Great facility, super nice staff and delicious food. Romy of course gets the grade 1 with asterisk 😃 Without his animation something would have been missing!
We certainly weren't here for the last time :)

We were on site as a small group of gentlemen and can fully recommend this hotel with the really great location by the sea. We felt very comfortable there for 10 days and there was definitely nothing missing. Thanks again to the entire hotel team. Very helpful and attentive staff with fun at their job. 👍

My family and I were very happy. We felt very comfortable, despite Corona we were able to enjoy the holiday very much. The hygiene concept was implemented in the best possible way. I was here for 2 weeks now and had a wonderful time
the service of the whole hotel is wonderful all are very friendly and helpful.
my absolute highlight was actually the poolbar and the Main Restaurant. There was always something delicious for everyone at the buffet. The poolbar was also absolutely great even if there was a lot going on, the staff there were always quite fast and friendly. I even met 2 really good friends there. I will definitely fly back there put together I have to say price/ performance is great.
also the very nearby hotel own beach was absolutely super very neat, enough lying and umbrellas for everyone even if you first sleep in peace we only go around noon. Beautiful is also that you don't have to pay anything extra for lying etc. Also the room we had (and only needed to sleep) was really nice.

I can only agree with the whole reviews. It is a great facility — rather a small snazzy village in which you can only feel comfortable. At the pool facilities you can easily switch off and soak up the sun. The service staff is really friendly and very accommodating. The food offers a great variety every day and also with Greek specialties — really delicious! The island of Kos offers enough variety for young and old. Just rent a quad bike or a small car and explore the island.

A pretty little facility to feel good about. There are two pools and a relatively large number of loungers. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to go from the beach into the sea, as there is a surf there. Nice animation for families during the day and in the evening. Rich and varied buffet. But if you like high standard, this is not the right place.

It's great! The rooms are clean, overlooking the sea, nearby pools and beach, the internet is free in the main building and in the beach bar, for a fee in the room. The staff are polite and always willing to help, there are many different excursions. You can rent bicycles or a car to explore the island. But it is very hot here, saves only air conditioning in the room, at night you can get a good night's sleep. In general, all is well, I can recommend for a family holiday, a very quiet corner.

Nice hotel with lovely view from several locations. But no free Wi-Fi. Unacceptable. And some of the staff at the poolbars taverns were very rude when the kids took some time to make up their mind when the food they wanted to order wasn't available. Personnel at front desk, dining room and housekeeping were very nice. ♡ Loud music from the poolbar at night made it hard to sleep for us and our three kids.

Very nice complex with well maintained gardens. The rooms are not very nice, but they serve their purpose and are clean. The food is varied, but overall always quite greasy and heavy. Vegetarians also usually have a choice and do not always have to eat the same.

We were there with a toddler. The whole facility and the staff are very child-friendly. Overall, we like to do it again.

Quite a bit of tourism. If you like the hustle and bustle, you've come to the right place.

Great is the food and the animation, short distances in the place and the good connection.

Good facilities right on the quiet bay in the bathing in the clean sea is possible. Rooms are fine, usual size for such facilities. Partly a bit of an arduous climb there on the hillside, but beautiful views. Restaurant offers good food, plenty of choice, rel quick service. The are lounging by the pool too few, at 8 o 'clock everything is reserved with towel. The pool is altogether too small for the size of the plant. Lots of sports animation. Worth seeing, authentic place walking.

Mastichari Bay hotel. If you prefer the facilities of a hotel, but want to also enjoy a traditional village experience.

The staff are extremely competent and helpful actually can't thank them enough for making our stay so good. Everything about this hotel is good and worth considering when on Kos.

Hotel with individual bungalows in a well-tended garden area directly by the sea. The choice of meals is plentiful and sufficient. The hotel is happy to be booked by families with small children, as it can be louder sometimes. The beach directly at the hotel is narrow and small. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel right on the beach. The rooms are located in small bungalows. Beautiful manicured plants. The rooms are very clean. The food also tastes very good. Pool is quite adequate and the animation has the right mix. Not too much and not too little. Clear recommendation.

The food is varied and always delicious. The drinks and cocktails at the two bar's are also delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet place and close to a port. There are shopping facilities in the hotel as well as near the hotels.

Food great and our room was modernized, nothing to complain about. Kids animation totally psyched, but great. Very well maintained complex with many small buildings, each with several rooms. Beach directly at the hotel with rocks secured, but 2 footbridges for boarding and also 2 places where no rocks are and you go flat in the water. 10 min. Walking distance to the big beach on the outskirts of Mastichari. A perfect holiday for us.

Were there for the first time and are totally enthusiastic about it. Almost all the staff is always nice and speaks quite good German. The food in itself is simple but always beautifully prepared and tastes good. There will always be something freshly prepared by 2 chefs in front of the eyes of the holidaymakers.
In the evening there is always an animation for small and large.
The beach is not very wide and there are not so many couches there.

I like this place most of all the places in Kos Island. The beach is just perfect. You can either choose to go to the "tourist beach" where all the sunshades and beachchairs are (you have to pay about 5 Euro per Day) or you can go beyond the "Waterproof Kitesurfing" area where you can sit yourself with a towel on the sand near the dunes. I prefer the second. This is one of the most relaxing places here at the island. Perfect for sunset-watching, Swimming and a great evening in a bar in Mastihari, for example the "Aplo Beach Bar" which I can recommend.

It was OK. Good breakfast and staff seem to have learned the importance of service. However, the rooms are dated and Wi-Fi is next to useless as it didn't work in rooms and barely worked in reception and pool area. Lots of uneven steps to negotiate. If older, I would suggest you check your room options and ensure you can avoid the rooms above ground floor.

We returned yesterday on the 11th 05th 2016 from a weeklong vacation and are there encountered conditions
and the service for a relaxing holiday completely satisfied.
Double room superior with lake view was reasonable and clean
set up.
The staff was absolutely friendly and courteous as well as in
authentic communication.
The food was varied, the varied and tasty,
This applies equally to the small pool Tavern.
The various pools (adults/children) were very well maintained
and at 21 degrees beginning of may be used.
In addition to older German ladies and gentlemen, some pleasant family from the Netherlands were also present.
Overall ranking:
A completely relaxed and in good hotel (child-friendly), to spend a relaxing holiday.

We have spent a 10-day vacation here recently, which was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel "Mastichari Bay" is recommended both the cultivated plant, the service, the friendliness of the staff as the delicious and varied meals-all lace. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is very nice directly on the sea near a small town with pretty tavernas and shopping facilities. If possible, you should take a room on the upper floors, which are better. We were at least glad that we had to take a room at ground level. Originally, Mastichari itself is fortunately no hotel stronghold, but still something. Up to Kos town take bus 30 minutes. The bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. A trip to Koss city is a must-> very pretty town of attractions.

Rooms on the lower ground floor, never Sun and very moist. The buffet looked good, but the hot food was always cold. What a pity.

It was a great and nice holidays! The staff was totally nice and very attentive! The animation is not quite our thing, but they were not pushy and very nice too! An unforgettable holiday, we will be safe once again.

Beautiful complex, surrounded by beautiful flowers and very lush vegetation. Very well maintained facility which is constantly nurtured and cared for by several gardeners. You might think you live in a federal horticultural show. Already visually, huge Palm trees contribute to the absolute Urlausfeeling. Clean rooms in two-storey bungalows with terrace or balcony. Room service is commendable. First-class, varied food in buffet style for all 3 meals. Separate smoking areas for the dump after eating right at the table, without having itself somewhere verkrämeln. Attentive services that constantly, but never intrusive, umher scurrying and one care. Shy entertainment including children's programme contribute to the well-being of the guests. Either you doing with, or just watching. Large swimming pool with children's own pool and long stretch of beach with gravel/rock us Sandy area.
