We had a great time at Kalotina and Christos‘ mansion. They are wonderful hosts who remember every little preference of their guests.
The breakfast is delicious and Christos prepares new dishes every morning so that even after three weeks there were still new things to discover.

Simply exceptional experience. From pre-booking, to arrival, duration of stay, until check out. Beautifully imaginative architecture, exquisite breakfast, hosts you want to take home with you! Would return just to stay here again.

Mastoris mansion is an old historic building in Hydra island. The owner rebuilt it himself and was transformed into a hotel. The quality of the rooms and the service is beyond good. A very worth place to stay while visiting Hydra.

Wonderful location, very cozy in the center of the village, but outside from the crowd in a XVIII century building. They will make you feel at home. Every details is accurate. Strongly recommended. If you like to sleep until late in the morning, ask to stay at the 1st floor!

A home sweet home feeling that you have as soon as Kalotina and Christos welcome you at their mansion. Delicious breakfast buffet located in the traditional kitchen… The beautiful room and the furniture chosen respecting the history of the building, the warm and honest hospitality… All this made my stay at Hydra so special! Must visit!

Best Boutique Hotel in town.

The Mastoris family was so lovely and very helpful, the rooms were so beautiful and clean. Breakfast was excellent and made with love from local products… I would definitely recommend the hotel, I will definitely be back.

Wonderfull mansion full of charm with very friendly hosts.

We have just spent three wonderful days in this fabulous, funky little boutique b&b. It is a restored 1750s mansion, thoughtfully themed with master builder's tools and implements to suit it's name. The hosts were overflowing with kindness and warmth and good information about the island. The breakfasts were a huge variety of delicious morsels. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Offering a beautiful set up in a really friendly enviroment, the attentive owners of Masoris Mansion can only be congratulated for what they do and the propery itself is highly recommended! So lucky to be in the same superb neighborhood! Thank you Kalotina & Kostas!

I had a fantastic stay in Mastoris Mansion. The hotel has a special character, it is centrally located, the hosts were so kind and friendly, breakfast was amazing and I loved how eco-friendly they are.

This mansion is a piece of art!
Everything is handmade with love and 'meraki' and it made our stay really easy and beautiful! It is in the centre of Hora, close to all the drink and food spots of the island and near Spilia where you can take some refreshing dips!
The rooms are fully equipped and you can feel those great traditional island vibes. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet was full of local and fresh goods (including sweet cream bougatsa)!
Kalotina & Christos are very friendly, hospitable and inspirational people and made us feel like home in their beautiful mansion!
Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we didn't want to leave! Looking forward to visiting you again!

Kalotina and Christos have an absolute cracker of a guesthouse here. The location is great, the proprietors are lovely and the building is a beauty (Christos restored it himself and is rightly proud of how it turned out). It's worth staying here if only for the breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality. We'll be back.

We stayed at Mastoris Mansion last month for a period of four nights. We were upgraded to a triple room and it was lovely. Very comfortable bed and excellent linen. The restoration of the Mansion is fabulous, as was breakfast (especially Kalotina's father's honey from Kalymnos). Sitting having an early evening Mythos on the roof terrace was bliss. Highly recommend it.
