The place is 2 meter from the beach. We didn't stay in the hotel. But we regularly visit the owners, are extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice place, small room but view is gorgeous.
The only entrance is from the beach, no enough sunbeds.

Amazing apartments that are clean with an incredible view of the sea. Walking distance from the beach. Really friendly staff and host and willing to assist in every way. Overall great value for money.

In 2023 we spent a week here during our Peloponese road trip. We were so satisfied with the accommodations at Demos that we booked another stay here for July 2024, this time a bit longer.

A cozy hotel close to the Centre of Kalavrita. The staff members were very welcoming and guided us in visiting main sightseeings. The hotel room was spacious and very clean.

Stayed here in March 2018 on a weekend trip with another family. Kalavryta was almost fully booked at the time and this was almost a random find, which served us however perfectly well.

This place was an amazing bargain with spacious rooms with a balcony in an older, comfortable, classic Mediterranean style. The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Best accomodation in Methana! The owner Maria will take care of your every need. The room was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed.

What a lovely hotel set high on a cliff overlooking the lovely bay below. Beautiful stonework, awesome pool, very quiet, nearly empty when we were there.

Very clean room. There was no elevator and there was no breakfast. We went the beginning of july. I believe the hotel was overpriced (€100 per night) for the location and there being no breakfast.

Very nice accommodation, with nice decoration and details, comfortable and cozy. There is also a big yard with nice view. The environment is peaceful and quiet.

Great location in Astros with access to the nicer beaches on that side of the town, which tend to be less windy.

Sadly this wonderful hotel has been bought to be redeveloped, though I imagine that most of the existing guests and staff think it is pretty perfect the way it has been for many years.

Can recommend this hotel for kids above 4 years old. Only thing to mention is that kids club, restaurant and live music not working same day — Tuesday.

This small family run hotel is affordable and completely worth it. Don’t bother with the negative reviews… these ppl don’t know Europe and have different standards that simply don’t apply here.

We stayed in one of the Karagianni villas for 10 days. We have only good words to say. Cleanliness, service, great people. Very comfortable and very quiet. Terrific private pool and large.

Every detail thought of and a very good landlord. Pools are lovely and all very clean.

This renovated traditional house is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the city centre but far enough to be quiet and soothing at night.
