A clean, friendly hotel. Literally on the sea front. Short walk into the town centre. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast is an adventure with all the expected offerings and a great selection of local delights!

Grate view, nice rooms, good food, the best service. There were some minor things about the shower leaking a little in the shower, but other than that it was perfect. I cant think of a better place to eat my brakfast.

We researched hotels in the Kos area pretty intensively and Kos Aktis met its expectations. It is more expensive than neighbouring hotels but each room has a balcony with a view of the water you can't beat. The breakfast is great, as is the restaurant for dinner. Beware if you're a non-smoker, though, as smokers aren't separated.

H2O is a nice restaurant with fantastic sea views. The staff are very attentive and extremely friendly. The prices are reasonable, the food very tasty.

Great location, right at the entrance to the old town but still has clean lovely seaside for a swim. Our room was amazing with stunning view. Staff helpful and great service. Will stay there again when I visit Kos.

Kos Aktis is a very exclusive hotel with modern architecture and minimal feeling. Its built almost in the Aegean sea giving you the thrill of feeling on a cruise ship. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakast is top quality with alot of local twists. The location is great since its in the central town and all rooms have a breathetaking view. Discover the experience!

Poor beach, great hotel however overall, sea view and beautiful restaurant. Convenient to the center of Kos.

It's a good hotel from the 60s, very nicely renovated. Unobstructed view to the sea from every room and no noise from the street. Port for the speedboats is a 10 minute walk. A lot of shops and restaurants all around, and close proximity of all the archeological sites, like the castle, Hippocrates' tree and the antic city. Every room has a big balcony with view. The rooms between them are very well isolated, however there is a serious noise problem. the rooms are over a bar facing the see, that stays open all night, and the noise is intense, even if there is double-glass on the windows. Plus, if you like your windows open, you might find it difficult to breath, as there is a lot of cigarette smoke coming from the bar and hotel restaurant. The last thing that bothered me, is the noise coming through the door from the corridor. There is so much reverberation in the marble covered corridor that you could hear a fly pass. It's a shame in regard to the job well done made renovating this otherwise very nice hotel.

I must give only one star. Because of the migrants. I couldn't enjoy my vacations here. There were too much immigrants. Never again! Unfortunately, only one star, because I have my vacation because the refugees could not enjoy. There were simply too many refugees. Never come back here!
