud. Yelling Kids everywhere. 25€ for lunch as dayily gust, to much. Terrible food but very good icecream.

The pictures with beach of Ab-in-the-Holidays. En are faked, there is no beach vertedative room with musty smell like in a wet tent, the shower cubicles are a bad joke, the mattresses dozens of years old.
There is only one outlet in each room.
Safe costs £33 in rent a day. (€42for 2 weeks! )
Wlan is not available anywhere in the hotel, in the lobby reception, but no connection possible — in the room no reception The wave machine from the wave pool was broken for over a week The food by the pool is the same every day: Fries, sausages, tomato cucumber salad plates in the restaurant Didn't clear off during the meal in the first week. One was then allowed to sit down with his dessert at a table stacked with plates. (This got noticeably better after a week)
All the time were spoons or cups from — then you wait 7-10 minutes at the coffee machine until you are allowed to grab a coffee.
We did not experience any children's animation, the miniclub was never occupied when we went and no one came around the children.
I give the two stars for the mostly delicious food, the great view and (some) very nice employees.

Beautiful hotel, very nice outdoor facilities, very clean, friendly mainly English speaking staff, simple slightly older room furnishings, very good food, delicious drinks, beer and wine, by bus at most 15 minutes to Kos city, fare €2€ adult.

Very modern renovated facility. Very good for families with children of all ages. Super service from Labranda and Meeting Point. Every suggestion and wishes are immediately taken seriously and processed. Several bars offer a wide range of drinks for large and small. What is new is the extensive ice cream range with more different varieties.

Nice staff. Good location. Local transport very close. Very clean and well maintained for a resort that only opens for high season. Water on shower was cold the majority of the time. Other than that, would recommend this resort.

Very fun for kids: swimming pools, water slides, free ice creams and drinks, kids disco every evening. But beds are awful: ancient lumpy mattresses. And you can forget to fall asleep before midnight: it's too noisy, kids are running and yelling, music is playing. Food is fine even though it's a buffet.

Very beautiful place, nice hotel. Clean, nice people, tasty food, three pools. Love this place!

A dream place for children: several swimming pools including one with slides. For parents the beach is a few meters from the complex. The clientele is essentially family.

Not a 4 stars at all, a good 2 stars no more. Really basic and nothing interesting in food. All inclusive is a fake advertising as it stop at 11 pm then you have to pay and either before, not everything is included.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is varied and excellent. Very good stay.

The room was very comfortable. Flee! During my stay, I was robbed of a pair of sunglasses (of a big brand), which was put on the desk in my room.
The staff in addition to being poorly trained, is very aggressive. And it goes from the front desk to the room staff. These people to kill trouble, don't hesitate to mock the clientele behind their backs, and make no effort to speak English. Which installs a discomfort with some customers.
The Director is not at all a rider. And at the slightest problem (flight quote above), it avoids you like the plague.
The food is not at all top, unlike the Greek culinary reputation.
The rooms are infected with insects of all kinds.
The Pebble Beach is littered with some garbage. This sui requires us to travel a few hundred meters, to get to sandy beach beach. And there you are greeted by a nerguled speaking a few times all alone (person of a certain age). This elderly person does not hesitate at your arrival to ask you the sum of €6, to enjoy a Deckchair. Otherwise he asks you to leave, baragouting a few words (or insults) in Greek.
In short, this hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. I even think that stole them (like my glasses).
And at the check-out, you're even pushed to the door (or almost)
I do not understand that this hotel is as well rated. Maybe it's a masochistic Sado clientele.

Working language animation turned out to be French.

A small child picked up a virus in the hotel!
