We're just back from a 16 night holiday at Nissia and couldn't be happier. Everything about this stay was amazing. Friendly staff, decent rooms, a lovely pool and fantastic bar. I highly recommend Nissia to everyone.

Visited here last summer, loved everything, the spacious apartment, wonderful, friendly staff, great location and delicious food, can't wait to go back this summer.

Stayed in may for a week but visited in September because the people are so lovely. Great place to stay.

An amazing place to stay. Room are perfect for family’s and still retain a lovely feeling of Greece. All staff are friendly helpful and wonderful with our kids. Perfect location for all restaurants and beaches. We have booked for next year already x.

What a find! Gorgeous traditional accommodation which is family run. Very clean, wonderful food which is reasonably priced. Staff are amazing, so friends and cant do enough for you! Will definitely be back. ♥♥

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, all you need for a family.

This place is amazing. A traditional Greek setting, all the rooms are different and decorated in a tasteful way, set around two courtyards which are lined with trees, plants and shrubs that smell lovely. The grounds are well maintained and all the staff work their socks off. The swimming pool is bigger then in the pictures and again is very clean, plenty of sunbeds and even in height of season there are plenty to go round. The pool bar staff are great, Natalie who works in the evening will recommend the best places to go, she will book restaurants, call taxis and help all she can. Hotel is located no more than five minute walk to the harbour and beach where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located and far enough away so you don't hear anything, not that this is noisy place anyway. If you want a family / couples holiday this is the place to come. Lads, girls and hen / stag do's go elsewhere. If you want a fantastic Greek holiday this is the place to come.

The apartment is really good and clean, a little cooker and a really nice bathroom that are making our stay in kos really amazing.

From the very beginning Costa welcomed us with kindness, reserved us a beautiful apartment, new and spacious. Just renovated, modern with a beautiful bathroom, the huge shower comfortable for washing children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything.

The pool clean and well maintained, the girls in the bar were gorgeous with the kids.
We enjoyed bbQ evening.
The property in general is beautiful and well cared for, with plants and flowers, located near the center of kardamena comfortable for a walk in the center.

Second holiday spent at the Nissia Kamares. Relaxing and enjoyable both times. People call this place an oasis. When you've stayed here you can understand why. Typically Greek surroundings, very clean and fresh, set in lovely flowers and plants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much. I'll be back, again!

Wonderful place! Nice pool and bar area. Our room was really sweet and had a littel kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old but okay. The stuff is super friendly and helpful with everything. Greetings from Caro & Simon.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. I was here for 2 weeks and would definatly recommend staying here if your going to Kos. Situated just a short walk from the center of kardamena, it has a great location. The staff are friendly as a whole. Especially the evening/night bar lady Nat. Nat really does make this place, shes friendly, funny and really tries to make sure your having a good time. The pool area, as with the rest of the place, is kept tidy and looking nice. Great place to sit on the sunbeds and relax when your feeling like having a lazy day, which with the heat, will be most days. Overall a lovely place to stay. Thanks for a great holiday.

Just returned from this wonderful place today after 14 days with the hubby, brother and sister in law. An absolutely fab fortnight from start to finish! The welcome from Kostas on checkin, the delightful rooms and grounds (were picking apricots from the tree outside our balcony) and the smiles and service from Nat and Nella at the bar.
Can't say too much cos want to go back next year and might be fully booked as most guests always return A hidden gem just minutes away from bars/shops and restaurants in Kardamena.

Beautiful well-kept complex, where you immediately feel comfortable. Very pretty and lovingly furnished rooms and above all a very nice management and service staff in the restaurant (very tasty breakfast). Perfect stay!

This place is the most friendliest place Iv ever stayed at. Staff are lovely and we found that people come back and meet up with other guests that have met from previous years… this speaks volumes. Great place, caring, lovely people and the staff work sooo hard. Thank you all for such a wonderful welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic can't fault our stay and this is our 4th year coming here the staff are lovely in every way so helpful and friendly love it smashing.

This hotel is rated Number 1 on TripAdvisor and it's clear to see why; guests are well looked after and the management and staff go above and beyond to care for their customers. The hotel is set in beautiful, traditional and well kept surroundings. The pool is well maintained and the bar well stocked, with reasonable prices on drinks and food; I highly recommend the chicken gyros plate followed by a frosty glass of Zorbas Beer. Great for families, couples, and friends, there's no wonder why many of the friendly guests we have spoken to are return visitors to Nissia Kamares.

A beautiful small family run hotel. Staff amazing. Rooms all situated in a lovely plant lined courtyard. Opening your door to smell of flowers every morning is not bad at all! Have to add, Nat and Nella are just amazing. Friendly and helpful!

Beautiful place lovely and clean facilities are good big pool, childrens pool, nice bar that also serves food bar staff, cleaners and otber staff are pleasent and helpfull tbere is a lovely big pool table under cover great Greek nights, nice and quiet to relax and enjoy your holiday all in all a great place.

Good hotel, comfortable apartments. Near the sea, pool on site. The main thing that my child is happy! Separate respect for a charger for your smartphone and Wi-Fi. The hotel is surrounded by school and kindergarten, very cute. Thank you!

Hidden away between two streets this place is well worth a visit. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Pool and dining area have been redone for this season. Had a second floor studio and the room was huge for the two of us. The bathroom could have been bigger but your not in there that much! Will definitely stay again if transiting through Kos.

We looked at this place last year and decided that we would book for June 2016.
We are so glad we did. This place is a bit of a a hidden gem, but once found you wont want to leave.

A great place to stay, vacationing with friends early may 2016

Very nice place… Jorgos is a fantastic barman… kardamena is beautiful.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay, lovely gardens within the hotel. An excellent pool area with snack bar by the pool, Kostas and his staff will look after you and give you advice and help on anything you may ask. Excellent for family's and the beach, shops and bars are a few minutes walk away. We have stayed here many times, my partner John has stayed here for the last 17 years while on holiday.
