NEUTRAL FACT:
Hotel system requires one to go to adjacent travel agent to do check in formalities and get shown to hotel. I have met that before in Greece. People there are very friendly.
NEGATIVE: Access is up a frighteningly steep and bordering on dangerous staircase, particularly bringing luggage up or down. I was petrified I might fall.
POSITIVE: Excellent restaurant in the building, plus adjacent to Hotel Klimis Coffee Shop.
CONCLUSION: I survived! I should never go back to that hotel.
No breakfast and no reception. You have to pick up your keys from the Alasia travel agency about 100 yards back towards the ferry.

This property for the first second makes you feel that is the best option in Spetses, taking in consideration, value for money, amazing sea view for the top floor, hearing the waves, birds and the crystals water.
