Absolutely loved my stay! The host was amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience feel relaxing and easy. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this guesthouse. The owners were kind and accommodating. The property has a cute, quaint vibe and is located conveniently to port, shops, and restaurants. Our room was relatively large.

I stayed at this family-owned and operated hotel during my solo trip to Greece in June 2024 and had a wonderful time. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my room on the first floor, which had plenty of natural light. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is centrally located, about a 5–7 minute walk from Spetses Harbor. Many stores and shops are within walking distance, but the hotel is on a quiet street, making it great for sleeping. I plan to revisit in the future.

The best Guesthouse ever! Everything was perfect. Location 10/10 (2 minutes walk from the port and the shops & beach), the host was the most kind, generous, friendly and helpful we could ask for. Helped us with everything we needed and more. And the room was just great! Beautiful, comfortable, good air-conditioner, bathroom and fridge, with a balcony facing the sea view. Rooms cleaned daily, with fresh towels and cold water at the fridge.
Can't recommend this place enough, if you find it available don't miss out!

The room was very modern and minimal. Bed and shower were of great quality. All available facilities were on great conditions. On the outdoor area of our apartment was a table set perfect for breakfast and chilling. Windows had mosquito nets too. I’d definitely re-book when I visit Spetses again. Family owned and really sweet and lovely.

As the title says Guesthouse Niriides is in a great location (near the Dapia), the room was more than adequate (& spotlessly clean) and the staff very friendly. Very rarely do we return to the same hotel/guesthouse, but on this occasion, we'll be back… and looking forward to it.

Our room was large with a large balcony where we could look out to the sea. The staff and owners were very friendly and the daily breakfast was excellent. The hotel was so well maintained that I asked if it was new only to find out it has been around for a couple decades. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Spetses.

This is highly recommended!!! A fantastic guesthouse comprising excellent rooms, with modern style decor, good size bathrooms and air conditioning. This is in a great location, in good walking distance to the centre but sufficiently far to be away from any noises during the evening. The best aspect was the great breakfast in the morning in the guesthouse’s garden, served by the hotel’s very friendly staff!

I have been visiting Spetses around 20 years, this is by far the best place I have stayed! Extremely well located, only 5 minutes from the port. Amazing balcony and fully renovated room - loved the lighting! The hosts are great and very helpful! Will definitely come over again!

We had a lovely time. The place was calm and wonderful, very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and varied, brought directly to our room. Wifi was strong enough for smooth video calls. But the best part was the staff: always smiling, keen to help and to ensure that the guests’ experience was top-class. I would definitely go back to Niriides!

We enjoyed the hopitality of Maria & Stella for 5 days and have only the best to say about Niriides. The rooms are very pleasant, nicely decorated with comfortable beds, spotlesly clean! The lovely courtyard serving also as a breakfast room, the home made cakes from Maria's mother, freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs prepared to your choice. In general you feel like home when in Niriides. The hotel is very close to the port, in walking distance to the island's square and the shopping area, making it the perfect choice when in Spetses. We will definetely come back!
