Bays

The owner / receptionist was unprofessional unpleasant rude and unhelpful.
Upon our arrival on the 14th of August, we were told that we had to go to a different room because the guests before us did some damages.
Then the next day we were moved to the furthest room possible, horrible lighting, the bed was broken there was absolutely no plugs to charge anything. The bed had a bug i’ll insert a picture.
The bathroom is horrible. The room is tiny and to be honest I was not expecting such bad service, because even if we are stuck with this room you’d at least expect some decent customer service?

Ok this is a mixed review. I wasn't crazy about this place, but the room was prettier than the pictures they have on their website which was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms where very pretty and updated, but the kitchen area was not good and the cabinets were falling apart. None of the knobs were staying on and the bathroom was never updated and literally so small! If you dropped something you had to get out of the bathroom or step in the shower to pick it up and the sink was clogged, but the worst part was the huge cockroaches that live behind the shower tiles! Omg you can see their antennas coming out of the tiles before they make their way out. We would keep the bathroom door closed and have to check before we entered lol a complete mess…
The area and location are not great… everything around it is kinda run down and it's not in the best location. We were on the building on the side thank god, bc the other rooms and side are even worse! Walking to this place is a lot! You have to take a taxi. When we did that life was much better!
The pool are was ok… the pool was dirty! And the amount of cholrine is ridiculous… staff was ehhh not too friendly either… overall I just wasn't crazy about it, bur the bedroom did make up for the rest as the bed was comfortable and the decor was nice and it was a 2 bedroom… so I have very mixed feelings about this place…

Great hotel, exceptionally clean and really really helpful hosts. The rooms were newly refurbished and we could not have asked for more. The bar and pool area was lovely, with good quality food and drinks. We had a lovely stay and we would defiantly come back.

What an amazing stay. From Alexis the driver that came and picked us up from the port, he gave us a short intro of the island, with locations and places to visit. Always smiled and kind, super friendly. The room was big and clean. New A/C installed and good beds. The pool was clean and the stuff was friendly. We ate breakfast which was good, with prices that were acceptable and not rip off. They let us keep the room until our boat left. The owner was very helpful. What an amazing experience that was. Thank you Bays hotel!

When we arrived on the island (we arrived very early) we called them to ask them what time we can check in.
They told us "right now" and they send a car to pick us up from the port to hotel.
They were very gentle and polite, the room was clean and tidy, they had room service for cleaning daily.
There is a bar at the pool that you can order your breakfast and also you can have coffee, beer or drinks.
The pool is open until 9 p. M.
Special tip, they can arrange you motorcycle to rent, that was exceptional for me!
From the room you can have a spectacular view.

We are very much looking forward to our group arriving here soon! V hospitable hosts *highly recommend.

Very friendly family run hotel, with lovely big swimming pool. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, cleaned every day. Ten minute walk to the Dapia, where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Could not complain at all about my stay. Great value for the money and would have no hesitation to stay there again. Many congratulations to Grigoris and the family. It was a pleasure.
