Opinion about the hotel is very ambiguous. Overall, the hotel is renovated, quite clean for 2 degrees, not old furniture, the room has a small fridge, TV and air conditioning, in my opinion even free. I didn't use it because it's in front of the bed and it's just blowing on to the sleeper. The main plus of the hotel is the location, almost in the center, but also from the fact that the hotel is located at a fork in the road, there is noise, sometimes not weak. Nearby a few minimarkets, also not far away and a large supermarket, the prices there are quite democratic. Beaches are also within walking distance, but the city beaches in Greece are still a test — showers and changing rooms are rare, but the entrance to the sea is still tolerable, not as in Crete, in Khersonissos. But the main drawback of the hotel is the food, for the price of a room in this hotel is very meager. The nearby hotel had fruits and vegetables, and the price is lower, here everything counts. Another surprising one fact — the lack of a pool. In the heat of the time had to sit in the room instead of cooling off by the pool under the awning. At the reception sat a woman, such an impression that she was always dissatisfied with something, it was unpleasant to make any request. But the main thing on Kos — the sea, and we got it.

Clean and good located hotel. In the rooms toilets with the showers. Clean towels every day. Unfortunately everything it's quite old. Air-conditioning isn't working so at night you need to open windows. So you can't sleep because it's very loud from the street. And breakfests… in fact they do not exist. Guest bring even their own vegetables and fruits to eat something for bread.

I've paid really, like really, small money for a week stay in this hotel and I am satisfied. I had air conditioning in the room, small fridge, balkony and flat TV. Also Wi-Fi. Everything worked properly (well, wi fi as usually in hotels, good enough not to feel cut from civilization). Breakfast was very easy and the same everyday but still fine and coffee tasted really well. They cleaned rooms and changed towels all the time, so I can't understand people complaining about cleanliness. I walked to the beach every day for half an hour, but because beach was nice, some are much more closer. City center can be reached in 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes to a quite good Super market. One of the best vacations I've ever had. For those who wish royal holiday in a fancy mansion, guys, choose Hilton next time.

Two stars just like the ones at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, 2 times out of 7 have not cleaned up the room, the breakfast is little varied, but acceptable. Hotel old building, partially renovated, air conditioning in every room, mini-fridge very convenient. Costs very little and I recommend it only if you are not demanding.

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest, I had open expectations. I knew there was no pool, but planned going to the beach most days. The breakfast is straight forward, a few healthy options included, but plenty to set you up for the day. Situated a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of town, you can soon be amongst all the history, shops, restaurants, which are unbelievable beautiful. The beds in the rooms seem to be brand new, very good standard of cleaning, and if you speak to reception they are happy to help. This is not a four or five star hotel, but if you are on a budget, are practical, you will sleep soundly, and Kos awaits you outside. I feel very safe here, and no one has complained since I have been around. The main road into Kos is busy, this hotel sits near the main road. But trust me, I saved over £300 staying here, have used the money on the very accessible boat trips to islands, bays, and eaten out on fresh fish or traditional Greek food. After that, once I get back to the hotel, i'm out fast asleep, ready for next day.

Clean cheapest price in Kos Nice wiew.

We were in Kos for a week with our family of 3. Although being frequent travelers to Kos island, it was quite difficult to find a decent hotel in the city center for a good price. Kos Bay was the best option we could find. We booked for 5 nights with not very high expectations as we wanted our holiday based in the city centre. The location as seen on the map indicated a great spot to access the marina and ferries while also a high level of noise but that wasn't the case at all, on the contrary the hotel is private but safe, very easy to find, close to the port and many cafes, bakeries and restaurants but far enough to be super quiet. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, gave us clear directions about transfer, sightseeing and suggestions for eating out. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of local products. Located on the 2nd floor, our room was a nice spacious set up with fantastic views to the sea, very clean, with comfortable beds and a cot for our baby, good individual air-conditioning and Wi-Fi signal, TV and a fridge which was convenient for stocking cold drinks and snacks. There are 2 modern elevators for convenience. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you want a great, clean, affordable place to stay with very friendly service.

Stayed two nights on the second level. Firstly the AC is broken and has been for quite some time by the look of it, even though it was advertised. Next the bathroom had foul smells coming out of the drain. The next day we found the breakfast to be sub standard. Upon checking out we sat on the couches in the lobby to use the internet to book ferry tickets and were asked to leave because we've checked out and were no longer paying customers, horrible customer service, stay elsewhere.

Breakfast: the Spartan room with bed hard and without ability to obscure the window so that you wake up at 5, 00 in the morning. The bathroom (so to speak) a closet without bidet, no hair dryer, with a little crappy wall cabinet with mirror, mounted at height of the watutsi with the shower tray next to the water that when you brush to avoid flooding everything and then you don't know where to put your feet up and get you the quagmire in the room. Cleaning and tidying not taken Sunday. Toilet paper is often lacking and you have to go and ask. The air conditioner is not allowed to adjust light then or do you take a chest cold or you keep it off. A breakfast so miserable I have ever gotten elsewhere; just bread rolls and jam with milk skimped a bit at a time and very watered down, American coffee (very American) and, for mainlanders, a few slices of ham and cheese and a pseudo plasticky plasticky annacquatissima orange juice and nothing else; no cookies, slices of focaccia, croissants, crackers. The staff? Online: very grumpy excepted a guy, when you happen to turn. Positive the balcony, the refrigerator available and the external appearance of the hotel that, from the outside, it does sound like a nice hotel.
